<![CDATA[E-learning is a technology that may be used in the learning process to improve not only the distribution of learning materials but also the ability of learners to modify their abilities of various competencies contained in a database. A Web Service is used to integrate the data. Web Service is a set of standards and programming methods for sharing data between different software applications, distributing services over the internet that supports system interoperability. In this digital era, the system that will survive is one that can function on multiple platforms, and one of the options is to use web servicess. Data is exchanged in JSON format, and JSON Web Tokens are used for authentication security (JWT). The use of JWT for token-based authentication on web services can help overcome interoperability issues. JWT is stateless and allows for the inclusion of data in the token authorisation. JWT includes a number of algorithm possibilities, including HMAC. Overall, the adoption of HMAC outperforms the criteria of token generation time, token size, and token transfer speed. Storing JSON Web Token into local storage in the client browser using the HMAC algorithm has been presented in this paper. The proposed work has shown that JWTs do not need to be stored on the server but can be stored on the client browser side using local storage.]]>

<![CDATA[MIRAI is an online registration application launched by Arifin Achmad Hospital, Riau Province. To find out the extent to which the utilization and views of the public regarding the MIRAI online registration application, it is necessary to test the technology acceptance model. The technology acceptance model is a theory that explains the state of technology users accepting and using technology. The variables used by the researcher are the perception of the ease of using technology and the perception of the usefulness of technology to determine a person's behavior in using technology. The general objective of this study is to determine the effect of the technology acceptance model on online registration at the Arifin Achmad Hospital, Riau Province.This research used a quantitative descriptive research design with purposive sampling method according to the researcher's criteria and a sample of 99 users of the MIRAI online registration application. This research was conducted on June 22 – July 29, 2022 at the heart disease polyclinic and internal medicine polyclinic at the Arifin Achmad Hospital, Riau Province.The results showed that the perception of convenience can affect a person's attitude towards the use of the MIRAI online registration application through a linearity test of 0.094. And the perception of usefulness can affect a person's attitude towards the use of the MIRAI online registration application through a linearity test of 0.086, so that both hypotheses are significant because the value > 0.05 obtained from data processing through the SPSS 26.0 application.The conclusion of this research is the implementation of the TAM acceptance model that has been made has obtained the factors that affect user acceptance of the use of MIRAI and the variables there is an influence. The suggestion from this research should then be able to develop a TAM research model using more variables.]]>

<![CDATA[Puberty is a very important stage for all teenagers, both boys and girls. The puberty period will change from childhood to adulthood. These changes include hormonal changes, physical changes, psychological and social changes. Puberty is the process of changing physical and sexual immaturity towards physical and sexual maturity. The physical and sexual maturity phase can enable a teenager's reproductive organs to function for reproduction. The aim of this community service activity carried out for young men and young women at SMAIT Abdurrab is to provide education, knowledge, and insight to young men about what puberty is, the characteristics of puberty, etiquette in dressing, and how to respond to pubertal changes that occur or is experiencing. The targets for this activity are all young men and young women in grades 10, 11 and 12 of SMAIT Abdurrab. The activities were carried out at SMAIT Abdurrab. The implementation of the activity began by distributing questionnaires about the meaning of puberty and the characteristics of a teenager entering puberty. This questionnaire was distributed to find out how many teenagers already understand the meaning of puberty and the signs or characteristics of puberty. Then the core activities continued with providing lecture material by the extension team. A question and answer session was opened at the end of the event. Next, there is an evaluation questionnaire which is distributed to all students and filled in to assess the success of the activities that have been carried out. The success of this activity is that it is hoped that all young men will be able to understand puberty and the characteristics of entering puberty, and can understand and be calm without worry in facing the changes that occur when entering puberty.]]>

<![CDATA[The aim of this educational activity is on the dangers of excessive use of gadgets among students at Vocational High School (SMK) 2 Pekanbaru so that participants can understand the impacts of excessive use of gadgets, both physically, psychologically and socio-economically. Socialization activities use participatory methods, lectures and discussions. The socialization activity was carried out on May 20 2024 with the number of participants taking part in the socialization activity consisting of 40 students located in classes at Vocational High School (SMK) 2 Pekanbaru. For this reason, through educational activities on the dangers of excessive use of gadgets among students, it is possible to increase the understanding of students at Vocational High School (SMK) 2 Pekanbaru regarding the dangers of excessive use of gadgets, the impact of including gadgets from physical, psychological, educational, social and economic aspects as well as How to prevent excessive use of gadgets among children and teenagers. For this reason, this socialization activity can protect the younger generation as the nation's next generation, especially students at Vocational High School (SMK) 2 Pekanbaru from the dangers of using gadgets.]]>

