Abstract

AbstrackThis research is motivated by many students who feel anxious, tense, afraid, and do not want to do the kayang movements during kayang learning at school. Students are hesitant and also often say can not be done before the movement kayang. The goal to be achieved is to find out how high the level of anxiety of seventh grade students of Pontianak Islamic Bawari Middle School towards kayang learning.This research is descriptive research. The method used is a survey with data collection techniques using a questionnaire. The population in this study were all students of class VII Islamic Middle School Bawari Pontianak, the sampling technique used was purposive sampling. The sample used was class VII students, amounting to 69 students. The results showed that the anxiety level of students in kayang learning in Bawari Pontianak Islamic Middle School was in the category of "very low" by 42.03% (29 students), "low" by 33.33% (23 students), "high "By 18.84 (13 students), and" very high "by 5.80% (4 students).Keywords: Anxiety Level, Kayang Learning

Abstract

AbstractThis study aims to increase the success of students in carrying out physical activities or called physical literacy by learning traditional games for students. This study uses descriptive quantitative analysis with experimental research methods and this research design uses a one group pre-test-post-test design.The subjects of this study were students.Data collection using a questionnaire.The data analysis technique used t-test analysis, through the prerequisite tests for normality and homogeneity.The results of hypothesis testing using the t-test get a t-count of 3.702 which is greater than the t-table of 1.699 (3.702 > 1.699), so there is a significant difference between the data before and after being given treatment. The increase in the average was evident because there was an increase of 8 from 54.00 to 62.00. If described as a percentage, the increase is 14.81%. Thus, it can be concluded that there is an influence of traditional games on the physical literacy of the students.Keywords: Physical Literacy, Traditional Games

Abstract

AbstractThe background of this research is the formulation of the problem, namely how the ability of basic badminton techniques for beginners at Asjad Club Pontianak. The goal to be achieved is to determine the basic technical ability of badminton in beginner athletes at Asjad Club Pontianak. The research method used is descriptive quantitative method in the form of survey research. The sample used in this study were 30 beginner athletes at Asjad Club Pontianak.Based on the results of the research that has been carried out, the value of 30 athletes for long service obtained an average value of 46.47, while in the good category as many as 22 athletes with a percentage of 73.33% and 8 athletes can be categorized as sufficient with a percentage of 26.67%. The backhand short serve value obtained an average value of 52.33 and from 30 athletes all of them could be categorized as good with a percentage of 100%. The average value for the basic technical ability of badminton over lob obtained an average value of 52.37 with a good category obtained by 26 athletes with a percentage of 86.67%, a sufficient category with a percentage of 6.67% with 2 athletes and for the very good category a percentage value of 6.67% with 2 athletes. As for the value of basic smash ability, the average value is 56.70 with a sufficient category obtained by 2 athletes with a percentage of 6.67% and a good category obtained a percentage of 93.33% with 28 novice athletes at Asjad Club Pontianak. The results of the research above can be concluded that the overall basic technical ability of badminton in 30 beginner athletes at Asjad Club Pontianak can be categorized as good.Keywords: Basic Technique Ability, Badminton Strokean

Abstract

AbstractThe problem of this research is that students do not understand the basic technique of basketball, namely shooting, students cannot shoot basketball correctly and students cannot understand the material presented by the physical education teacher. This research is a classroom action research. First cycle and the second cycle. As in the cycle, there are steps the researcher takes, namely planning, acting, observing and reflecting. In this study, the subjects used were students of class XI MIA 3 at SMA Negeri 1 Sungai Raya which were taken from the cluster sampling method and the instrument used in this study was the rubric for the assessment of the basketball shooting test results. The results of the research obtained from students where it can be seen that those who got a score above the KKM in cycle I were 47.12% or as many as 17 students, then increased in cycle II by 72.22% or as many as 26 students. This classroom action research stopped in the second cycle because 75% of the research success indicators had been achieved.Keywords: learnings, shooting, audiovisual

Abstract

Abstract The general problem of this research was "How were the motivation, discipline and learning outcomes of students who take sports extracurricular activities at vocational high school 5 Pontianak?. This study aimed to reveal: motivation, discipline and learning outcomes of students who take sports extracurricular activities at vocational high school 5 Pontianak.The research method used quantitative types with descriptive methods in the form of surveys. The population of class X students was 343 with a sample of 186 students. Data collection tools were questionnaires, observation and documentation.The results of this study can be concluded: 1) Learning motivation of students who take extracurricular sports at Pontianak State Vocational High School was  categorized enough with a percentage of 61.83%, 2) learning discipline students who take sports extracurricular at Pontianak State Vocational High School were  categorized less by percentage 58 , 89%, 3) the learning outcomes of students participating in sports extracurricular at Pontianak State Vocational High School were the highest score of 90 and the lowest score of 65 with the average students' learning score of 74.27 including a good category with completeness of 39.24%. Keywords: Discipline, Learning Outcomes, Motivation.

