Abstract

PT Bank Rakyat Indonesia (Persero) Tbk (BRI) adalah salah satu bank milik negara terbesar di Indonesia yang berkomitmen untuk melayani pelaku usaha kecil menengah, petani, dan nelayan di seluruh tanah air. Untuk tetap bersaing, BRI fokus pada inovasi, terutama digitalisasi, guna meningkatkan efisiensi dan produktivitas tanpa mengurangi jumlah tenaga kerja. Selain digitalisasi, motivasi karyawan, pendidikan, dan pengalaman kerja merupakan faktor kunci yang mempengaruhi produktivitas kerja. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menyelidiki pengaruh motivasi, pengalaman kerja, dan tingkat pendidikan terhadap produktivitas kerja di BRI Cabang Kotabumi, Lampung Utara. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan desain deskriptif dan melibatkan 80 karyawan sebagai sampel. Metode pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui kuesioner selama periode April – Juli 2024. Analisis uji simultan menunjukkan bahwa motivasi, pengalaman kerja, dan tingkat pendidikan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap produktivitas kerja. Hasil penelitian ini konsisten dengan temuan penelitian sebelumnya yang menunjukkan bahwa ketiga variabel tersebut berkontribusi secara signifikan terhadap peningkatan produktivitas. Oleh karena itu, untuk meningkatkan produktivitas kerja, BRI perlu terus memperhatikan dan mengembangkan aspek motivasi, pengalaman kerja, dan pendidikan karyawan. Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa strategi peningkatan di ketiga area tersebut akan mendukung pencapaian produktivitas kerja yang optimal di BRI Kantor Cabang Kotabumi.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the impact of Workload (X1), Career Development (X2), and Competence (X3) on Employee Performance (Y) at PT. Kereta Api Persero Divre IV. A questionnaire was distributed to 175 respondents, and the collected data were analyzed using SPSS version 25. The t-test results show that Workload has a significant negative impact on Employee Performance (t-value = -6.065; significance = 0.000), with a regression coefficient of -0.228. Career Development has a significant positive impact on Employee Performance (t-value = 10.787; significance = 0.000), with a regression coefficient of 0.431. Competence also has a significant positive impact on Employee Performance (t-value = 9.717; significance = 0.000), with a regression coefficient of 0.396. The simultaneous test indicates that Workload, Career Development, and Competence together significantly affect Employee Performance (F-value = 216.353; significance = 0.000), with an Adjusted R-Square of 0.775.

Abstract

The quality of health services needs to be improved because of the needs of the community in accordance with the standards of resource utilization in a fair, efficient, and effective manner. With the limitations of the government and community, health services are still carried out safely and satisfactorily in accordance with good norms and ethics. Health services in hospitals, health centers, clinics or other health institutions are components that are interrelated, interdependent, and influence each other. This study aims to determine the effect of reliability, responsiveness, and assurance variables simultaneously and partially on patient satisfaction at the Ismadana Muaradua Clinic. This study uses a quantitative method with 100 respondents. Data was collected directly from respondents using a previously prepared questionnaire The analysis tool uses multiple linear regression. The results of the study showed that both simultaneously (F-test) and partially (t-test) concluded that the variables Reliability (X1), Responsiveness (X2), and Assurance (X3) have a significant effect on Patient Satisfaction (Y).

Abstract

Performance in terms of quality and quantity achieved by an employee in carrying out his duties in accordance with the responsibilities given to him. Factors that can influence performance are motivation, competence, leadership, achievement, work environment and work experience. The aim of this research was to determine the influence of motivation, achievement, work experience and competency on the performance of nurses at RSJD Dr Amino Gondohutomo, Central Java Province. The method used in this research was quantitative descriptive, the number of samples used was 71 respondents from part of the existing population which had been obtained using the Slovin technique. The results of this research showed that the four variables of motivation, achievement, work experience and competence simultaneously influenced the performance of nurses at RSJD Dr Amino Gondohutomo, Central Java Province. The results of the motivation variable partially influence the performance of nurses at RSJD Dr Amino Gondohutomo, Central Java Province. The results of the achievement variable partially influence the performance of nurses at RSJD Dr Amino Gondohutomo, Central Java Province. The results of the work experience variable partially influence the performance of nurses at RSJD Dr Amino Gondohutomo, Central Java Province. The results of the competency variable partially influence the performance of nurses at RSJD Dr Amino Gondohutomo, Central Java Province. Suggestions are expected to use other independent variables, for example education, work discipline, wages, leadership, workload and so on.
