Drug abuse among adolescents is a serious problem that has an impact on physical, mental, and social health. This community service activity aims to increase adolescent knowledge about the dangers of drugs and build positive character at SMA N 1 Sukatani. The method used is participatory counseling with audiovisual media, as well as knowledge evaluation through pre-test and post-test. The results showed an increase in knowledge scores after counseling, which indicates the effectiveness of this approach. Active student participation and school support strengthened the success of the activity. The importance of these results shows that periodic school-based education can be an effective preventive strategy in preventing drug abuse among adolescents. This activity contributes to the formation of a healthy and risk-aware young generation.

The latest projections show that the number of deaths from cardiovascular disease, including CAD, will increase to reach 23.3 million deaths in 2030. Objective: To determine the application of Passive Leg Raising therapy to blood pressure in patients with Post Coronary Artery Bypass Graft surgery in the ICCU Room of Dr. Kariadi General Hospital, Semarang. Method: The method used is descriptive with a case study approach, which describes the nursing process by applying the application of Passive Leg Raising to blood pressure in patients with post coronary artery bypass graft surgery in the ICCU Room of Dr. Kariadi General Hospital, Semarang. Samples taken from two adult patients with a diagnosis of Coronary artery, performed with a semi-fowler position of 30°-45°. Results: The average systolic blood pressure of the case study subjects in the first application examination was 120 mmHg, in the second application examination 120 mmHg, and in the third application examination 127 mmHg. The average diastolic blood pressure in the first application examination was 80 mmHg, in the second application examination 80 mmHg, and in the third application examination 86 mmHg. The average MAP in the first application examination was 93 mmHg, in the second application examination 93 mmHg, and in the third application examination 99 mmHg. Conclusion: The intervention of Passive Leg Raising can increase blood pressure in post-coronary artery surgery patients and can be applied independently as a non-pharmacological management. Abstract

Intrapersonal conflict is a condition where an individual has two desires that cannot be fulfilled simultaneously. This research aims to identify the description of intrapersonal conflict among nurses. The study design uses a scoping review method. Articles were identified using the PRISMA (Preferred Reporting Items for Systematic Review and Meta-Analyses) method. Inclusion criteria for this review article include articles in English or Indonesian, original articles, and articles that use quantitative, qualitative, and mixed research methods published within the last 5 years. A search of articles in this review yielded 819 articles, and the review identified 4 articles that met the inclusion criteria and were subsequently analyzed. The results of the analysis indicate the description of intrapersonal conflict among nurses, namely: (1) Career-related conflicts, hindered by further study; (2) Family-related conflicts. Nurses want to contribute to the family's economy but their partner asks them to take care of the children and the house; (3) Work-family life conflicts or sleep duration; (4) Religion-related conflicts, with an example of a Muslim nurse newly employed at a hospital but facing a mandatory rule to remove the hijab. The conclusion of this review article shows various descriptions of intrapersonal conflict among nurses and suggests that research be conducted to reduce or manage these conflicts.
