Abstract

This research aims to find out what factors most influence consumer behavior in generation Z. There are 4 indicators that influence consumer behavior, namely cultural factors, social factors, personal factors and psychological factors. Each of these indicators has sub-indicators, such as Cultural Factors with sub-indicators in the form of culture and sub-culture. Social factors in the form of reference groups, family and role/status. Personal factors in the form of lifestyle and personality. Psychological factors in the form of learning and beliefs. This research uses quantitative methods with survey techniques. The sample in this study was 203 people. The data collection technique uses a questionnaire distributed online via Google Form. The questionnaire consists of 40 statement questions and 2 essay questions. The measurement scale in this study uses a Likert scale. The research instrument will be tested using validity and reality tests via the SPSS application. The results of this research show that the lowest factor is the social factor amounted to 33.28%. Psychological factors amounted to 39.165%, personal factors amounted to 41.4%. Meanwhile, the highest factor is the cultural factor amounted to 41.585%. The results of this study show that cultural factors that most influence the consumer behavior of generation Z.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of leadership style on employee performance with work discipline as an intervening variable at PT. Bank Syariah Indonesia (Persero) Tbk. Palembang Branch Office. The data in this study are primary data in the form of questionnaires. Respondents in this study were employees at PT. Bank Syariah Indonesia (Persero) Tbk. Palembang Branch Office. The respondents of this study were 26 employees of PT. Bank Syariah Indonesia Kanca Palembang. This study uses two test methods, namely simple regression analysis and Path Analysis (Sobel Test). The results of the study show that leadership style has no effect on employee performance. Based on the calculated t value and significance value: it is known that the t value is 0.344 and the significance value is 0.734 > 0.05. That is, the first hypothesis is rejected. Furthermore, Leadership Style has no effect on Employee Performance with Work Discipline as an Intervening Variable. The results of the Sobel Test show that the a value is 0.073, the b value is 0.922, the Sa value is 0.213, the Sb value is 0.120. The value of the Statistical Test is 0.432 and the P-Value is 0.732. That is, the second hypothesis is rejected.

Abstract

This study aims to determine and analyze how the Taxation System and Love of Money affect Student Perceptions regarding Tax Evasion. This study has two independent variables, namely the taxation system and love of money and one dependent variable, namely student perceptions regarding tax evasion. Students of the Faculty of Economics and Business, Tridinanti University are the population in this study. Students in the S1 Accounting Study Program, S1 Management and D3 Finance and Banking. The sampling technique for this study was purposive sampling. The sample used in this study was 128 people. The type of data in this study is primary data in the form of a questionnaire. The method of collecting this questionnaire data is in the form of a google form which is distributed online to students. The data obtained will be processed through the IBM SPSS App version 20. Based on the results of the hypothesis test, it can be said that the first hypothesis, the tax system variable (X1) has a significant effect on the tax evasion variable (Y). Where, the results of the t-test value sig. of 0.000 < 0.05. The second hypothesis, the love of money variable (X2) has a significant effect on the tax evasion variable (Y). Where, the results of the t-test sig. value of 0.000 < 0.05. The third hypothesis, the F value of 0.000 < 0.05. This means that the tax system and love of money have an effect on tax evasion.
