Abstract

This research examines the evolving nature of transformative leadership in digitally transformed organizations through a systematic analysis of scholarly literature from 2004 to 2024. While digital transformation has fundamentally altered organizational landscapes, existing leadership frameworks often fail to address the complex interplay between technological innovation, regulatory compliance, and social responsibility. Through a comprehensive analysis of publications indexed in the Scopus database, this study identifies three distinct phases in the evolution of leadership paradigms: Traditional Leadership (2004-2012), Digital Transition (2013-2019), and Integrated Leadership (2020-2024). The research introduces the "Digital Leadership Trilogy" framework, demonstrating that leaders who effectively integrate technological competence, regulatory awareness, and social responsibility achieve 47% higher success rates in digital transformation initiatives. Statistical analysis reveals a strong correlation (r = 0.78, p < 0.001) between leaders' emphasis on social responsibility and successful long-term transformation outcomes, while organizations with high regulatory awareness showed 64% fewer compliance-related disruptions. The findings contribute to both theoretical understanding and practical application of leadership development, suggesting that future-ready organizations require leaders capable of navigating the synergistic relationship between technological advancement, regulatory frameworks, and social impact. This research provides valuable insights for developing integrated leadership frameworks that address the multifaceted challenges of the digital era.

Abstract

Artikel ini merupakan analisis sebuah rekrutmen dan seleksi calon tenaga pengajar yang memiliki peran urgen dalam membangun kekuatan kerja yang berkualitas. Proses ini bukan hanya tentang penerimaan tenaga pengajar baru, melainkan juga merupakan fondasi pertumbuhan sebuah lembaga. Proses rekrutmen dapat menghasilkan suatu kelompok pelamar yang memenuhi syarat untuk pekerjaan-pekerjaan lembaga, maka rekrutmen harus dilakukan dengan cermat. Penelitian ini untuk mengetahui proses rekrutmen di LKP Khan Fadhilah dalam meningkatkan kualitas tenaga pengajar dan untuk mengatasi hambatan-hambatan yang dihadapi dalam proses rekrutmen. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif study kasus dengan mengumpulkan data melalui wawancara mendalam dan study dokumentasi kemudiaan diakhiri dengan analisis kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa proses rekrutmen di LKP Khan Fadhilah melalui seleksi yang sangat ketat sehingga menghasilkan tenaga pengajar yang berkualitas.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk membangun teori manajemen pendidikan Islam melalui pendekatan kajian filsafat ilmu. Pendidikan Islam pada hakikatnya tidak hanya bertumpu pada aspek transfer pengetahuan saja, tetapi juga melibatkan transformasi nilai-nilai keislaman yang holistik. Pendekatan filsafat ilmu digunakan untuk menganalisis landasan ontologi, epistemologi, dan aksiologi yang mendasari pada teori manajemen pendidikan Islam. Penelitian ini fokus dan menekankan pada pentingnya integrasi antara wahyu, akal, dan pengalaman sebagai dasar epistemologi. Landasan ontologi didasarkan pada konsep tauhid yang menjadi inti pendidikan Islam, sedangkan aspek aksiologi menyoroti tujuan pendidikan untuk membentuk manusia yang memiliki karakteristik insan kamil. Salah satu nya Melalui kajian ini, disusun kerangka teori yang komprehensif, yang mencakup prinsip kepemimpinan Islami, pengelolaan sumber daya berbasis nilai, serta strategi inovatif yang relevan dengan tantangan zaman. Pada akhirnya Teori ini diharapkan memberikan kontribusi signifikan dalam pengembangan praktik manajemen pendidikan Islam yang adaptif dan berkelanjutan. Abstract

This study aims to determine (1) The process of program implementation at the Balai Latihan Kerja Komunitas Pesantren Al-Istianah Pati Central Java (2) Factors that influence the development of sustainable entrepreneurship of students after the implementation of the Balai Latihan Kerja Komunitas Pesantren Al-Istianah Pati Central Java program. Researchers used descriptive-qualitative methods with data collection techniques through interviews, observation and documentation. Data validity checks using data triangulation techniques and data analysis using data reduction, data display, and conclution drawing/verification techniques. The results showed: (1) the implementation of the Junior graphic design training program at BLK Komunitas Pesantren Al-Istianah Pati has been running effectively in accordance with the technical instructions from the Indonesian Ministry of Manpower in developing the knowledge and skills of trainee santri in the field of graphic design competence (2). The sustainable development of santri entrepreneurship after the implementation of the training program at BLKK Al-Istianah is influenced by several factors, namely: factors of vision, mission and organizational goals, training curriculum, training instructors and graduate participants. Based on these findings, this study recommends the need for collaborative and synergic steps from various parties in the form of further programs at BLKK Al-Istianah related to improving business skills, strengthening business infrastructure, capital support, mentoring and mentoring as well as building networks and business partnerships so that later santri graduates can truly be motivated and entrepreneurial in developing independent and sustainable businesses.

Abstract

Furnace in oil companies is functioned to heat raw oil in process to produce various fuels, and outlet gas from the furnace is used for heating water in Furnace Boiler. Failure took place on tubes of Furnace Boiler. The purpose of this failure analysis is to find the root cause of failure. Methods conducted in this failure analysis are through examination and testing of fractography, metallography, chemical composition, hardness, and bulging measurement. Examination on the fracture surface by fractographic method revealed leakage due to excessive bulging and existence of excessive deposit/scale. Condition of bulging gave indication of long-term overheating due to excessive deposit/scale. Examination by metallographic method revealed that microstructure of ferrite and pearlite having grain growth due to exposed by local heating. However, result of chemical composition examination and hardness test showed that material of the furnace tubes were in accordance with ASTM A-192. Bulging measurement gave indication of excessive bulging up to 15% for the leaked tube. Therefore, failure of leaked tube of Furnace Boiler was caused by long-term overheating due to excessive deposit/scale which were formed in the location of bulging.
