Abstract

AbstractThreshing is one of important postharvest handling of soybean. Use of threshers done to reduce weight losses and the quality losses with the right operation. So that, this study aims to determine the best drum cylinder speed of the threshing to reduce weight losses and quality losses. This research was conducted by operating two type of multipurpose threshers. Thresher testing was done by setting the drum cylinders speed on 515-570 rpm and 580-650 rpm. This research resulted weight losses was 3.33%, the split seeds was 2.9% and damage seeds was 2.57% on thresher A. The drum cylinders speed was significant on weight losses, split seeds and damage seeds. To get low weight and quality losses, so the drum cylinders speed was set on 515-570 rpm.AbstrakPerontokan merupakan salah satu penanganan pascapanen yang penting. Penggunaan mesinperontok pada kegiatan perontokan dilakukan untuk menekan susut bobot dan susut mutu dengan cara pengoperasian alat yang tepat. Maka dari itu, penelitian ini bertujuan menentukan kecepatan putar terbaik dari silinder perontok untuk mengurangi susut tercecer (bobot) dan susut mutu. Penelitian dilakukan dengan mengoperasikan dua mesin perontok multiguna. Pengujian operasional mesin perontok dilakukan dengan mengatur kecepatan putar silinder perontok pada 515-570 rpm dan 580-650 rpm. Penelitian ini menghasilkan susut tercecer (bobot) mencapai 3.33%, biji belah mencapai 2.9% dan biji rusak 2.57% pada mesin perontok A. Kecepatan putar silinder berpengaruh nyata terhadap susut bobot, biji belah dan bijirusak kedelai. Untuk memperoleh susut bobot dan susut mutu yang rendah maka kecepatan putar silinder harus di-setting pada 515-570 rpm.

Abstract

Majalengka is one of the regency that had been implemented the multipurpose threshers for soybean. The multipurpose thresher related with business sustainability in the region, so an economic analysis need to be done. The objective of this study was to assess the economics of multipurpose threshers in order to improve postharvest activity by using this multipurpose thresher. This research was conducted by operating two type of multipurpose threshers in the Sindang Kasih village as main soybean seed producing center. Thresher testing was done by setting the rotary cylinders speed on 515-570 rpm and 580-650 rpm. Weight losses of threshing operation was found 0.68-3.1%. The results of analysis for main operational cost was Rp. 327 - Rp. 369/kg, and BEP was reached at 15.7-19.2 ha/year that equal with 23,562 – 28,852 kg of soybean seeds/year or Rp. 9,604,100 - Rp. 11,540,649/year. The equipment rent cost of Rp. 400/kg was feasible with NPV Rp. 1,997,037 - Rp. 6,523,947, IRR 19.63-32.42% and net B/C of 1.11-1.43. An availability of soybean to be threshed was found during two periods of planting, namely 40 ha on February until April and 10 ha on June until August.

Abstract

Abstract The purpose of this study was to test and analyze the effect of company size, company growth and profitability on company value in companies in the food and beverage industry sector which are listed on the IDX for the 2019-2021 period. This research uses Explanative Research. The sample selection for this study used a purposive sampling method using several criteria. From these criteria, companies in the food and beverage sector are listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX), companies in the food and beverage industry sector that do not publish annual financial reports consistently on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) for the 2019-2021 period and companies in the food and beverage sector. did not experience delisting on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) for the 2019-2021 period. The data analysis used was multiple linear regression analysis and used SPSS version 29.0. The results of this study show. Company size has a partially insignificant negative effect on firm value, Company growth has a partially positive and insignificant effect on firm value and Profitability has a partially significant positive effect on firm value Company size, company growth and profitability have a significant positive effect simultaneously on firm value in companies the food and beverage sector listed on the IDX in 2019-2021 Keywords: Company size, company growth profitability and company value.
