Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of TikTok live streaming and electronic word of mouth on consumer purchasing decisions at Caldera Corner. The research method uses a quantitative descriptive approach. Data was collected through questionnaires distributed via TikTok social media to consumers who have watched Caldera Corner's TikTok live sessions. The sample was obtained using the Cochran formula with a total of 100 respondents. The results showed that simultaneously, the two independent variables had a significant effect on purchasing decisions, with an F test significance value of 0.000 and an R² value of 0.407, which means that 40.7% of the variation in purchasing decisions can be explained by TikTok live streaming and electronic word of mouth. Partially, TikTok live streaming has a significance of 0.003 with a coefficient of 0.260, while electronic word of mouth is 0.000 with a coefficient of 0.330. It can be concluded that both variables play an important role in driving consumer purchasing decisions.

Abstract

There is a problem where 77,5% of MSMEs lack accurate and adequate financial recording, which hinders effective business management and strategic decision-making. This study aims to analyze the financial recording system of the retail grocery MSME Warmart using the Theory of Planned Behavior (TPB) and Resource-Based View (RBV) approaches. TPB is used to understand the influence of the owner’s attitude, subjective norms, and behavioral control on financial recording practices. At the same time, RBV assesses financial recording as a strategic resource to enhance competitive advantage and business sustainability. The research employs a qualitative method with a single case study approach. Date were collected through direct observation, interviews with the owner and employees of Warmart, and documentation of financial records. The results reveal that financial recording at Warmart is still done manually and limited to recording income and expenses without complete financial reports, such as profit and loss statements and balance sheets. The main obstacles include the owner’s limited understanding of comprehensive recording and operational technology constraints. This study recommends systematic and structured training and mentoring on financial recording for MSMEs to improve financial management accuracy, consistency, and quality. This can support better decision-making and strengthen business competitiveness.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh literasi keuangan dan inklusi keuangan terhadap peningkatan kinerja keuangan pada usaha kerudung "Arey Hijab" yang berlokasi di Kabupaten Bandung. Pendekatan yang digunakan adalah kualitatif deskriptif melalui wawancara mendalam, observasi langsung, serta dokumentasi dengan melibatkan tiga informan utama, yaitu pemilik usaha dan dua staf penjualan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa tingkat literasi keuangan pelaku usaha masih tergolong rendah, khususnya dalam hal keterampilan aritmatika dasar dan pemahaman menyeluruh terhadap produk serta karakteristik layanan lembaga keuangan. Meski demikian, pemilik usaha menunjukkan inisiatif positif dalam hal pencatatan keuangan dan pemanfaatan teknologi keuangan digital seperti mobile banking dan e-wallet. Dari sisi inklusi keuangan, usaha ini telah menggunakan berbagai layanan keuangan formal, namun belum dikelola secara profesional karena seluruh transaksi masih menggunakan rekening pribadi pemilik, bukan atas nama usaha. Hal ini menjadi hambatan dalam pelacakan keuangan dan potensi akses pembiayaan eksternal. Meskipun sistem pencatatan keuangan belum memenuhi standar akuntansi formal, usaha tetap menunjukkan pertumbuhan kualitatif yang cukup baik. Oleh karena itu, diperlukan peningkatan literasi keuangan dan strukturisasi administrasi keuangan yang lebih baik agar kinerja usaha dapat berkembang secara optimal dan berkelanjutan.

Abstract

Seiring perkembangan layanan jasa laundry di kota besar dan kota kecil termasuk kota Bandung yang semakin pesat saat ini, industri laundry harus mampu bersaing dengan kompetitor sejenis dengan cara meningkatkan kinerja karyawan. Fenomena bahwa kinerja karyawan ditingkatkan oleh motivasi kerja merupakan hal yang konstan dalam setiap organisasi atau perusahaan, besar atau kecil, Salah satu contohnya adalah PT. Erna Data Solusi Express Laundry.Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode deskriptif. Metode penelitian kualitatif merupakan metode penelitian yang didasarkan pada filosofi perusahaan, digunakan untuk mempelajari keadaan objek alam dengan peneliti sebagai alat utamanya, melalui Teknik triangulasi (observasi,wawancara,dan dokumentasi), memperoleh data kualitatif, analisis data bersifat kualitatif, dan hasil penelitian. Penelitian ini bersifat deskriptif karena penelitian ini berupaya mengumpulkan fakta yang ada.Berdasarkan temuan hasil wawancara dapat disimpulkan bahwa sering kali karyawan-karyawan tidak mematuhi aturan sehingga lalai dalam memenuhi kewajibannya. Hasil observasi juga menunjukan bahwa karyawan terlihat lalai karena kurangnya pengawasan dan sanksi yang ada tidak memberikan efek jera. Kesimpulan ini didukung dengan data faktual dari dokumen absensi yang tersedia yaitu tingkat keterlambatan, alpa, dan izin yang tinggi dan cenderung meningkat.Karyawan dapat melaksanakan disiplin kerja jika sebuah peraturan dalam perusahaan jelas dan terarah, sehingga loyalitas karyawan terhadap organisasi dapat terbentuk. Oleh karena itu perlu adanya penerapan aturan disiplin yang korektif dan preventif dari perusahaan didukung dengan pemberian hak yang sesuai untuk karyawan.

