Abstract

Perkembangan teknologi kecerdasan buatan atau Artificial Intelligence (AI) telah memberikan dampak transformasi yang masif di berbagai sektor, termasuk pendidikan. Guru dituntut untuk beradaptasi dengan alat digital guna menciptakan suasana belajar interaktif bagi siswa generasi Z dan Alpha. Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat (PkM) ini bertujuan memberikan solusi atas keterbatasan literasi digital guru di SD Brainfor Islamic School melalui pelatihan intensif pemanfaatan Generative AI. Fokus kegiatan meliputi penggunaan AI Teks (ChatGPT, Notion AI) untuk administrasi, serta AI Multimodal (Gemini AI, Canva AI, Suno AI) untuk pembuatan RPP, ilustrasi kelas, dan musik edukatif. Metode pelaksanaan menggunakan pendekatan Participatory Action Learning System (PALS) yang terdiri dari tahap sosialisasi, pelatihan hands-on, dan evaluasi. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan lonjakan rata-rata pemahaman peserta dari 35% pada tahap pre-test menjadi 88% pada tahap post-test. Seluruh peserta berhasil menghemat 50% waktu penyusunan administrasi dan menghasilkan minimal satu produk media pembelajaran interaktif secara mandiri. Pemanfaatan AI terbukti mereduksi kebosanan belajar siswa dan sangat membantu guru berinovasi.    The development of Artificial Intelligence (AI) technology has brought massive transformation in various sectors, including education. Teachers are required to adapt to digital tools to create interactive learning environments for Generation Z and Alpha students. This Community Service (PkM) aims to provide a solution to the limited digital literacy of teachers at SD Brainfor Islamic School through intensive training on Generative AI. The focus includes the use of Text AI (ChatGPT, Notion AI) for administration, and Multimodal AI (Gemini AI, Canva AI, Suno AI) for creating lesson plans, class illustrations, and educational music. The implementation method uses the Participatory Action Learning System (PALS) approach consisting of socialization, hands-on training, and evaluation stages. The results showed a surge in participants' average understanding from 35% in the pre-test to 88% in the post-test. All participants successfully saved 50% of their administration time and independently produced at least one interactive learning media product. The use of AI is proven to reduce student boredom and greatly helps teachers innovate.

Abstract

Perkembangan teknologi telah membawa perubahan signifikan dalam berbagai aspek kehidupan manusia, termasuk dalam sistem pencatatan absensi. Teknologi memberikan peluang besar untuk meningkatkan efisiensi dan efektivitas dalam pengelolaan informasi. Absensi, yang umumnya digunakan untuk mencatat kehadiran seseorang di berbagai tempat seperti sekolah atau tempat kerja, memainkan peran penting dalam penilaian kinerja dan disiplin. Namun, pencatatan absensi secara manual masih menjadi tantangan, seperti yang terjadi di Universitas Royal, sebuah perguruan tinggi di Kabupaten Asahan. Universitas ini, yang awalnya dikenal sebagai AMIK Royal dan kemudian menjadi STMIK Royal, telah bertransformasi menjadi Universitas Royal pada tahun 2024. Meskipun mengalami berbagai kemajuan, sistem absensi di universitas tersebut masih dilakukan secara konvensional melalui buku catatan, yang sering kali menyebabkan masalah seperti pemborosan waktu, risiko hilangnya data, serta ketidakefisienan dalam rekapitulasi absensi. Untuk mengatasi masalah ini, penulis mengusulkan penerapan sistem informasi absensi digital di Universitas Royal. Sistem ini dirancang untuk mencatat dan mengelola absensi secara otomatis, sehingga memudahkan pendokumentasian serta pengelolaan data absensi. Dengan sistem digital, waktu yang diperlukan untuk mencatat absensi dapat berkurang, dan data akan lebih aman serta dapat diakses dengan mudah

Abstract

The development of information technology encourages business actors, including Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs), to utilize information systems to improve operational efficiency and customer relationship management. Customer Relationship Management (CRM) is a strategy used to manage interactions with customers in order to increase customer satisfaction and loyalty. However, many MSMEs still record customer data and sales transactions manually, resulting in less effective data management processes. UD Sri Tani is a business engaged in the sale of agricultural products that still manages customer data, product inventory, and sales transactions manually. This condition causes difficulties in monitoring customer relationships and developing effective sales strategies. Therefore, this study aims to implement a web-based Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system to improve customer management and support sales strategies. The research method used includes system requirements analysis, system design, system implementation, and system testing. Data collection was conducted through observation, interviews, and the distribution of questionnaires to 39 respondents consisting of customers and business managers. System testing was carried out using the Black Box Testing method to ensure that all system functions operate according to user requirements. The results of the study indicate that the developed CRM system is capable of integrating customer data, product data, and sales transactions in a centralized manner. Based on 15 testing scenarios, all system functions showed a 100% success rate, indicating that the system operates properly according to user needs. The implementation of this system helps business owners manage customer relationships more effectively and supports the improvement of agricultural product sales strategies at UD Sri Tani.

Abstract

Hendrik Spare Parts Shop in Rawang Panca Arga, Asahan Regency, is a motor vehicle shop that has been operating for a long time and has a good reputation in its area. However, as the business develops and operations become increasingly complex, this store faces challenges in maintaining good relationships with customers and optimizing the sales process. Currently, their customer recording process is still done manually, which is time consuming and prone to errors. In developing e-CRM for the Hendrik Sparepart Store, a series of features will be designed that aim to improve customer experience, strengthen customer relationships and increase customer loyalty. One of the main features that will be included in this e-CRM application is a discount or promotion program that can be adjusted to customer offers. Hendrik Sparepart Shop sells various types of tires with a total of 60 units. Apart from tires, there are 40 units of engine oil for sale. Other products include 20 units of spark plugs, 15 units of air filters, 30 units of front brake pads, and 25 units of rear brake pads. By implementing an application-based information system for customer relationship management, Toko Hendrik Sparepart is expected to increase customer satisfaction and strengthen customer relationships. , and increase customer loyalty. Apart from that, it is hoped that this application will also provide more accurate and real-time information about customer needs, to facilitate more informed decision making in improving the customer experience
