Abstract

The study aims to conduct a fundamental analysis of food and beverage companies listed on the Jakarta Islamic index with the Price Earning Ratio (PER) and Price to Book Value (PBV) methods. Fundamental analysis carried out consisted of macro analysis conducted on food and beverage companies listed on the Jakarta Islamic Index (JII), and financial report analysis conducted on food and beverage companies listed in the Jakarta Islamic Index (JII), besides that also research calculating the fair price of shares of food and beverage companies with the Price Earning Ratio (PER) method and Price to Book Value including in the position of undervalued, fair value, or overvalued after conducting fundamental analysis. The sample in this study amounted to 2 companies. The data analysis method used is Top Down Analysis with the Price Earning Ratio and Price Tobookvalue approaches. The results of the study with macroeconomic analysis show a global economic slowdown. Based on industry analysis, PT Indofood Sukses Makmur Tbk and PT Indofood CBP Sukses Makmur Tbk are at the maturity stage. Through the analysis of the financial statements of the two companies, it was considered to have good performance. Stock Valuation calculated using the Price Earning Ratio (PER) and Price To Book Value (PBV) method shows that the stock price is in an undervalued position Penelitian bertujuan untuk melakukan analisis fundamental perusahaan food and beverage yang terdaftar pada Jakarta inslamic index dengan metode Price Earning Rasio (PER) dan Price to Book Value (PBV). Analisis fundamental yang dilakukan terdiri dari analisis makro yang dilakukan terhadap perusahaan food and beverage yang terdaftar pada Jakarta Islamic Index (JII), dan analisis laporan keuangan yang dilakukan terhadap perusahaan food and beverage yang terdaftar pada Jakarta Islamic Index (JII), selain itu penelitian juga menghitung harga wajar saham perusahaan food and beverage dengan metode Price Earning Rasio (PER) dan Price to Book Value termasuk dalam posisi undervalue, fairvalue, atau overvalue setelah melakukan analisis fundamental. Sampel dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 2 perusahaan. Metode analisis data yang digunakan adalah Top Down Analisys dengan pendekatan Price Erning Ratio dan Price Tobookvalue. Hasil penelitian dengan analisis ekonomi makro menunjukan perlambatan ekonomi global. Berdasarkan analisis industri PT  Indofood  Sukses Makmur Tbk dan PT  Indofood CBP Sukses Makmur Tbk telah berada pada tahap kedewasaan. Melalui analisis laporan keuangan kedua perusahaan dinilai memiliki kinerja baik. Penilaian Saham yang dihitung menggunakan metode Price Erning Ratio (PER) dan Price Tobook Value (PBV) menunjukan bahwa  harga saham berada pada posisi undervalued

Abstract

Behavior finance menjelaskan bagaimana investor secara logis melakukan kesalahan dalam proses pengambilan keputusan investasi akibat bias kognitif dan emosional yang akhirnya berujung pada keputusan investasi yang merugikan. Proses pengambilan keputusan investasi investor dipengaruhi oleh berbagai bias perilaku yang tidak dapat dihindari oleh individu, dan pikiran manusia memproses informasi menggunakan jalan pintas dan filter emosional yang menyebabkan kesalahan dalam proses pengambilan keputusan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji dan menganalisis pengaruh herding dan overconfident terhadap pengambilan keputusan investasi dengan literasi keuangan sebagai variabel moderasi. Pengambilan sampel dalam penelitian ini menggunakan teknik purposive sampling pada investor generasi Z di Jawa Timur. Sampel ditentukan menggunakan tabel Krejcie & Morgan sehingga diperoleh sampel sebanyak 400 responden. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini menggunakan analisis Partial Least Square (PLS) Structural Equation Model (SEM) melalui program pengolahan data SmartPLS versi 3. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa overconfident berpengaruh signifikan terhadap pengambilan keputusan investasi, sedangkan herding tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap pengambilan keputusan investasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan literasi keuangan memoderasi negatif pengaruh herding dan over confidence terhadap pengambilan keputusan investasi oleh investor generasi Z di Jawa Timur.

Abstract

This study aims to analyse the Instagram content strategy of Defaros Barbershop in Kediri City using the AIDA model (Attention, Interest, Desire, Action) to enhance consumer purchasing decisions. The research background is rooted in the importance of social media optimisation for SMEs in the digital era, where 71% of Indonesian businesses use Instagram, but only 30% utilise it effectively. A qualitative case study design was employed, including content analysis of 60 Instagram posts (January 2022–December 2023), interviews with account managers, and AIDA-based thematic coding. Results revealed that Defaros Barbershop successfully captured attention through aesthetic visuals (78% of posts), retained interest with educational content (40% of posts), and built desire via visual testimonials (30% of posts). However, FOMO-based promotions were only executed 4 times/year, and Instagram Shopping integration was suboptimal. The action stage was supported by clear CTAs (85% of captions) and an average DM response time of 15 minutes. The study concludes by emphasising the need to improve geolocation hashtags, interactive features (polls/Q&A), and promotion frequency to boost conversions. These findings serve as a practical guide for service-orientated SMEs to optimise Instagram with a structured and low-cost approach.

