Abstract

The development of baitul maal wa tamwil (BMT) in Tulungagung which of course must also be supported by adequate human resources, both in terms of quality and quantity. To achieve the goal of baitul maal wa tamwil, of course, employees are needed who are able to carry out their respective duties, as evidenced by optimal work performance. And to optimize the performance of the work, it takes motivation both from yourself and from outside, and it takes training and human resource development. Formulation of this research problem Does work motivation affect the work performance of baitul maal wa tamwil employees in Tulungagung district in an Islamic perspective? whether the training affects the work performance of baitul maal wa tamwil employees in Tulungagung district in an Islamic perspective; does the development of human resources affect the work performance of baitul maal wa tamwil employees in Tulungagung district in an Islamic perspective? Does the motivation of work, training, and human resource development jointly affect the work performance of baitul maal wa tamwil employees in Tulungagung district in an Islamic perspective? Furthermore, this study aims: To test the influence of motivation, the influence of training, the influence of human resource development on the work performance of baitul maal wa tamwil employees in Tulungagung Regency; In addition, it aims to jointly test the influence of motivation, training, and human resource development on the work performance of baitul maal wa tamwil employees in Tulungagungaung Regency from the results of research can be concluded: There is a significant influence together from work motivation, training, human resource development on the work performance of Baitul Maal wa Tamwil employees in Tulungagung district.

Abstract

Individually working is obligatory to meet the needs of oneself and the person he is responsible for, in the family who is obliged to be the backbone is a husband specifically in fulfilling household needs, a case where many traders who are dominated by mothers do not necessarily become slavery in the household to be responsible for meeting household needs, in the Canggu Badas Village Manufacturing Market, Kediri Regency, it has been found that the motivation to trade includes; because of the hobby factor, the desire factor to participate in helping the husband and become an independent or self-earning woman. In addition, the factor of religious understanding because work is a field of worship. However, even so, Islam provides restrictions on the existence of permission and blessings from the husband because the essence of a woman in the household is as the mother of her children. And it should not be negligent as a result of the mother's work.

Abstract

This paper aims to find out whether the sharia marketing theory has been applied to the company UD Cahaya Onyx Tulungagung. In Islamic law when discussing the marketing process, it is not far from the concept of sharia. So that the sharia marketing process itself has a character that distinguishes it from conventional marketing principles. The characteristics of sharia marketing itself are rabbaniyah, akhlaqiyah, waqi'iyah, and insaniyah. So that if these four characteristics are carried out, the interests of producers and consumers can be bridged and both will get maximum satisfaction. Responding to the importance of realizing the character of sharia marketing, the author needs to analyze whether the characteristics of sharia marketing have been realized in UD Cahaya Onyx Tulungagung. The research method used is an empirical or sociological approach where the author uses two types of data sources, namely primary data sources and secondary data sources. Meanwhile, the analysis carried out in this study is qualitative data analysis. The results of this study show that the four characteristics of Sharia marketing have been applied in business activities at UD Cahaya Onyx Tulungagung.

Abstract

    In general, research objectives include: To obtain new knowledge or discoveries. To find out whether job analysis has a simultaneous effect on performance achievement. To find out whether Job Specifications have a partial effect on performance achievement. To find out how influential Job Analysis and Job Specifications are on performance achievement at the Malang Regency Manpower, Transmigration, and Social Service. The research approach used in this research is quantitative. The research location is the place where the research is carried out. Determination of research location. This is a very important stage in qualitative research because determining the research location means that the object and objectives have been determined, making it easier for the writer to carry out the research. Thus, researchers conducted research at the Malang Customs and Excise Office which is located at Raya Situbondo No.37, Lkr. Kp. Baru, Bulusan, Kec. Kalipuro, Malang Regency, East Java 68451.The results of this research are that the first hypothesis can prove that, leadership variables, work discipline, and work environment, simultaneously influence the performance of Malang Customs and Excise employees. Testing the second hypothesis proves that partially the leadership and work discipline variables do not have a significant effect on the performance of Malang Customs and Excise employees, while the work environment variable is proven to have a positive and significant effect on the performance of Malang Customs and Excise employees. The Adjusted R Square results are still low at 14.7 percent in the research. And the data obtained from respondents is very small so it is susceptible to Normality problems when processing the data. The data should have been 92 respondents, but the researchers only got 52 respondents, this happened because the COVID-19 situation still exists which requires employees to carry out health protocols and several Customs and Excise employees are carrying out services outside the region.

Abstract

Sufism should not be implied to the activity oriented to activities away from the world. Sufism should be used as a spirit to every Muslim to accumulate wealth in the world. However, the world's wealth is eventually used to struggle to collect charity for the hereafter. Prophetic Intelligence is the study of mysticism that can be used to integrate the interests of the world and the hereafter. The practice of prophetic intelligence is referring to the example of the Prophet Mohammad SAW. One side as the Prophet, He expands the task of for hereafter issues. In the other side as a trader, he exemplifies efforts to become entrepreneurs in the world. The example of the Prophet Muhammad is an example of ethical entrepreneurship.

