Abstract

This writing is the result of Community Service Lecture activities carried out with research studies. This study discusses training in making PAUD administration for teachers at SIRU SHIBYAN KB. The purpose of this study is to understand how this training can bring progress to teachers in making PAUD administration, so that it can be used in everyday learning activities. The method used is descriptive method and data collection techniques namely interviews, observation, and literature study. The results of the study show that training in making PAUD administration can improve skills in making PAUD administration such as the Prota Promes Curriculum, Rppm Rpph. regarding Training on making PAUD administration that was trained in the Training on making PAUD administration above. In turn, these abilities can be transferred to teachers in the Cihanjawar village environment, Bojong sub-district.

Abstract

Abstract: This study aims to describe and how the role of parents in building attachment (attachment) in children aged 4-5 years. This is important to examine considering how far the role of parents to early childhood attachment in social life where the development of attachment is strongly influenced by parental sensitivity in responding to children, whether the response is given as soon as possible when the child needs help or there is a delay in response and whether the response given is the right response or not. The method used in this study is qualitative with data collection techniques using triangulation techniques (observation, interviews and documentation) by taking a sample of parents and students as many as 3 people each as respondents.Based on the results of data analysis, it can be concluded that the role of parents that have been carried out in building attachment to children as a whole makes efforts including giving advice and habituation so that children feel comfortable in socializing without having to be accompanied by attached figures. Factors that affect attachment in children aged 4 – 5 years are: A child’s satisfaction with gifts from his parents, the action of reaction or response to any behavior that shows attention and frequent interaction with children, then the child will give attachment to his parents Keywords: Attachment, Parental Strategies

Abstract

A teacher is a personal figure who is a role model and role model for his students, because every word, action and behavior will become a highlight for his students. Teachers are also learning agents (learning agents) who act as facilitators, boosters, motivators, inspirers and learning engineers for students. An ideal teacher needs to have broad insight and knowledge both regarding their students and their learning strategies. Great Teacher, Innovative, Creative and Fun Training is training that provides insight and also soft skills to Teachers so that through this training they are able to increase Teachers' knowledge to become innovative, creative and fun Teachers, and improve Teachers' skills and professionalism in carrying out learning to students. This method of implementing Great, Innovative, Creative and Fun Teacher Training was carried out in Cihanjawar Village, Bojong District, Purwakarta Regency, given to 30 teachers from Cihanjawar Village which were packaged in the form of seminars and training conducted indoors. The results of the training showed that there was an increase in knowledge regarding teachers' professional abilities in implementing learning for students by 80%. Meanwhile, the practice of soft skills to become an innovative, creative and innovative teacher increased by 85%.
