The coming of the Prophet Muhammad is a mercy for all mankind (rahmatan lil alamin). Anything that is taught by the Prophet in the Hadith is the embodiment of that mission. so that if the teachings of Islam that comes from the prophet violate that principle should be straightened. One is seated husband and wife as an object as a subject in the relationship in the household, including the sexual relations between husband and wife. The situation is sometimes ignore the principle muasyarah bil maruf, even the actors sometimes feel right because he felt what he did was based on religious texts. This study seeks mendudukan hadith related sexual relations between husband and wife on the correct understanding that does not undermine one of the two. so that the traditions related to the prohibition of solicitation husband wife refuses sexual relations do not become a tool of legitimacy for the husband to act arbitrarily against his wife because sexual relations between husband and wife is not just a matter of mere biological, but also psychological.

This research aims to get a deep understanding about Islam as a kaffah. For all this appears the understanding that Islam only deals with matters relating to human relationships to oneness of god . such understanding has actually narrowed the meaning and scope of the true teachings of Islam, which in turn affected the behavior of Muslims. Though there are many verses of the Quran or Hadith that tells Muslims to maintain and keep the environment. it is enough to be the base of the importance of maintenance of the environment. But in reality we are also faced the meaning of religious terms is not touching the maintenance of the environment. For that in the future need to formulate Islamic teachings, both in the field of tafsir, hadith, shariah related to the environment, so the maintenance of environmental sustainability is an integral part in Islamic dawah.

This research was motivated by some students at SMA Negeri 33 Jakarta who experienced difficulties in reading the Al-Quran and lacked understanding of the science of tajwid, so this research aims to determine the role of Islamic Religious Education and Character teachers in improving high school students' Al-Quran reading skills. 33 Jakarta. This research is a qualitative research. The data collection techniques used were observation of Islamic Religious Education and Characteristics subjects, interviews of Islamic Religious Education teachers at SMA Negeri 33 Jakarta and students in class X-5 and documentation. The results of the research show that the role of Islamic Religious Education and Character Teachers at SMA Negeri 33 Jakarta in improving students' ability to read the Al-Quran is: (1) The teacher teaches how to read the Al-Quran correctly. (2) Additional hours of Al-Quran learning outside of Teaching and Learning Activities. (3) Islamic Religious Education Teachers facilitate teaching materials such as Iqro and Juz Amma. (4) The teacher corrects the students' incorrect reading of the Koran. (5) The teacher introduces the science of recitation and waqf signs. (6) The teacher repeats Al-Quran material. (7) Teachers use Al-Quran learning methods, namely the peer method and memorization method. Thus, the role of Islamic Religious Education and Character Education teachers in improving students' Al-Quran reading skills includes teachers as teachers, mentors and facilitators.

This article is based on the emergence of hadiths maudhu circulating in the society. In reality, the general public obtains religious knowledge from the graduates of Pesantren (Islamic boarding schools). Thus, indirectly, the Pesantren contribute to the spread of hadiths maudhu in the society. This research was conducted by examining Pesantren in general by referring to literature related to education in Islamic boarding schools. The research method used is a descriptive-analytical method of the existing phenomena. From this research, it is concluded that Pesantren play a role in the circulation of hadiths maudhu in the society. This role was seen in the Pesantren's educational system, particularly in relation to hadith studies, which did not refer to the primary hadith books but used books containing specific hadiths without explaining their authenticity. The hadiths they studied were then conveyed to the society, which became the initial source of hadiths maudhu.

Construction of Social Education Values ??in Surah Al-Ma'un. Education and social can’t be separated in a role. Social education plays important role in the formation of social institutions and social environment and its influence on quality of individuals who build society. Through this research, researchers want to reveal the components that make up the value of social education in Surah Al-Maun. The researcher used qualitative methods with descriptive analysis approach from literature review. The compiler also used the Maudu'i method which is a method of interpreting Al-Quran verses based on certain themes or topics discussed in the surah or part of the verse being studied. With this research, it was found that the value of social education in Surah Al-Maun is to build awareness among others, in this case it is emphasized for orphans and the poor by giving alms from the best goods. In this discussion, the interpretation of worship and muamalah must be in harmony. It is concluded that good and correct worship produces individuals who care about society and are not limited to God. So that the results of spiritual relationship have relevance to human aspect, giving rise to tolerance and concern which are the values ??of social education in Surah Al-Maun.

Guru sebagai salah satu komponen pendidikan, termasuk pendidikan agama Islam, merupakan salah satu komponen yang sangat menentukan tujuan pendidikan agama Islam, yang signifikan dan berorientasi pada peluang dan tantangan era globalisasi. Oleh karena itu, diperlukan potret atau teladan seorang ustadz yang sesuai dalam kondisi globalisasi.Pendidikan agama Islam di sekolah merupakan upaya sadar melalui pengajaran, pengajaran danatau pendidikan untuk mempersiapkan peserta didik menghadapi masa depannya dengan menjadikan agama Islam sebagai pedoman dan pedoman dalam kehidupan.Dalam proses belajar mengajar, guru tidak hanya berperan sebagai penyampai informasi, tetapi juga bertanggung jawab terhadap pengembangan kepribadian siswa. Guru hendaknya menciptakan pembelajaran sedemikian rupa sehingga mendorong siswa belajar secara efektif dan dinamis untuk mencapai dan mencapai tujuan yang diharapkan. Dengan kemajuan yang dicapai dalam bidang ilmu pengetahuan dan teknologi, memicu semakin banyaknya perubahan dalam berbagai bidang kehidupan manusia, yang juga berdampak pada perubahan nilai-nilai budaya dan agama dalam kehidupan manusia.
