Abstract

AbstractThe formulation of the problem was: Is there an influence on the learning model of the Cooperative learning type teams games tournament (TGT) on passing skills under Volleyball ?. This study aimed to determine the effect of cooperative learning model types of teams games tournament (TGT) on volleyball's under-passing ability.The method in this study was an experimental method with pre exprimental design research. The subjects in this study were class XI students with a sample of 31 students.The results showed that there was an effect of the learning model of cooperative learning of students games tournament (TGT) on volleyball's lower passing ability, with the results of the t-test namely, t count> t table (6,303> 1,697), there was a significant effect. Keywords: Teams Games Tournament (TGT), Passing Under Volleyball

Abstract

AbstractThe purpose of this study was to determine the contribution of Jigsaw cooperative learning ability to volleyball pairs in students at SMPN 6 Pontianak. The method used in this study was an experiment involving two independent variables of exercise variation and bound variation, namely passing on volleyball. The population of the students of SMP Negeri 6 Pontianak, as many as 30 students, took the sample using the cooperative learning method of jigsaw type, the study took all of the population, with a total sample of 30 students. This research technique uses tests and measurements, namely tests with a lattice measurement measurement instrument over the volleyball. Data analysis using t-test formula. The results of this study were 12,539> t table (1,699), so that the alternative hypothesis (Ha) was accepted and the value hypothesis (Ho) was rejected. This means that there is an influence of the Jigsaw Cooperative Learning Model there is the result of passing a volleyball on the students of SMP Negeri 6 Pontianak.Keywords: Cooperative Learning Model, Passing Over, Volleyball

Abstract

Abstract       The problem in this research is, the low ability of athletes in shooting in futsal games, is there any influence of imagery training methods on the accuracy of shooting in Futsal games in Princess Futsal UKM IKOR Tanjungpura University Pontianak.The method in this study uses the method of experimental form Pre-Experimental with One-Group Pretest-posttest design. The population in this study were 14 female students of Princess IKOR Futsal University in Tanjungpura Pontiana. Samples taken from the results of purposive sampling, with the criteria that is; (1) Students studying at FKIP Physical Education, Tanjungpura University, Pontianak. (2) still active and following  futsal training. (3) attending 12 sessions of training. (4) Female sex. Based on these criteria, those who meet are 14 people. The instrument used to test the accuracy of shooting. Data analysis using t test analysis (influence test). Based on the calculation of data obtained (shooting) with an average pretest result of 3.07 and posttest of 5.71. Increased by 2.69 Then the t-test was calculated to get the t count in the imagery training method is 11.42 and the t table was 1.771 and the significance level of 5% with t count> t table. So it can be said that Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted, meaning that there is an influence of imagery training methods on the accuracy (shooting) with a percentage increase of 8,599%.Keywords: Imagery Training Method, Shooting Accuracy.

Abstract

AbstractThe problem in this research is that there are karate extracurricular activities in SMP Tahfizul Qur'an Pontianak.The accuracy of the gyaku-tsuki punches of the students is not good. This study aims to determine the effect of target training on the accuracy of the gyaku-tsuki punch of karate extracurricular students in SMP Tahfizul Qur'an Pontianak. The method used in this study is an experiment with a form of pre-experimental research and research models using one group pretest-posttest design models. The data source of this study were students who participated in karate extracurricular activities at the SMP Tahfizul Qur'an Pontianak with a sample of 21 people. Data analysis using t test (paired sample t test) at the significance level of 0.05. Based on the analysis of data and the results of research that has been done, it can be concluded that there is the effect of target training on the accuracy of the gyaku-tsuki punch of karate extracurricular students in SMP Tahfizul Qur'an Pontianak, with a value of 9.975: a pretest value of the number of 21 participants achieved an average of 4.76. Posttest value of 21 participants achieved an average value of 7.38. With a percentage increase of 55.25%. Keywords: Target Practice, Accuracy, Gyaku-Tsuki Punch

Abstract

AbstractThe issue in this study is that students' abilities in the 2018 physical fitness exercise material are lacking, resulting in boredom in learning activities and mistakes in practice. The goal of this research was to see if jigsaw cooperative learning improved learning results in class VII students at Junior High School 10 Pontianak for Physical Fitness Gymnastics 2018. Experimental Research was the research approach used. The study's research result are the Physical Fitness Gymnastics 2018 learning outcomes in the pretest (68.4) and posttest (80.28), with an average of the two (79.25) Standard Deviation is the difference between the lowest (65) and highest (88) values (3.94). The data was judged normal after the normality test with the Sig pretest value. Results The data homogeneity is declared homogeneous. If the T test result is 0.05 > 0.00, Ho is rejected. The use of the jigsaw type cooperative learning model had a substantial influence on improving the 2018 physical fitness exercise learning outcomes, according to the results of hypothesis testing, normalcy test, homogeneity test, and discussion.Keywords: Learning Outcomes, Physical Fitness Gymnastics 2018 , Cooperative Learning Type Jigsaw.

Abstract

AbstractThe problem in this study is about the ups and downs of students' motivation in participating in Karate extracurricular activities at SMP N 2 Kembayan. The purpose of this study is to determine the level of student motivation in participating in Karate extracurricular at SMP N 2 Kembayan. The research method used in this research is descriptive quantitative. The sample used the saturated sample technique, that is all 20 students of SMP N 2 Kembayan who took Karate extracurricular activities. The data collection technique used in the study is questionnaire, which is measured using a Likert scale. Data analysis was carried out to find the percentage by dividing the actual score by the ideal score multiplied by 100%. The results of the reliability test calculation show that the Cronbach alpha value > r count (0,656 > 0.632). The results of the research, and data analysis showed that the average of the results of the intrinsic factor was 36.6%, while the result of the extrinsic factor was 63.4%. Thus, it can be concluded that the most dominant factor in students' motivation towards karate extracurricular is external factors with 63.4%.Keywords: Motivation, Extracurricular, beladiri

Abstract

AbstractThe problem in this study is whether there is a positive Selftalk to the accuracy of shooting in futsal extracurricular participants in SMP Negeri 2 Jawai. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of positive self talk exercises on the accuracy of shooting using the instep in futsal games on futsal extracurricular participants in SMP Negeri 2 Jawai 2019.This type of research used in this study is a quasi experimental design with pretest-posttest control group design. This research has two groups: the experimental group and the control group. The experimental group was treated (treatmet) a positive selftalk exercise method and the control group was not treated. The treatment given by the researchers was 12 meetings with a frequency of 3 times a week for 4 weeks or 1 month. Sampling in this study by using total sampling. The samples in this study were all included because the sample was only 15 people. The instrument in this study was the shooting accuracy test using the instep to the target on the futsal playing field. Data analysis using t test (paired sample t test) at the significance level of 0.05.The results of this study are that there is a significant positive effect of self-talk training on the accuracy of shooting on futsal extracurricular participants in SMP Negeri 2 Jawai. With the value of the experimental group t value (7.966)> t table (1.894), the increase in the percentage of the experimental group was 66.07%, while in the control group the value of tcount (0.956)> ttable (1.943.
