Abstract

AbstrackThis research is motivated by many students who feel anxious, tense, afraid, and do not want to do the kayang movements during kayang learning at school. Students are hesitant and also often say can not be done before the movement kayang. The goal to be achieved is to find out how high the level of anxiety of seventh grade students of Pontianak Islamic Bawari Middle School towards kayang learning.This research is descriptive research. The method used is a survey with data collection techniques using a questionnaire. The population in this study were all students of class VII Islamic Middle School Bawari Pontianak, the sampling technique used was purposive sampling. The sample used was class VII students, amounting to 69 students. The results showed that the anxiety level of students in kayang learning in Bawari Pontianak Islamic Middle School was in the category of "very low" by 42.03% (29 students), "low" by 33.33% (23 students), "high "By 18.84 (13 students), and" very high "by 5.80% (4 students).Keywords: Anxiety Level, Kayang Learning

Abstract

AbstractThis study aims to increase the success of students in carrying out physical activities or called physical literacy by learning traditional games for students. This study uses descriptive quantitative analysis with experimental research methods and this research design uses a one group pre-test-post-test design.The subjects of this study were students.Data collection using a questionnaire.The data analysis technique used t-test analysis, through the prerequisite tests for normality and homogeneity.The results of hypothesis testing using the t-test get a t-count of 3.702 which is greater than the t-table of 1.699 (3.702 > 1.699), so there is a significant difference between the data before and after being given treatment. The increase in the average was evident because there was an increase of 8 from 54.00 to 62.00. If described as a percentage, the increase is 14.81%. Thus, it can be concluded that there is an influence of traditional games on the physical literacy of the students.Keywords: Physical Literacy, Traditional Games

Abstract

 AbstractThe research problem is whether there is an influence of the cooperative laerning model type of think pair share on learning the basic techniques of passing football. The purpose of this study, "to determine the effect of think pair share cooperative learning models on learning outcomes of basic passing technical skills in soccer learning for students". This study uses an experimental method, using a one group pretest-posttest design research model. The population in this study was grade VII students of SMP Negeri 1 Maya Island, amounting to 60 students where 30 students were class VII A and 30 students were class VII B. Samples from this study were 30 students. The results obtained from the average data increase at pretest 48.83, while at posttest 76.56. From the results of testing the data obtained that t count 8.801 while t table 1.699 at a significance level α = 0.05 with dk (n-1) (30-1) = 29. The test criteria is if t count 8.801 > t table 1.699 then Ho is rejected and Ha accepted. Based on the results of the analysis it can be concluded that answering the research hypothesis that the hypothesis is accepted, it means that there is a significant influence on the cooperative learning model of think pair share type on the basic technical skills of passing football. Abstract

AbstractJunior high school at SMP 13 Pontianak is a school that has many extracurricular activities including football, but in the history of the journey from year to year there has never been any progress, but what is certain needs to be examined how the interests of students. The research method used in this study is a quantitative method with the form of survey research, the population in this study using purposive sampling. The results of the research that need to be conveyed. The interest of students at SMPN 13 Pontianak belongs to four categories, namely very good at 20%, good at 55%, enough at 24%, and less at 1%. Meanwhile, there is no or 0% lack of category. , The joy of students at SMPN 13 Pontianak belongs to 3 categories, namely very good at 50.5%, good at 40.2% and quite 9.3%. Whereas for the category of less and less at 0%. The persistence of students at SMPN 13 Pontianak was classified into 4 categories, namely very good at 9.3%, good at 55.7%, enough at 32%. The less category is 3% and the less category is 0%.Keywords ; Football Extracurricular, Student Interests.

Abstract

AbstractThe problem in this research is that the dilator behind the practice is still making a lot of T kick mistakes, the stance of the horses is not strong enough, there is no stomping of the instep, the body is unbalanced and the legs when doing a T kick is not straight. The research aims to study whether there is reinforcement of the use of rope media in training the basic technique of kicking deer athletes This research was carried out in all colleges with a chain of branches at the Jalan Komyos Sudarso, Gg cantur citizen. The research method used was research with the design of One Group Pretest and Posttst. Sampling of all deer chain deer athletes collected 24 people. Analysis of the data used in this study t-test The results of this study are the influence of media related to the basic technique of T in the chain deer college based on the assessment of tcount> ttabe which is equal to 7.53> 1.713. With an average value at pretest of 69 and an average value at posttst of 77 thus the results of this study can be summarized from Ha = accepted and Ho = rejected. Means there is the influence of the media rope on the kick technique T.Keywords: Rope media, T kick.

