Abstract

Jurnal ini mengeksplorasi efektivitas penerapan pembelajaran berdiferensiasi dalam meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa. Dengan menggunakan observasi kelas, analisis tes, dan wawancara, penelitian ini menemukan bahwa pendekatan berdiferensiasi secara signifikan meningkatkan partisipasi siswa, motivasi belajar, dan pencapaian akademik. Guru dapat lebih efisien memenuhi kebutuhan individu siswa, menciptakan lingkungan belajar inklusif. Temuan ini memiliki implikasi praktis untuk pelatihan guru dan pengembangan sumber daya pendidikan yang mendukung pembelajaran berdiferensiasi.

Abstract

Children prefer accessing digital games via smartphones over traditional games. This phenomenon occurs not only in large cities but also in remote areas of Indonesia. Therefore, this study aims to determine teachers' planning for developing communication and collaboration skills, to determine the implementation stages of developing communication and collaboration skills, and to determine teachers' strategies for developing communication and collaboration skills in Rawu Elementary School students. This study employed a descriptive qualitative research method. Data collected in this study included interviews, observations, and documentation. The results showed that the teachers' planning was structured and appropriate to students' needs. Furthermore, the implementation stages of the traditional game Gobak Sodor improved communication and collaboration skills. The strategies developed by the teachers to improve communication and collaboration skills were effective.