Abstract

Cooperatives play an important role in strengthening the economic foundation, especially for Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs). This is done through providing adequate liquidity to support lending activities to cooperative members who act as MSME actors. Given the importance of MSMEs in economic progress, the government needs to continue to encourage and develop this economy with full support. One important aspect is easy access to capital and marketing assistance. The role of financial institutions, especially banks, is very important in providing access to credit to MSME players, which have great potential in the economy. Because with easy access to capital loans, MSME players can develop the quality of their business. This type of research is descriptive qualitative with data collection techniques, namely interviews, observation, and documentation, with informants as many as 6 MSME actors using a purposive sampling formula from a total of 62 MSME actors. The results of this study indicate that capital is an important element in running a business. With sufficient or large capital, entrepreneurs can develop their business more widely. The existence of capital assistance from cooperatives has a good impact because with this, MSMEs are able to increase the development of MSMEs in the teak village area. The results obtained, there are 90% of MSMEs experiencing an increase in terms of business scope and turnover obtained.

Abstract

Penelitian ini menganalisis peran kompetensi tenaga farmasi dalam meningkatkan kualitas pelayanan di Apotek Dokter Nova Banjaran. Kompetensi tenaga farmasi penting dalam mutu layanan kesehatan, terutama terkait ketimpangan distribusi tenaga kesehatan di Indonesia. Metode yang digunakan adalah kualitatif deskriptif dengan wawancara mendalam kepada tenaga farmasi, manajemen, dan pelanggan, serta analisis dokumentasi. Hasil menunjukkan sebagian besar parameter kompetensi terpenuhi, termasuk pengetahuan dasar, keterampilan teknis, komunikasi, dan etika profesi. Aspek pendukung meliputi pelatihan berkelanjutan, dukungan manajemen, dan motivasi individu. Kompetensi ini berdampak positif pada kualitas pelayanan, terlihat dari kepuasan pasien, kecepatan layanan, kelengkapan obat, dan sikap profesional tenaga farmasi. Penelitian ini memberikan implikasi penting bagi pengembangan SDM melalui pelatihan dan evaluasi rutin, serta menjadi acuan bagi apotek lain dalam meningkatkan mutu pelayanan kesehatan masyarakat.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the extent to which the influence of Shopee Video @deefcraftcenter content on the buying interest of followers on the Shopee Deefcraft Center account. to answer these problems, researchers analyze photo content, video content, and captions on exploratory interest, transactional interest, referential interest and preferential interest. This study utilizes a quantitative methodology involving surveys and regression analysis tools. The study's population comprises 3,800 individuals, from which a sample of 100 participants was extracted. The results demonstrate that photographic content considerably affects buy intentions, although video content and captions also play a substantial role in purchasing decisions. Shopee video content significantly influences exploratory, transactional, referential, and preferential interest. This study concludes that a modest, substantial, and unidirectional relationship exists between the influence of Shopee videos and buy intention, suggesting that purchasing interest is also influenced by additional criteria such as service quality, product quality, and cost. The data processing and hypothesis testing outcomes indicate the rejection of the null hypothesis (Ho) and the acceptance of the alternative hypothesis (Ha). Suggestions for the Shopee Video @deefcraftcenter account are expected to pay attention to Shopee Video content by maintaining content quality, creating content that interacts more with followers and consistency in uploading content by utilizing the features available at Shopee Video in order to attract more consumer buying interest. This research unveils significant implications for brands and marketers using platforms like Shopee to engage potential buyers. By highlighting that Shopee video content, alongside images and captions, plays a pivotal role in shaping various aspects of consumer interest, the findings encourage brands to refine their content strategies. The data suggests that not only must the quality of visual and textual elements be prioritized, but also that fostering a deeper connection with followers through interactive and consistent uploads can enhance buyer engagement. Companies can leverage these insights to tailor their marketing efforts more effectively, thereby increasing purchase intentions among consumers. In essence, this study underscores the importance of integrating quality content with consistent interaction to nurture and boost consumer interest, ultimately driving sales and fostering brand loyalty.
