Abstract

Street vendors play an important role in the urban economy, including in Semarang City, where street vendor growth continues to increase from year to year. The role of street vendors not only helps drive the economy, but also provides jobs for people who may have difficulty accessing the formal sector. Previous research data reported that there was a significant difference of up to 3 times the average income of the lowest street vendors compared to the highest, with a difference in average daily income of ± Rp. 200,000.00 and the average monthly income of the highest to the lowest having a difference of ± Rp. 5,500,000.00 in differences in operating hours, location, and type of merchandise. From the difference in income, there are street vendors who have incomes below the UMR of Semarang City. Researchers are interested in seeing how the variables of operating hours, location, and type of merchandise affect the income of street vendors in Semarang City by considering the UMR of Semarang City. This type of research is quantitative descriptive with 100 street vendor samples in Semarang City from various locations. The data collected was then analyzed using SPSS. The results of this study are that operating hours, location, and type of merchandise have a significant positive effect partially on the income of street vendors in Semarang City with the T Test and F Test, from the results of the determination coefficient test R2 of 0.515 which means that the variation in street vendor income is influenced by operating hours, location and type of merchandise by 51.5%, while the remaining 48.5% is influenced by other variables outside this study.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis Pengaruh Mutasi, Teknologi Informasi Dan Lingkungan Kerja terhadap Kinerja Pegawai Melalui Komitmen Organisasi Sebagai Variabel Intervening di Kantor Pengawasan dan Pelayanan Bea dan Cukai Tipe Madya Cukai Kudus. Besar sampel yang dibutuhkan adalah 51 responden. Proses pengambilan sampel dengan teknik (Simple Random Sampling). Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan menggunakan kuesioner. Analisis data menggunakan uji Validitas dan Reliabilitas dan Analisis Data Kuantitatif menggunakan PLS (Partial Least Square). Hasil penelitian dan pembahasan disimpulkan bahwa Mutasi, Teknologi Informasi dan Lingkungan Kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Komitmen Organisasi Pegawai, Teknologi Informasi dan Komitmen Organisasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kinerja Pegawai, Mutasi dan Lingkungan Kerja tidak berpengaruh terhadap Kinerja Pegawai di Kantor Pengawasan dan Pelayanan Bea dan Cukai Tipe Madya Cukai Kudus.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze service quality at the Bhina ​​Raharja Savings and Loan Cooperative in Rembang Regency using the 8P marketing mix framework and SWOT analysis. The study uses a qualitative approach. Data were collected through observation, in-depth interviews with five informants consisting of managers, service officers, and members, as well as supporting document studies. The results of the study found four main themes, namely the spirit of kinship as a relational strength based on trust but not yet standardized in written SOPs, the convenience and accessibility of physical services that are quite good but not yet integrated with digital services, the transparency of costs that are not fully understood by members, and the need for digital modernization as both an opportunity and a challenge for organizational adaptation. The SWOT analysis shows that the strengths lie in social capital and emotional closeness, while the weaknesses lie in manual systems, limited standardization, and cost communication. Opportunities stem from the trend of digitalization and community economic awareness, while threats come from fintech and digital banking. Recommended strategies include humanistic digital transformation, increased cost transparency, revitalization of human resource competencies, and optimization of service facilities. Improving service quality requires a balance of family values, transparency, and technological innovation to strengthen loyalty and competitiveness in cooperatives.
