Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan faktor kesulitan guru dalam menyusun Rencana Pelaksanaan Pembelajaran (RPP) di SD Negeri 067098 Jl.Pendidikan no.20 Medan Timur . Pendekatan yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kualitatif dengan jenis penelitian deskriptif naratif. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan wawancara dan dokumentasi. Analisis data menggunakan analisis data Model Milles dan Huberman yang terdiri atas, reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kesulitan yang dialami oleh guru dalam menyusun dan mengembangkan beberapa komponen RPP diantaranya: (1) merumuskan indikator pencapaian kompetensi, (2) menentukan model dan metode pembelajaran, (3) menentukan media pembelajaran dan (4) penilaian. Beberapa bentuk kesulitan tersebut dipengaruhi karena beberapa faktor antara lain: (1) pemahaman guru dalam menyusun RPP, (2) kemampuan guru dalam menggunakan IT, (3) ketersediaan waktu, (4) karakteristik siswa.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the strategy for developing contextual Islamic Religious Education (IRE) material related to the lives of students at SMP Muhammadiyah 07 Medan. This research is a descriptive qualitative study. Data were collected through interviews, observations, and documentation. The data analysis technique used follows the Miles and Huberman model. The results indicate that IRE teachers have made efforts to connect the learning material with the students' life contexts, such as teenage interactions, digital ethics, and social relationships. Discussion and case simulation methods are applied to enhance student engagement. However, there are still challenges in developing more innovative materials due to reliance on rigid textbooks. Students respond positively to material that is relevant to their daily lives, although some feel that the material is sometimes too theoretical.