Abstract

One indicator of the success of higher education running a higher education system, is the success of alumni in the world of work. One way to find out the condition of alumni is to do a tracer study. Tracer study or alumni tracking is information gathering activities of alumni regarding the competencies needed by stakeholders as material for the process of improving education. Tracer study is conducted for alumni who have graduated for two years because it is considered that time has described the condition of alumni in the world of work. The purpose of this research is to find out (1) Transition of graduates from the world of education to the world of work such as (waiting period of work, the first job search process, the last work situation); (2) Alumni assessment of the contribution of higher education in obtaining competencies; (3) Vertical alignment and horizontal felt by alumni. This type of research is a quantitative descriptive study with a cross-sectional approach, with the stages, starting from the Development of Concepts and Instruments, data collection, and data processing and analysis. The target population is 2419, with the total contactable population of 955 (target subjects), of which 195 alumni are willing to fill in the questionnaire and serve as respondents. The results showed the average of alumni getting a job was six months with the largest percentage of job search done through relations with a percentage of 51.28%, and most types of workplaces were private companies with 46%. While the highest level of competence obtained by alumni is communication with vertical alignment level, 67% of respondents stated the same and 85.6% stated aligned related to horizontal alignment.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh sikap, norma subjektif, dan kontrol perilaku terhadap niat berinvestasi pada instrumen hijau di kalangan investor Jawa Timur dengan menggunakan kerangka Theory of Planned Behavior (TPB). Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif eksplanatori dengan metode Structural Equation Modeling–Partial Least Squares (SEM-PLS). Data primer dikumpulkan melalui penyebaran kuesioner kepada 200 responden yang merupakan generasi Z dan memiliki minat serta pengalaman dalam investasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sikap, norma subjektif, dan kontrol perilaku memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap niat berinvestasi hijau. Temuan ini menegaskan bahwa semakin positif sikap individu terhadap manfaat lingkungan dan keuntungan finansial, semakin kuat dorongan sosial yang diterima, serta semakin tinggi persepsi kontrol terhadap akses dan sumber daya, maka semakin besar pula niat mereka untuk terlibat dalam investasi hijau. Kontribusi penelitian ini terletak pada penguatan bukti empiris tentang relevansi TPB dalam menjelaskan perilaku investasi berkelanjutan pada konteks negara berkembang

Abstract

The urgency of climate change and sustainability issues has highlighted the importance of green investment, particularly among young generations who are increasingly exposed to financial decisions through digital platforms. This study aims to examine the influence of attitude toward behavior, subjective norms, perceived behavioral control, and financial literacy on green investment intention, as well as the role of financial influencers as a moderating variable, and the subsequent impact on actual green investment behavior among Generation Z investors in East Java, Indonesia. Using an explanatory quantitative approach, data were collected from 400 valid respondents selected through purposive sampling, and analyzed using Structural Equation Modeling–Partial Least Squares (SEM-PLS). The results reveal that all four predictors—attitude toward behavior, subjective norms, perceived behavioral control, and financial literacy—have a positive and significant effect on green investment intention. Furthermore, green investment intention and perceived behavioral control are proven to significantly drive actual green investment behavior. The moderating test indicates that financial influencers only strengthen the relationship between attitude toward behavior and green investment intention, while their influence is insignificant on subjective norms, perceived behavioral control, and financial literacy. These findings contribute to the extension of the Theory of Planned Behavior by incorporating financial literacy and influencer effects into the model. The study provides theoretical implications for behavioral finance research and practical insights for policymakers, educational institutions, and financial regulators to design strategies that enhance sustainable investment literacy and foster long-term participation in green investment.

Abstract

Many MSMEs still face fundamental challenges such as limited access to formal financing, low financial literacy, and slow adoption of digital technology, including fintech. Sustainable business performance requires business actors not only to survive economically but also to manage their businesses efficiently, have a long-term orientation, and adapt to market and technological dynamics. The purpose of this study is to analyze the role of financial literacy on the sustainable performance of MSMEs by examining the mediating role of financial access and fintech adoption. The method in this study uses the Structural Equation Modeling – Partial Least Squares (SEM-PLS) approach with the assistance of SmartPLS software. This research is a quantitative explanatory study, with the population consisting of MSMEs in Kediri City. The results show that financial literacy does not directly affect MSME performance, but it plays an important role in expanding financial access. This financial access then becomes a significant mediating pathway that connects financial literacy with business performance. Thus, financial literacy will only contribute effectively to MSME performance if it is accompanied by the ability to access and utilize financial services productively. Meanwhile, fintech adoption has been shown to play no significant role, either directly on performance or as a mediator between financial literacy and business performance. This indicates that the use of financial technology remains limited to basic transaction functions and has not been fully integrated into MSME business strategies.
