Abstract

AbstractThis study aims to improve student learning activities by applying the Quiz TeamType Active Learning method and the lecture method. This type of research is anexperimental research method. This study uses three stages carried out. Collectdata, analyze and calculate percentages. The result of the percentage of the lecturemethod in the first meeting was 30.55% and the second meeting was 38.325. Whilethe Active Learning method for the Quiz Team type, the percentage of meeting 1 is58.88% and meeting 2 is 68.88%. Thus there are differences in student learningactivities. Based on the results of the study, it can be concluded that research usingActive Learning learning type Quiz Team further enhances student learningactivities in class X Accounting at SMAN 3 Pontianak.Keyword: Active Learning tipe Quiz Team, Student Learning Activities

Abstract

Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana manajemen kelas, bagaimana motivasi belajar dan seberapa besar pengaruh manajemen kelas terhadap motivasi belajar mata pelajaran akuntansi pada siswa kelas XI Akuntansi SMK Negeri 3 Pontianak. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode deskriptif kuantitatif dengan bentuk penelitian studi hubungan. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa manajemen kelas memiliki pengaruh terhadap motivasi belajar mata pelajaran akuntansi pada siswa kelas XI akuntansi SMK Negeri 3 Pontianak ditunjukkan dengan formulasi Y = 14,820+0,529X dan diperoleh t hitung > t tabel yaitu 5,750 > 1,999. Oleh karena t hitung > t tabel maka Ha diterima dan Ho ditolak yang artinya terdapat pengaruh positif manajemen kelas terhadap motivasi belajar mata pelajaran akuntansi pada siswa kelas XI akuntansi SMA Negeri 3 Pontianak. Besar kontribusinya R2 = 0,348, menyatakan bahwa manajemen kelas berpengaruh terhadap motivasi belajar siswa sebesar 34,8%, sisanya dipengaruhi variabel lain dan diperlukan penelitian lebih lanjut. Kata Kunci : Manajemen Kelas, Motivasi Belajar. Abstract: This study aims to determine how class management, learn motivation  and  how significant influence on class management to learn motivation accounting subjects on student in class XI accounting SMK Negeri 3 Pontianak. The method used is descriptive method with the form of research studies the relationship. The results showed that the class management have a influence to learn motivation accounting subjects on student in class XI aounting SMK Negeri 3 Pontianak shown by formula Y = 14,820+0,529X and obtained t count> t table is 5,750 > 1,999. Hence t count > t table then Ha accepted and Ho rejected, which means there is positive class management to learn motivation accounting subjects on student in class XI accounting SMK Negeri 3 Pontianak. Great contribution to R2 = 0,348, stated that the results of class management influenced to learn motivation student 19.9%, the rest is influenced by other variables and further research is needed.   Keywords: Class Management, Learn Motivation.

Abstract

AbstractThis study aims to determine the differences in the characteristics of student motivation, which will be examined in the form of comparative studies. The number of samples in this study were 30 students of class XI of the Social Sciences Department at SMA N 10 Pontianak and 33 students of class XI of the Department of Accounting at SMK N 1 Pontianak in the comparison of learning motivation using parametric statistics with the formula t test polled variance and independent sample t test in SPSS 16 program for Windows. In this research, it is known that for manual count results using the t test polled variance formula, it is obtained that the results of t count > t table or 0.195 < 1.998 and for independent sample t test in SPSS 16, the results of t count > t table or 0.727 < 1.998. So that the results of the research data indicate that there are no differences in the characteristics of high school and vocational high school students' motivation in their learning motivation. Keywords: Comparative Study, Learning Motivation, Characterirstics

Abstract

AbstractThis research was conducted with the intention of to find out the effect of reward and punishment to learning motivation on economic subjects in class X IPS at Senior High School Mathlaul Anwar Pontianak partially and simultaneously. This study uses multiple regression analysis with quantitative research forms. The sample in this study was 73 social studies class X students composed of three classes, namely a class of 27 students, class b of 23 students and class c of 23 students. Sampling uses random sampling technique. Data collection techniques used are indirect communication techniques using questionnaire instruments likert scale and documentary using documentation instruments. The results of processing data using the SPSS 20 application, can be known (1) There is a significant influence between the giving of rewards on learning motivation which is indicated by the significant value of 0.007 < 0.05; (2) There is a significant influence between giving punishment to learning motivation which is indicated by the significant value of 0.002 < 0.05; (3) There is a significant influence between the simultaneous reward and punishment of learning motivation which is indicated by the value of  = 6.56 >  = 3.13 with a significance value of 0.002.Keywords: Reward, Punishment, Learning Motivation
