Abstract

Salah satu problematika sebagian sekolah saat ini dengan adanya penurunan input peserta didik. Oleh karena itu, sekolah perlu melakukan promosi sekolah, promosi sekolah cukup refresentatif meningkatkan minat calon peserta didik baru. Penelitian ini difokuskan pada manajemen pemasaran dalam meningkatkan input pesertadidik, dengan melihat idetifikasi pemasaran dan implementasi pemasaran yang dilakukan oleh SMAN 1 Lenek sebagai lokasi penelitian. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskripif, data dikumpulkan melalui observasi, wawancara, dan dilengkapi dengan dokumentasi. Data dianalis melalui proses pengumpulan data, reduksi data, penyajian data dan verifikasi data. Penelitian ini menghasilkan: (1) Manajemen pemasaran SMAN 1 Lenek dalam meningkatkan input peserta didiknya melalui identifikasi pemasaran yaitu : Identifikasi Pasar, Tergetting, Segmenting, Deferensiasi Produk, Positioning, Pelayanan, dan Proses. (2) Implementasi manjemen pemasaran dalam meningkatkan input peserta didiknya adalah  yang pertama melalui pemasaran langsung berupa sosialisasi, penyebaran pamflet, baliho, brosur, poster dan pemasaran mulut ke mulut (Word Of Mouth).  Dan yang kedua melalui Via internet seperti Facebook, Instagram, Whatapp, Youtube dan Website.

Abstract

Moral education is a very important aspect in shaping students' social behavior so that they are able to interact properly both in the school environment and in society. However, in reality, many students still lack good interaction within their environment. At MTs NW Montong Mas, various moral education methods have been implemented in daily life. This research aims to find out the methods of moral education applied at MTs NW Montong Mas in shaping students‟ social behavior, as well as the supporting and inhibiting factors involved.This study uses a qualitative descriptive approach with data collection techniques such as observation, interviews, and documentation. The subjects of the research included Islamic creed and morals teachers, guidance and counseling teachers, and students. The results of the study show that the methods of moral education used include role modeling, habituation, advice, and discipline. Supporting factors in the implementation of moral education in shaping students' social behavior include the commitment of teachers and school staff, student obedience, the supervision system, and consistent coaching, as well as support from families and an Islamic social environment. The inhibiting factors include lack of facilities, inconsistency in implementing methods, students who are not aware yet, lack of student response to guidance, the influence of social media, and peer environments outside of school

Abstract

This study aims to identify and analyze the role of parents in shaping the character of students at MA NW Senyiur. This research is a descriptive qualitative study. Data were collected through observation, interviews, and documentation. The research sample consisted of 18 eighth-grade students. The results of the study show that the role of parents in shaping students’ character can be considered successful, as parents have been directly involved in the process of character education, serving as educators, mentors, supervisors, and companions in developing their children’s character. The supporting factors include parents’ education and knowledge, exemplary behavior in daily life, household harmony, stable economic conditions, and effective communication within the family. The inhibiting factors include a lack of understanding of character education, busyness and limited time for children, negative social environments, and economic and social issues.
