Abstract

Building a successful entrepreneur mentality is a crucial step that requires time, experience, and a continuous commitment to learning and development. This mentality includes the ability to adapt to changes, manage risks, and maintain focus on long-term goals. Successful entrepreneurs are not only capable of responding to market changes and dynamic business conditions, but they also possess a flexible attitude and resilience in facing failure. Failure, when faced with a positive mindset, can become a valuable lesson that matures an entrepreneur. In the business world, success is not solely determined by external factors such as capital or networks, but also by perseverance, endurance, and an evolving mindset. Every entrepreneur's journey is unique, but a strong and resilient mentality is a key element in achieving long-term goals. Therefore, entrepreneurs need to continuously sharpen their mental capabilities to remain focused, motivated, and able to withstand various business challenges.

Abstract

This Study explores the important role of Cristian Education (PAK) values ​​in the lives of diverse communities. Within the framework of pluralism, values ​​such as love, tolerance, and justice are key to creating interfaith harmony. With a qualitative approach, this study examines how PAK values ​​are applied in social interactions, education systems, and community activities.The results of the study indicate that the application of PAK values ​​not only strengthens Christian identity, but also supports positive dialogue between religious communities. The conclusion of this article confirms that the integration of PAK values ​​can serve as a bridge to building a more inclusive and peaceful society, and reduce the risk of conflict in diversity.

Abstract

Mental health problems, particularly anxiety disorders, are increasingly prevalent among adolescents and have become a significant concern for the church as a spiritual community. This study aims to analyze the role of God’s servants in preventing and addressing anxiety disorders among adolescents at GKSI Maranatha Anugrah Sewan, Tangerang. The research employs a qualitative method through direct observation of youth ministry activities and informal interviews with participants. The findings reveal that church ministers play a strategic role in enhancing adolescents’ mental well-being through practical biblical teaching, empathetic pastoral counseling, and the establishment of prayer and openness communities. The application of Scripture Therapy, devotional counseling, and Healing Prayer Circles has proven effective in reducing anxiety levels, strengthening spiritual security, and fostering healthy social relationships. A holistic and collaborative pastoral approach involving professional support is essential for the church to create a safe environment that promotes recovery and spiritual growth among youth
