Abstract

Kondisi masyarakat kita dewasa ini, banyak kasus dimana keluarga tidak bisa mengelola keuangannya dengan baik sehingga berdampak pada ketidakstabilan keuangan dalam keluarga. Ketidakstabilan pengelolaan keuangan di dalam rumah tangga dapat memicu ketidakharmonisan hubungan keluarga bahkan dapat menyebabkan perceraian. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh pengelolaan keuangan keluarga terhadap keharmonisan rumah tangga di desa Tebaban. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif dengan metode survei. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh positif signifikan pengelolaan keuangan keluarga terhadap tingkat keharmonisan rumah tangga. Hal itu ditunjukkan dari hasil analisis korelasi variabel Pengelolaan Keuangan Keluarga (X) terhadap variabel Keharmonisan Rumah Tangga (Y) memiliki hubungan yang kuat dengan nilai 0,764. Dan nilai determinasi sebesar 0,583 atau 58,3%. Artinya bahwa variabel independent (X) memiliki pengaruh terhadap variabel dependent (Y) sebesar 58,3% sedangkan 41,7% dipengaruhi oleh variabel lainnya. Hasil uji t diperoleh hasil bahwa nilai t hitung sebesar 10,446 > t tabel 1,99085, sesuai dengan criteria maka ho di tolak dan ha di terima. Artinya terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan pengelolaan keuangan keluarga terhadap keharmonisan keluarga di Desa Tebaban

Abstract

The implementation of the MBKM (Independent Learning and Independent Campus)program in universities needs to be evaluated so that its impact on students and universities can be known. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of MBKM (Independent Learning and Independent Campus)on improving the quality of students at Gunung Rinjani University. The research method applied was the causal associative method with a quantitative approach. The population in this study were 273 Gunung Rinjani University students. The research sample was 40 people who participated in the MBKM (Independent Learning and Independent Campus) program with the Purposive sampling technique. The data collection technique used a questionnaire via Google Form and documentation. Data analysis through the stages of classical assumption testing, simple linear regression testing and hypothesis testing with the heled of SPSS. The results of the study obtained a variable regression coefficient of 1.249, which means that the MBKM (Independent Learning and Independent Campus)Program variable has a positive and significant effect on improving the quality of Gunung Rinjani University students. The results of the t-test obtained a significant value for the MBKM (Independent Learning and Independent Campus)Program variable (X) of 0.00, where this value was smaller than the probability value determined by the researcher of 0.05, while the calculated t value obtained was 6.850> from the t-table value of 2.021, so it can be concluded that the MBKM (Independent Learning and Independent Campus)Program variable has a positive and significant effect on improving the quality of students at Gunung Rinjani University.

Abstract

Gifted children often exhibit asynchronous development, where cognitive, emotional, and social growth occur at uneven rates, creating complex psychological needs that are frequently misunderstood in educational and familial contexts. This developmental asynchrony may result in social-emotional vulnerabilities such as heightened sensitivity, perfectionism, and difficulties in peer relationships. The study aims to explore the psychological needs of gifted children with a focus on addressing the impact of asynchronous development on their social-emotional well-being. A qualitative research design employing phenomenological analysis was utilized to examine the lived experiences of 25 gifted students aged 8–14, selected from specialized education programs. Data were collected through in-depth interviews, behavioral observations, and teacher reflections, followed by thematic coding. The results revealed three major themes: (1) emotional intensity as both a strength and source of distress, (2) social incongruence and peer isolation resulting from developmental disparities, and (3) the need for adaptive counseling and differentiated emotional support. The study concludes that educational and psychological interventions must be tailored to the unique developmental trajectories of gifted children, emphasizing emotional regulation, self-concept development, and social integration. Understanding asynchronous growth is essential for fostering balanced psychological and academic development among gifted learners.
