Abstract

The wheat silo and pellet silo structure repair project phase 3 by PT. ISM Bogasari Surabaya is an annual infrastructure maintenance and strengthening activity to support the smooth production process. For this reason, it is very important to be completed on time according to the contract in order to proceed to the next stage of repair and not experience delays that can result in cost overruns. In this study using EVM (Earned Value Method) analysis in overcoming these problems to determine the cost and time performance of implementation as the project progresses and the indicators used in the analysis include SV (Schedule Variance), CV (Cost Variance), SPI (Schedule Performance Index), CPI (Cost Performance Index), which aims to obtain the results of the calculation of ETC (Estimated To Complete) & EAC (Estimated At Complete) in the project completion cost forecast. While ETS (Estimated Temporary Schedule) and EAS (Estimated All Schedule) for project completion time forecast. Based on the results of the cost & time performance analysis carried out up to week 48, the CPI> 1 value shows that the project is experiencing savings and for time performance shows the SPI < 1 value, which means that the project is experiencing delays.

Abstract

The wheat silo and pellet silo structure repair project phase 3 by PT ISM Bogasari Surabaya is an annual infrastructure maintenance and strengthening activity aimed at supporting the smooth production process. Therefore, it is crucial to complete the project on time according to the contract to proceed to the next stage of repair and avoid delays that could result in cost overruns. This study uses Earned Value Method (EVM) analysis to address these issues and assess the performance of costs and implementation time as the project progresses. The indicators used in the analysis include the calculation of Estimated To Complete (ETC) and Estimated At Complete (EAC) for forecasting project completion costs, and Estimated Temporary Schedule (ETS) and Estimated All Schedule (EAS) for forecasting project completion time. Based on the results of the cost and time performance analysis, the EAC value is 0.77% smaller, which is Rp. 21,825,605,678, compared to the contract value. The time to complete the EAS project is 481 days, with an addition of 26 days, resulting in a 0.6% longer project completion time.

Abstract

Bangunan dua lantai memiliki perilaku struktural yang unik saat mengalami gempa karena adanya kombinasi pengaruh beban statik dan dinamik pada tiap lantainya. Evaluasi nilai kerugian akibat gempa dilakukan dengan mempertimbangkan empat tingkatan intensitas, yaitu ringan, sedang, kuat, dan sangat kuat, menggunakan dua metode linier yang umum digunakan, yaitu Linear Static Equivalent (LSE) dan Response Spectrum Analysis (RSA). Metode LSE menghitung respons lateral bangunan dengan pendekatan beban statik ekuivalen sehingga analisisnya lebih sederhana dan cepat diterapkan, sedangkan RSA memperhitungkan kontribusi masing-masing mode getaran melalui spektrum respons gempa sehingga menghasilkan estimasi yang lebih realistis terhadap perilaku dinamik multi-mode. Berdasarkan hasil perhitungan, nilai kerugian yang diprediksi menggunakan RSA lebih besar dibandingkan LSE pada tingkat gempa sedang hingga sangat kuat; sebagai contoh, kerugian pada gempa kuat menunjukkan peningkatan signifikan karena RSA mampu menangkap efek resonansi dan distribusi energi yang lebih kompleks dalam struktur. Hasil analisis juga mengindikasikan bahwa LSE cenderung memberikan nilai kerugian lebih rendah dan kurang sensitif terhadap perubahan intensitas gempa, sedangkan RSA memberikan gambaran kerusakan yang lebih rinci dan dekat dengan kondisi aktual. Temuan ini menegaskan pentingnya pemilihan metode analisis yang tepat dalam estimasi kerugian seismik serta perlunya mempertimbangkan efek dinamik multi-mode untuk memperoleh prediksi risiko gempa yang lebih akurat, komprehensif, dan mendukung pengambilan keputusan dalam perencanaan struktur tahan gempa.
