Abstract

Situ bekas galian pasir merupakan ekosistem perairan yang kurang mendapatkan perhatian, namun jika diamati memiliki potensi untuk dikembangkan sebagai lahan budidaya, baik dengan sistem CBF maupun KJA. Situ galian pasir no 6 merupakan salah satu situ galian yang terdapat di Desa Kahuripan Sukabumi. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengkaji daya dukung situ galian pasir no 6 untuk kegiatan budidaya tilapia dengan menggunakan sistem CBF dan KJA dengan pendekatan beban fosfat (P) di perairan. Hasil analisis dari pengamatan kualitas air selama bulan April-Juni 2015 menunjukkan bahwa situ galian pasir no 6 tergolong ke dalam perairan eutrof dengan daya dukung sebesar 1,18 ton/tahun untuk kegiatan CBF dan 11,12 ton/tahun untuk kegiatan budidaya dengan KJA. Ikan ditebar dalam tiga tahap dengan jumlah tebar 3 945 ekor per tahap dengan hasil panen 125 gram.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the potential zooplankton abundance based on resting eggs in situ cijeuk Sukamekar Village Sukaraja sub-district, Sukabumi district. This research was conducted from October to November 2023. October - November 2023. The sampling location was determined by purposive sampling. The research area was divided into 5 sampling points. Data analysis using the abundance formula and the Microsoft Excel 2013 program and a microscope equipped with the scopeImage 9.0 application scopeImage 9.0 application. The results showed the abundance of Resting eggs at 5 observation points ranged from 92 ± 58 - 1009 ± 1206 grains/m², egg diameter ranged from 4.3 ± 0.57 - 7 ± 1 µm, indicating that the presence of resting egg zooplankton in the cijeruk site still has natural food potential and the results of water quality observations at each station with temperatures ranging between 24.33 ± 0.58 - 25.33 ± 0.58ºC, pH 5.08 ± 2.07 - 6.34 ± 0.31, dissolved oxygen1.83 ± 1.29 - 4.70 ± 1.95 mg/l, brightness 27.50 ± 17.26 - 114 ± 25.06 cm.

Abstract

This study aims to identify the abundance of macrozoobenthos in Situ Cijeruk, Sukabumi Regency, West Java. Sampling was conducted at five stations with different environmental characteristics: Station 1 (Inlet), Station 2 (Succession Waters), Station 3 (Area with Human Activities), Station 4 (Outlet), and Station 5 (Industrially Polluted Waters). The purposive sampling method was used in this study, with sediment collected using an Eckman grab. The results identified five species of macrozoobenthos: Brotia testudinaria, Thiara scabra, Penaeus merguiensis (De Man), Radix rubiginosa, and Tylomelania. The highest abundance was found at Station 2 with 50 individuals/m², while the lowest was at Station 3 with 8 individuals/m².