Abstract

AbstractThe formulation of the problem was: Is there an influence on the learning model of the Cooperative learning type teams games tournament (TGT) on passing skills under Volleyball ?. This study aimed to determine the effect of cooperative learning model types of teams games tournament (TGT) on volleyball's under-passing ability.The method in this study was an experimental method with pre exprimental design research. The subjects in this study were class XI students with a sample of 31 students.The results showed that there was an effect of the learning model of cooperative learning of students games tournament (TGT) on volleyball's lower passing ability, with the results of the t-test namely, t count> t table (6,303> 1,697), there was a significant effect. Keywords: Teams Games Tournament (TGT), Passing Under Volleyball

Abstract

AbstractThis study aims to develop new innovations in the form of video-based animation learning media that can add effectiveness to the learning process, especially basketball material at the junior high school level. This research is research and development (R & D). This study uses the ADDIE development method with several steps, namely: analysis, design, development, implementation and evaluation. The subjects of the trial in this study were Pontianak 10 Public High School, Pontianak 24 Public Middle School and Sungai Raya 2 Public Middle School. The results of the study were DVD (Digital Versatile Disk) interactive learning that had been validated and tested. The results of the validation by material experts got the category "very valid" with a value of 90% and the assessment by media experts got a value of 83.3% with the category "very valid". The results of the effectiveness tests in three schools showed a percentage increase in value of 25.45% in Pontianak 10 Public Junior High School, 25.45% in Pontianak Pontianak Public High School and 19.03% in Sungai Raya 2 Public Middle School. The feasibility test was also conducted with the results of 90.76% in Pontianak 10 Public Junior High School, 87.96% in Pontianak 24 Public Middle School and 84.76% in Sungai Raya 2 Public Middle School. So it can be concluded that basketball video-based learning media products that are developed valid, feasible and effective are used in the learning process in school. Keywords : Animated Video, Basketball, Instructional Media

Abstract

AbstractThe purpose of this study was to determine the contribution of Jigsaw cooperative learning ability to volleyball pairs in students at SMPN 6 Pontianak. The method used in this study was an experiment involving two independent variables of exercise variation and bound variation, namely passing on volleyball. The population of the students of SMP Negeri 6 Pontianak, as many as 30 students, took the sample using the cooperative learning method of jigsaw type, the study took all of the population, with a total sample of 30 students. This research technique uses tests and measurements, namely tests with a lattice measurement measurement instrument over the volleyball. Data analysis using t-test formula. The results of this study were 12,539> t table (1,699), so that the alternative hypothesis (Ha) was accepted and the value hypothesis (Ho) was rejected. This means that there is an influence of the Jigsaw Cooperative Learning Model there is the result of passing a volleyball on the students of SMP Negeri 6 Pontianak.Keywords: Cooperative Learning Model, Passing Over, Volleyball

Abstract

AbstractThis research aims to investigate the significance of plyometric training to the long passing outcome on soccer. Population was taken from rawak football club which consisted of 24 candidates. Technique of data sampling was satu ration sampling. Metode of the research was experimental with one group deseign pre-test. The data were collected with tests and measurement teacnique. The resuld showed that the ability of long passing on football (47,35). The lowest value was (40,3), where as the height value was (56,2). The significance of the value of pre-test and post-test the was <0,05, which implies that the normality test of data is valid. The result of homogeneity showed valid. As the t test was p value 0,018 < 0.05, the alternative hypothesis (ha) is acceped. In conclusion, plyometric training has significant infact to the outcome of long passingin football or rawak football club players.Keywords: plyometric, long passing

Abstract

Abstract       The problem in this research is, the low ability of athletes in shooting in futsal games, is there any influence of imagery training methods on the accuracy of shooting in Futsal games in Princess Futsal UKM IKOR Tanjungpura University Pontianak.The method in this study uses the method of experimental form Pre-Experimental with One-Group Pretest-posttest design. The population in this study were 14 female students of Princess IKOR Futsal University in Tanjungpura Pontiana. Samples taken from the results of purposive sampling, with the criteria that is; (1) Students studying at FKIP Physical Education, Tanjungpura University, Pontianak. (2) still active and following  futsal training. (3) attending 12 sessions of training. (4) Female sex. Based on these criteria, those who meet are 14 people. The instrument used to test the accuracy of shooting. Data analysis using t test analysis (influence test). Based on the calculation of data obtained (shooting) with an average pretest result of 3.07 and posttest of 5.71. Increased by 2.69 Then the t-test was calculated to get the t count in the imagery training method is 11.42 and the t table was 1.771 and the significance level of 5% with t count> t table. So it can be said that Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted, meaning that there is an influence of imagery training methods on the accuracy (shooting) with a percentage increase of 8,599%.Keywords: Imagery Training Method, Shooting Accuracy.