<![CDATA[Industri kuliner memiliki peran strategis dalam mendukung perkembangan sektor pariwisata. Namun, meskipun potensi sektor ini sangat besar, pengunjung seringkali menghadapi tantangan dalam memilih pengalaman kuliner yang sesuai dengan preferensi mereka. Hal ini disebabkan oleh kurangnya personalisasi dalam sistem rekomendasi yang ditawarkan. Akibatnya, pengunjung kerap mengalami ketidakpuasan, dan pengelola sektor kuliner kehilangan peluang untuk meningkatkan kepuasan dan loyalitas pelanggan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan model rekomendasi kuliner berbasis user-based filtering dan RecommenderNet guna memberikan rekomendasi yang lebih sesuai dengan preferensi individual pengunjung. Penelitian ini menggunakan dataset yang terdiri dari 3.200 data interaksi antara pengunjung dan delapan jenis kuliner di objek wisata Asia Heritage. Data tersebut dianalisis untuk membangun model rekomendasi yang mampu mempelajari pola preferensi pengguna. Model user-based filtering digunakan untuk mengidentifikasi kesamaan antara pengguna berdasarkan riwayat interaksi mereka, sementara RecommenderNet, yang berbasis jaringan saraf tiruan, digunakan untuk meningkatkan akurasi rekomendasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa model yang dikembangkan mampu memberikan rekomendasi dengan tingkat akurasi sebesar 93,63% dan rata-rata tingkat kesalahan (error) sebesar 6,36%. Hasil ini menunjukkan bahwa pendekatan berbasis machine learning dapat secara efektif meningkatkan kualitas rekomendasi kuliner. Dengan implementasi model ini, pengunjung dapat menikmati pengalaman kuliner yang lebih personal dan memuaskan, sementara pengelola objek wisata dapat meningkatkan daya tarik dan kepuasan pelanggan.]]>

<![CDATA[Lansia merupakan golongan umur yang paling rentan terhadap penyakit menular dan penyakit tidak menular, data dari Puskesmas Rumbai Bukit menunjukan kasus Diabetes Melitus, Hipertensi, Penyakit Jantung Koroner banyak terjadi pada kelompok umur >60 tahun/ lansia ditambah lagi penyakit menular yang memiliki risiko penularan tinggi dan risiko kematian tinggi terjadi pada kelompok umur lansia. Penduduk dengan usia lanjut yang mendapatkan pelayanan kesehatan hanya 50,3% dari total lansia yang ada diwilayah kerja Puskesmas Rumbai. Pencatatan masih dilakukan manual dan berkemungkinan data rekam medis dari lansia yang melakukan pemeriksaan akan rusak dan hilang. Tujuan kegiatan pengabdian ini untuk deteksi dini penyakit pada lansia. Metode pengabdian ini berupa pemeriksaan kesehatan, penyuluhan kesehatan dan pelatihan bagi 33 kader di Wilayah Kerja Puskesmas Rumbai Bukit. Pada pemeriksaan kesehatan rata rata tekanan darah pada lansia 151/87 mmHg, lingkar perut lansia 85,1 cm, IMT 25, gula darah Sewaktu 152 mm/dL dan asam Urat 6,2 mm/dL. Pada hasil peningkatan pemahaman dan keterampilan melalui pre test yakni dengan nilai 67,6 dan post test dengan nilai 85,2. Peningkatan signifikan ini juga menjadi modal dalam kemandirian kesehatan dalam peningkatan pengetahuan dan peningkatan kunjungan lansia ke posyandu. Diharapkan bagi penanggung jawab program kesehatan masyarakat agar konsisten memberikan pelayanan pemeriksaan disetiap posyandu bersama kader.]]>

<![CDATA[Background: Adolescents are a group that is vulnerable to health problems due to risky behavior. In fact, the presence of youth posyandu in the midst of society does not guarantee the achievement of national health targets, there are many obstacles in its implementation. The aim of this research is to provide data in the form of visualization maps using website-based ArcGIS so that website users can find out information on the location and programs of youth posyandu in Batam City, With information on youth Posyandu visualization, it is hoped that it will be able to increase youth participation and interest in youth Posyandu activities. The method used in this research is the development of a Geographic Information System (GIS) using ArcGIS, namely an application for mapping and visualization of location information, infrastructure and the effectiveness of the youth posyandu program in Batam City. Data was collected by conducting surveys and literature studies then identifying spatial patterns. Research results based on development and survey results show that the number of youth posyandu in Batam City is Youth Posyandu spread across 12 sub-districts and 21 Community Health Centers in Batam City which have been visualized in the form of location maps and there has been an increase in youth participation in posyandu activities. Conclusion: The youth posyandu data has been interpreted into ArcGIS and can be displayed using open stretch maps, Google Maps visualization options or satellite visualization of youth posyandu data in Batam City. ]]>