Abstract

Photography is an inseparable part of human life in this millennial era, especially for those who like to travel, the tendency to capture every moment has almost become a tradition, but if done by others without permission, problems arise, how the legal impact on the practice of street photographers in terms of the ITE Law and Sharia Economic Law. The data collection method uses documentation, interviews, and observation methods. After that, it is studied with a descriptive analytical approach, which examines data collected in the field about street photographers, and the information is then studied through the lens of shari'ah economic law thinking. The results of the study concluded that the practice of photography on Gus Dur's tomb. Islamic law considers shooting without permission an incomplete contract, because in reality the photographer does not meet any of the conditions of permission and approval and there is no willingness. It will remain that if there is a forced purchase, then the practice is not legal. Another thing that the photographer did was a valid contract according to 'urf because of the khiyar conditions and khiyar majlis. Furthermore, photographers can be charged with the ITE Law if pilgrims are not willing and feel aggrieved. In the end, the author suggests that for the perfection of the contract, photographers should have permission first if they want to photograph someone. This is for mutual comfort and benefit, more than that ethics in business can be carried out on all fronts, including photographer services.

Abstract

The background to this research is that currently technology has developed rapidly, all human activities have evenly utilized technology. Like the business activities carried out by vegetable traders in Canggu Village. They use technology to develop their business, so that people don't have to travel far to traditional markets and to take advantage of technology that is currently developing, because many people in the surrounding area still choose to shop at traditional markets. The researcher chose the object of vegetable traders because vegetables have high consequences, namely they wilt easily and rot quickly, so vegetable traders need a large marketing area in addition to offline marketing, so that the vegetables they sell run out quickly, get bigger profits and minimize losses. The aim of this research is to find out the business practices carried out by vegetable traders in Canggu Village, the influence of the use of social media on the business they run and to know the business development carried out by vegetable traders when viewed from Law Business Islamic. This type of research is field research using a qualitative descriptive approach, to collect data through observation, interviews and documentation. The results of this research are (1) that the practices carried out by vegetable traders in marketing their products are offline and online using the social media Whatsaap and Facebook (2) these media can have an influence on the business they run, one of which is that it can increase sales and income (3) in developing the vegetable trader's business are in accordance with Islamic Business Law.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui usaha-usaha yang telah didirikan oleh BUMDES untuk mensejahterakan masyarakat Desa Kasembon apakah sudah memenuhi kebutuhan masyarakat dan juga memenuhi kriteria perspektif Maqasid Syari’ah. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian lapangan (Field research), adapun penelitian yang digunakan adalah deskriptif kualitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi, wawancara dilakukan kepada pengelola BUMDES dan juga masyarakat Desa Kasembon. Observasi dilakukan untuk mengamati kegiatan pengelolaan usaha yang didirikan BUMDES, dan dokumentasi digunakan sebagai pelengkap guna memperoleh data sebagai bahan informasi yang berupa data-data yang berhubungan dengan penelitian. Hasil penelitian ini dapat disimpulkan bahwa usaha BUMDES Karya Maju untuk mensejahterakan masyarakat Desa Kasembon dengan cara mendirikan beberapa unit usaha yang mana dengan mendirikan beberapa unit usaha tersebut bisa membantu meringankan kesulitan yang ada pada masyarakat Kasembon. Adapun unit usaha BUMDES Karya Maju adalah pipanisasi, pengambilan sampah, wisata rafting, pendopo kali uceng, alun-alun kasembon. Dari ke 5 unit usaha yang didirikan hampir semua sudah bisa berjalan sesuai harapan, akan tetapi dalam hal pipanisasi masih belum maksimal. Dalam hal kesejahteraan yang disesuaikan dengan Maqasid syari’ah menurut pendapat imam As-Syatibi harus memenuhi 5 unsur yaitu hifdu diin, hifdu nafs, hifdu ‘aql, hifdu maal, hifdu nasb. Unit usaha yang didirikan BUMDES kurang maksimal dalam hifdu nafsnya.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of Islamic financial literacy and religiosity on student interest in transactions in Islamic banks, with a case study of HES study programme students at the IAIFA Kediri campus. Using quantitative methods, this study tests the hypothesis through partial and simultaneous analysis. The results of simultaneous testing show that Islamic financial literacy and religiosity together have a significant effect on interest in transactions in Islamic banks. However, partial analysis reveals that Islamic financial literacy does not have a significant effect on transaction interest. In contrast, religiosity is proven to have a positive and significant effect on transaction interest. But the percentage contribution of the Islamic financial literacy variable shows a very small, almost insignificant contribution to the dependent variable. Only about 0.42% of the variation in the dependent variable can be explained by the Islamic financial literacy variable. Meanwhile, religiosity makes a very large contribution to the dependent variable. About 99.58% of the variation in the dependent variable can be explained by the religiosity variable. Thus it can be concluded that Islamic financial literacy and religiosity simultaneously contribute positively in shaping interest in transactions in Islamic banks. This finding confirms the urgency of Islamic financial institutions in improving sharia literacy education and economic da'wah programmes so that the objectives of Islamic economic law (justice and welfare) are more optimal.
