Abstract

Qanun Number 9 of 2008 concerning the Development of Traditional Life and Customs provides 18 (eighteen) types of trials/disputes in which there are rules regarding minor offences being the authority of customary licenses while including serious criminal offences beyond traditional justice. The objective of this community service is to provide understanding to the people of Gampong Lamreung, Darul Imarah subdistrict, regarding Qanun Number 9 of 2008 concerning the Development of Traditional Life and Customs, as well as what efforts officials of the gampong and the community can make in dealing with minor crimes in Gampong Lamreung, Darul Imarah of Aceh Besar Regency. The methods used in this community service are in the form of counseling, lectures and questions and answers regarding the importance of Qanun Number 9 of 2008 concerning the Development of Traditional Life and Customs. The Aceh government has attempted to protect traditional life and customs through Qanun Number 9 of 2008 concerning the Development of Traditional Life and Customs. However, this Qanun is only known to government institutions and traditional leaders, even though the target of fostering and developing traditional life and customs is also aimed at the family circle, which is an important component in maintaining and preserving the development of Aceh's traditional life and customs.The follow-up to this community service is carrying out the same activities focused on the family environment. This is aimed so that the development of traditional life and customs can be implemented effectively.Keywords: Qanun, Tradition and Custom, Family

Abstract

Violence, neglect, and discrimination against children are serious issues that require special attention from various parties, especially parents. This article discusses the importance of educating parents about fulfilling children's rights as a preventive measure to combat various forms of violence and unfair treatment against children. Through a qualitative approach, this study explores parents' understanding of children's rights and how this knowledge can be applied in daily life. The findings indicate that adequate education can enhance parents' awareness of the importance of respecting and fulfilling children's rights, encouraging them to create a safe and supportive environment for their children's development. Additionally, the article provides recommendations for educational institutions and communities to develop programs that support parents in understanding and implementing children's rights. Thus, it is hoped that educating parents about children's rights can contribute to preventing violence, neglect, and discrimination, ultimately creating a healthier and more competitive generation.

Abstract

Pemenuhan hak atas kesehatan merupakan tanggung jawab konstitusional negara sebagaimana diamanatkan dalam UUD 1945, yang menjadi indikator penting pembangunan sosial dan kesejahteraan. Tantangan seperti keterbatasan akses layanan kesehatan, rendahnya literasi teknologi, dan masalah lingkungan memerlukan solusi integratif melalui inovasi teknologi dan pemberdayaan komunitas. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengeksplorasi sinergi antara layanan digital kesehatan, teknologi tepat guna, dan penguatan komunitas lokal dalam mendukung keberlanjutan sosial, ekonomi, dan lingkungan. Menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif berbasis Participatory Action Research (PAR), kegiatan dilaksanakan secara hybrid di Bangkok, Thailand, dengan tahapan identifikasi kebutuhan, pengembangan teknologi, pelatihan, serta monitoring dan evaluasi dampak. Hasil menunjukkan peningkatan keterampilan pengelolaan limbah organik, literasi digital, dan strategi pemasaran UMKM; partisipasi komunitas meningkat hingga 75% dan limbah organik berkurang ±30%. Studi ini menegaskan pentingnya inovasi teknologi, partisipasi aktif masyarakat, dan kolaborasi lintas negara dalam memenuhi hak kesehatan serta memperkuat keberlanjutan multidimensi.
