Abstract

Manajemen kelas mencakup strategi dan teknik yang digunakan oleh guru untuk mengatur perilaku siswa, memfasilitasi interaksi positif, dan menciptakan suasana belajar yang kondusif. Hal ini melibatkan penetapan aturan yang jelas, pengelolaan ruang yang efisien, serta penggunaan metode pengajaran yang menarik untuk meningkatkan keterlibatan siswa.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengeksplorasi optimalisasi tata ruang kelas dalam menciptakan lingkungan belajar yang aktif dan inovatif. Penelitian ini mengidentifikasi berbagai elemen penting dalam pengaturan ruang kelas, termasuk ergonomi, pencahayaan, ventilasi, dan aksesibilitas alat ajar, yang berkontribusi terhadap kenyamanan dan keterlibatan siswa. Melalui pendekatan kualitatif, data dikumpulkan dari analisis dokumen untuk memahami bagaimana penataan ruang dapat mempengaruhi proses pembelajaran. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pengorganisasian ruang kelas yang baik tidak hanya meningkatkan konsentrasi dan motivasi siswa, tetapi juga mendorong interaksi sosial dan kolaborasi di antara mereka.

Abstract

Loss of Aircraft Control incidents have occurred frequently in the past few years. In the last 7 years, 5 aircraft have experienced Loss of Aircraft Control. Loss of Aircraft Control itself is the disappearance of the aircraft from the monitoring radar. The causes of loss of aircraft contact include the effects of weather. In the aviation system, weather does have a very big influence. To minimize the loss of aircraft contact, each aircraft is equipped with a weather radar or what is known as the WX Radar System. WX Radar System is an example of the application of electromagnetic waves, namely radio waves that work with the principle of the doppler effect. Where the radar will emit electromagnetic waves with a low frequency which will then be reflected back by weather particles in the earth's atmosphere. The results of the reflection are then displayed in the cockpit of the aircraft so that the pilot knows the weather conditions outside the aircraft so as to avoid things that are not desired such as loss of aircraft contact or Loss of Aircraft Control.

Abstract

This research was conducted to determine the standards of physics laboratory facilities and management at SMA Negeri 1 Mumbusari. This research uses descriptive research methods and a qualitative approach. The subjects of this research were laboratory managers, physics study teachers, as well as physics laboratory facilities and infrastructure at SMA Negeri 1 Mumbulsari. The collection technique is by making observations, conducting interviews with laboratory managers, and documentation. The results of the research are that SMA Negeri 1 Mumbulsari has a standard percentage of laboratory space of 67% and a standard percentage of laboratory facilities of 85% with good classification. The physics laboratory administration and management system at SMA Negeri 1 Mumbulsari is very good. So overall the physics laboratory at SMA Negeri 1 Mumbulsari has good standards of laboratory facilities and management