Abstract

AbstractThe problem in this study is whether there is Proprioseptive Neuromuscular Facilitation Stretching and Ballistic Stretching on Leg Muscle Flexibility in Pencak Silat Extracurricular Participants at Kemala Bhayangkari High School. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of Proprioseptive Neuromuscular Facilitation Stretching and Ballistic Stretching on the Flexibility of Leg Muscles in Pencak Silat Extracurricular Participants in Kemala Bhayangkari High School. The method used in this study is an experiment with True-Experimental Pretest-Postest Control Group Design research. Subjects in this study were participants who participated in pencak silat extracurricular activities at the Kemala Bhayangkari High School, totaling 26 people. Data analysis with parametric test t-test. The results of the study note that there is a significant influence on the PNF group, the value of tcount (37.60)> ttable (1.782) shows an increase in the degree of flexibility by 34%. While in the Ballistic Stretching group, the value of tcount (23.26)> ttable (1.782) shows an increase in the degree of flexibility by 17%. And in the PNF Stretching and Ballistic Stretching groups obtained tcount (5.97)> ttable (1.782) showed an increase in the degree of flexibility by 23%. From these results it can be concluded that the PNF Streching treatment has a more significant effect on leg muscle flexibility compared to Ballistic Stretching treatment. Keywords:Flexibility, Proprioseptive Neuromuscular Fasilitation, Ballistic

Abstract

AbstractThis study aimed to determine the effect of model cooperative learning Type Student Teams Achievement Division learning outcomes towards of disc throwing on the learners of SMAK Abdi Wacana Pontianak. The method used was the experimental method, the study design used pre-experimental design, and the study design used the design of one group pretest-posttest design. The study population was all students of class XI (IPS 1, IPS 2, and IPA 3), SMAK Abdi Wacana Pontianak, 2018/2019 as many as 92 students. The research sample was 20 students. The data collection technique used was the disc throw test. Were analyzed data by descriptive analysis and using the t-test (influence test). From the results of the research conducted, it can be concluded that there was a significant influence on the model cooperative learning type Student Teams Achievement Division learning outcomes towards on disc throwing of SMAK Abdi Wacana Pontianak. The results of the t-test analysis show that the value of tcount (9.211) and t table (2,093) or (9.211> 2,093). The magnitude of the percentage of influence given by learning using the model cooperative learning type Teams Achievement Division learning outcomes towards on disc throwing of SMAK Abdi Wacana Pontianak students was 39.62%.Keywords : Cooperative Learning, Disc Throwing, Learning Outcomes, Student Teams Achievement Division.

Abstract

 AbstractThis study is aimed to determine reading interest and the factors influencing the interest in reading on the Physical Education students of Tanjungpura University Pontianak. This Survey research was conducted with quantitative descriptive method. 250 students from the 3rd, 5th, and 7th semesters were taken as the population. 130 of the population were taken as the sample by applying a simple random sampling technique. Direct observation was implemented as the data collection technique as well as the questionnaire was used as the instrument of data collection. Based on the data calculation, the percentages were obtained based on 130 student answers on the 25 questions of questionnaire with the answer categorized as very high by 6,92% with 9 students, high by 26,92% with 35 students, moderate by 43,85% with 57 students, low by 16,16% with 21 students, and very low by 16,15% with 8 students. The average of the overall categories is 81,71, categorized as high. Keywords: Library, Reading Interest, Sports Science.

Abstract

AbstractThe problem in this study was whether there is an influence of differences in squat jump and box jump exercises on long pass skills in soccer games. This study aimed to determine the effect of different squat jump and box jump exercises on long pass skills in soccer games.The method in this study used the experimental method with the form of one group pretest posstest design. The population in this study was extracurricular students of SMP N 6 Kab. Ketapang. The number of samples in this study were 40 participants. The instrument used is the remote kick test column. Data analysis using t test analysis (influence test).Based on the calculation of the data obtained passing soccer skills with the results of t test (influence test), T count equal to 10,408 and T table equal to 2,052 can be hypotheses t count> t table (6,676> 1,997). That is, there was the effect of the squat jump exercise with an increase in percentage of 16%, there is the effect of box jump training on long pass skills of 6%, meaning that squat jump training is better used in increasing long pass kick skills. Keywords: Box Jump, Long Pass, Squat Jump

Abstract

Abstract The problem in this study was whether the effect of drill training methods on soccer passing skills on extracurricular students in Pontianak 8 high school. This study aimed to determine the effect of drill training methods on soccer passing skills on extracurricular learners at Pontianak 8 High School. The method used was the experimental method, the study design used pre-experimental design, and the study design used the design of one group pretest-posttest design. The research sample was group 2 of 25 students. The data analysis technique used is descriptive analysis and using the t-test (influence test).From the results of the research conducted, it can be concluded that there was an effect of the drill training method on soccer passing skills on extracurricular students at Pontianak 8 High School. The results of the t-test analysis showed that the values of tcount (10.09) and ttable (2,064) or (10.09> 2,064). The research data also showed that most students experience an increase in football passing results after being treated through drill method activities.Keywords: Method Of Drill Training, Soccer Passing.
