Abstract

TikTok and Shopee are popular applications influencing cosmetic purchasing decisions among young individuals. This study examines their impact on cosmetic purchasing behavior among students in the Beauty and Cosmetic Education program. The objective is to objectively understand the influence of TikTok and Shopee on cosmetic purchasing decisions. A quantitative survey method was employed, targeting students from the 2021 and 2022 cohorts. Results indicate a significant impact of TikTok and Shopee on cosmetic purchasing behavior. Sampling utilized total sampling, with questionnaires as data collection instruments. Statistical analysis tested hypotheses regarding TikTok and Shopee's influence on purchasing decisions. Findings confirm significant effects on cosmetic purchasing. This research implies significant implications for understanding TikTok and Shopee's influence on cosmetic purchasing among Beauty and Cosmetic Education students.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memahami secara mendalam implementasi dan tantangan penerapan Identitas Kependudukan Digital (IKD) di Provinsi Aceh sebagai bagian dari transformasi digital dalam pelayanan administrasi kependudukan. Metode penelitian yang digunakan yaitu pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif, dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui wawancara mendalam kepada informan kunci dari Disdukcapil, operator layanan, serta masyarakat pengguna. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa meskipun IKD memberikan berbagai kemudahan dalam mengakses layanan kependudukan dan mempercepat pelayanan publik, pelaksanaannya masih menghadapi sejumlah kendala seperti keterbatasan infrastruktur digital, rendahnya literasi digital, ketimpangan sumber daya manusia antarwilayah, serta rendahnya tingkat aktivasi oleh masyarakat. Simpulan, penelitian ini menekankan bahwa pentingnya strategi holistik, seperti penguatan infrastruktur, edukasi masyarakat, pelibatan ASN, serta kolaborasi lintas sektor untuk memastikan keberhasilan implementasi IKD secara menyeluruh dan berkelanjutan di Aceh.   Kata Kunci : Identitas Kependudukan Digital, Digitalisasi Administrasi, Literasi Digital, Infrastruktur Teknologi, Pelayanan Publik

Abstract

This article analyzes the effect of the Think Pair Share (TPS) cooperative learning model on students’ integrated thematic learning outcomes in grade IV of SD Gugus IV, Agam Regency. The research employed a quantitative approach using an experimental method with a quasi-experimental design, specifically a nonequivalent pretest–posttest control group design. The sampling technique used was cluster random sampling involving several elementary schools within Cluster IV, Agam Regency. The fourth-grade students of SDN 13 Sungai Sariak served as the experimental group, while the fourth-grade students of SDN 22 Koto Gadang served as the control group. Based on the results of hypothesis testing using a t-test, the obtained values were tcount = 3.28 and ttable = 1.68 at a significance level of 0.05. Since tcount (3.28) > ttable (1.68), it can be concluded that Ha is accepted. This indicates that the application of the Think Pair Share (TPS) cooperative learning model has a significant effect on students’ integrated thematic learning outcomes in grade IV of SD Gugus IV, Agam Regency.

Abstract

The Bung Hatta Birthplace Museum in Bukittinggi is one of the historical destinations with great potential for history-based educational tourism. As the birthplace of the proclaimer and the first Vice President of Indonesia, this museum keeps educational values about the struggle for independence and Bung Hatta's national thinking. This research aims to identify the potential, challenges, and educational tourism management strategies at the museum. This research starts from the theory of Eduwisata from Wearing and Neil, who view eduwisata as a tourism activity that is specifically designed to provide a learning experience or a real, authentic, and meaningful learning experience for tourists, which provides interaction between tourists and the social, cultural, and natural environment, or tourist attractions that are visited. The method used is qualitative, based on direct observation, interviews with managers and visitors, documentation studies, and library studies. The research results show that the museum has fulfilled its educational function, but its management and information delivery remain conventional, so it has not optimally attracted the younger generation. Recommended strategies include increased promotion, strengthening interaction-based educational programs, utilizing digital technologies such as audiovisual and Augmented Reality, and cooperation with educational institutions. The implementation of this strategy is expected to be able to make the museum a superior educational tourist destination that plays a role in preserving history and cultivating national values.
