Abstract

This research aimed to know the factors that affect the amemia occuranceonpregnant mother at Sikumana Primary Health Care. The kind of this research is quantitative with descriptive design to decribe factors that affect the anemia occuranceon pregnant mothers at Sikumana Primary Health Care. The sample of this research was 36 pregnant mothers who came to do Antenatal Care at Sikumana Primary Health Careespecially at KIA klinic. The result of this research showed that based on the pregnant mother’s age factor 18 out of 36 (50%) pregnant mothers suffered anemia were pregnant at the unrisk age that is 20 years old to less than 35 years old (20 years old - < 35 years old); based on the pregnancy age factor 24 out of 36 (67%) pregnant mothers suffered anemia, and the age of their pregnancy was in Trimester III; based on the level of knowledge factor 18 out of 36 (50%) pregnant mothers had low knowledge level; based on the social economy status factor 18 out of 36 (50%) pregnant mothers were in the low social economy status;based on the nutrition intake during pregnancy factor 18 out of 36 (50%) pregnant mothers were in the inadequate nutrition intake; and based on the discipline level of pregnant mother in consuming the Fe tablet factor 36out of 36 (100%) pregnant mothers were indiscipline in consumingit.

Abstract

Students, as users of educational services hope that the faculty in providing educational services running optimally due to the use of the methods of variation in the learning process, be present on time, finishing materials on time according to the syllabus, the implementation of central semester test / final examination semester timely, and return the answer sheet to students. This study aims to determine the level of satisfaction on the performance of students in the learning process Lecturer at the Polytechnic of the Ministry of Health Scope of Kupang. Respondents in this study were all students with quota sampling for all courses/study programs. Research results through descriptive analysis to know that all students feel satisfaction on the performance of lecturers in view of the five dimensions: tangible, reliability, responsiveness, assurance and empathy.

Abstract

Health Polytechnic Ministry of Health of Kupang has released its graduates as many as 6521 people for about 10 years since the first batch of 2002 up to force to 10 graduates in 2012. Of this number is mostly Diploma III Regular Class, some Diploma III Special Path and Special Program and Diploma IV Midwife Educator as well as Diploma IV Medical surgery. Since the establishment of Poltekkes Kemenkes Kupang until now has never been done research on the level of satisfaction of stakeholders of Pole Kemenkes Kupang graduates. In order to improve the quality of its graduates, it is necessary to conduct a study of Poltekkes alumni of Kemenkes Kupang to obtain data on absorption, length of time before getting a job, and job suitability with their area of expertise. From this research, it is expected that the Health Education Polytechnic Institute Manager of the Ministry of Health of Kupang gets a lot of information about the things that need to be improved in curriculum development and for the implementation of education in the future. Types of Quantitative Observational Research are collected and analyzed descriptively in the form of tables and graphs. This research is useful for Institutions to get feedback from Graduates and can be used as real data to design curriculum and development of educational institutions.

Abstract

Background: Adolescence is one of the most critical periods in the human life cycle, so a teenage reproductive health service center is needed to provide guidance and health services. Access and acceptability of adolescents in adolescent reproductive health services is lacking. The problem faced by Kupang City Health Office is the program of health care for adolescents (PKPR) is not maximally run in the health center and is still socialized in schools working area of Public Health Center but not all schools, so access teenager to reproductive health problem is still low. Objective: To know the relation of access and acceptability of health service to utilization of reproductive health service of adolescent at Kupang City Health Center. Research Method: Cross-sectional design with quantitative and qualitative approach. Qualitative data were collected by in-depth interview technique. Sampling with simple random sampling. The subject is 110 high school students in the community health centers that have opened adolescent reproductive health service centers. Results: The proportion of adolescent reproductive health service utilization was 26.4%. Bivariable analysis showed a significant relationship between health service access with the utilization of adolescent reproductive health service with p-value <0,05, RP value 20,67 in 95% CI between 4.59-92,99 mean adolescent that utilize reproduction health service Has a 20.67 times greater likelihood in adolescents whose access to health care is easier than in adolescents whose access to health care is difficult. Descriptively, most teenagers need service (85.5%), and have positive attitude (82,7%) and have expectation of reproductive health service at Public Health Center (72,7%). Conclusions: The prevalence of adolescents utilizing reproductive health services is greater in adolescents with access to health care easier than in adolescents whose access to health care is difficult. Acceptability of health services also affects adolescents to utilize reproductive health services.
