Abstract

Citra merupakan salah satu bentuk filsafat eksistensialis, sangat penting dalam kehidupan manusia, mencakup proses visual, verbal, dan nonverbal. Pada penelitian ini berfokus pada dongeng yang menceritakan tokoh perempuan. Adapun dongeng yang dipilih berjudul “Nelayan dan Putrinya” karya Lena D diterbitkan tahun 1996. Dongeng “Nelayan dan Puterinya” merupakan salah satu cerita pilihan yang dimuat dalam majalah Bobo Edisi 50 tahun. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan feminisme yang berfokus pada penggambaran citra perempuan. Teknik pengumpulan data dalam penelitian menggunakan teknik kepustakaan dan teknik baca-catat serta menggunakan metode membaca sebagai perempuan atau reading as a woman. Terdapat tiga bentuk citra perempuan yaitu citra fisik, psikis, serta sosial serta manfaat citra perempuan bagi pembaca anak-anak dalam dongeng “Nelayan dan Putinya” karya Lena D. Ketiga citra perempuan tersebut digambarkan melalui tokoh perempuan bernama Mutiara. Hal tersebut membuktikan bahwa sedari dini perempuan sudah dilabeli dengan citra tersebut. Adapun manfaat yang ditemukan pada penggambaran citra tokoh perempuan bagi pembaca diantaranya pemecahan stereotip gender, mendorong ambisi dan kepercayaan diri, dan membangun pemahaman tentang kesetaraan.

Abstract

Linguistic competence is a fundamental foundation in the development of the academic abilities of elementary school students. This study aims to analyze the linguistic competency profile of elementary school students through a study of vocabulary, reading skills, and writing using the Systematic Literature Review (SLR) approach. The research method uses the PRISMA Model by searching literature from the Scopus database, Google Scholar, Garuda Portal, and ERIC for the period 2014-2024. The inclusion criteria include empirical research that focuses on elementary school students with at least one component of linguistic competence. Data analysis uses thematic synthesis to identify patterns and themes in the literature. The results showed that the vocabulary of elementary school students was dominated by nouns (37%) and verbs (35%) with the root word (62%) as the main form, reflecting the mastery of concrete concepts. Reading proficiency showed that 39.6% of students were not fluent in reading, while writing proficiency showed the greatest challenge with 65.2% of students not mastering writing skills. There was a strong correlation (rxy = 0.993) between linguistic intelligence and reading ability. Influencing factors include individual, social, cultural, and pedagogical aspects. This study confirms that linguistic competence is an integrated multidimensional construct, requiring a holistic, contextual, and transformative learning approach. The findings provide important implications for the development of integrated curriculum, learning strategies, and assessment systems to improve the quality of literacy in primary schools.

Abstract

This study uses the object of the literary work of poetry "Surat Dari Ibu", by Asrul Sani by using structuralism studies. The purpose of this study is to describe the physical elements and mental elements as a whole which allows to provide new knowledge to the reader. This study uses a qualitative approach to the method of content analysis in poetry. The results obtained in the physical structure of the poem there are 2 dictions related to the choice of words used by the poet. Images / images found 3 images related to the human senses. In concrete words there are 2 related to the overall meaning of the word. There are 2 styles of language, namely comparative figure of speech and affirmation figure of speech. Rima uses free rhyme in his poetry. The last physical element is typography, the poet uses typography in upper and lower case letters and full punctuation in his poetry. The inner element contained in the poem Surat Dari Ibu, Asrul Sani's first work, is the theme of finding a stanza related to the problems in poetry. Based on the tone found 2 tones. The inner element in feeling is found to be a sense of emotion and hope from a mother in the poem Surat Dari Ibu, by Asrul Sani. The last inner element is the mandate, there is one message that the poet wants to convey through his poetry

Abstract

The Indonesian Language for Foreign Speakers (BIPA) program plays a significant role in promoting the internationalization of the Indonesian language. Madrasah Aliyah Internasional Al Irtiqo' Malang requires strengthened BIPA instruction and program management to support its international educational environment. This community service program aimed to improve teachers' competencies in BIPA instruction and enhance program management. The methods included needs assessment, training, mentoring, teaching practice, and program evaluation. The results showed improved teacher understanding of BIPA instructional principles, enhanced ability to develop teaching materials for foreign learners, and more systematic program administration and planning. Participants also expressed positive responses to the mentoring activities, as they helped address challenges encountered in BIPA implementation. Overall, the program contributed to improving the quality of BIPA instruction and management and can serve as a reference for similar educational institutions.
