Abstract

Abstract− The development of technological progress triggers a new system mechanism in life, from the beginning of life to the end, this life habit is better known as e-life, which means electronics which influences various desires and needs for survival. The payroll administration system that is currently running at the An-Nadwah Kuala Tungkal Islamic Institute, even though it already uses an office system such as Excel, is still considered conventional, it can be seen that its management still uses an agenda book and submission of payroll slips which only uses screenshots of data in Excel, thus causing errors. and reducing wages for employees. This is what prompted Peniti to conduct research with the aim of analyzing and designing a web-based payroll administration information system using the unified modeling language (UML) method and designing a system prototype that is expected to solve the problems that occur in the payroll system that is currently running. The design of this web-based payroll administration system produces an information system design in the form of a prototype to simplify, tidy up the payroll system and of course answer problems in realizing payroll activities for employees Keywords: Information Systems, Administration, Payroll, UML, Prototype

Abstract

In the digital era, the existence of a web-based information system is one of the important needs for local governments in providing services to the community. Information systems can also play a role in helping to improve operational efficiency, support business innovation, and accelerate decision making. One of the applications of the information system is the Parto.id website. Parto.id is a marketplace based on Business to Government (B2G) and Business to Business (B2B) which facilitates the implementation of e-purchasing of Procurement of Goods and Services whose main users are the government. The phenomenon of excessive purchasing on the Parto.id website in the Jambi Provincial Regional Government Organization environment can cause various significant problems. One of them is the waste of regional budget, especially if the purchase is not fully in accordance with the needs or its use is not optimal. This study aims to analyze the factors that influence user satisfaction and identify the obstacles experienced by users based on the dimensions of webqual 4.0. The focus variables measured include Usability, Information Quality, Service Interaction Quality and User Satisfaction. for Data collection is done by questionnaire, then the validity and reliability test of the data will be carried out, as well as the Hypothesis test using SmartPLS 4. The results of the study show that the website used is said to be very good with the value of the R-Square correlation of the User Satisfaction variable of 96.1%.

Abstract

Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat (PKM) ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kualitas pembelajaran di Pondok Pesantren Tahfidz Satu Quran Jambi melalui pelatihan Augmented Reality (AR) sebagai inovasi dalam metode pengajaran. Teknologi AR memungkinkan visualisasi interaktif, terutama dalam materi keagamaan seperti pengurusan jenazah, sehingga lebih mudah dipahami. Selain sebagai media pembelajaran, AR juga memiliki potensi dalam pengembangan inovasi produk digital yang dapat dimanfaatkan dalam wirausaha berbasis teknologi. Dengan pemanfaatan aplikasi AR dan konten edukatif digital, pesantren dapat meningkatkan efisiensi pengelolaan pendidikan sekaligus menciptakan peluang bisnis digital bagi santri. Pelatihan ini memberikan pengetahuan dasar dan keterampilan praktis bagi pengajar dan santri dalam memanfaatkan AR, serta membekali mereka dengan wawasan tentang penerapan teknologi digital dalam berbagai unit usaha pesantren. Diharapkan pengajar dapat mengintegrasikan teknologi ini dalam pembelajaran, menciptakan pengalaman belajar yang lebih menarik, serta membuka peluang inovasi produk digital yang mendukung kemandirian pesantren dan santri dalam menghadapi tantangan era digital

Abstract

Otoxpert Jambi is one of the companies operating in the automotive sector with a focus on light service or quick service. Whereas in the current system, there are several issues in acquiring new customers, improving relationships with customers, and retaining customers. Based on the existing problems at Otoxpert Jambi, there is a need for a web-based Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system that can help both Otoxpert Jambi and its customers build good relationships. The purpose of this research is to analyze the service relationship between the company and customers and to design a web-based Electronic Customer Relationship Management (E-CRM) system to create a better relationship between the company and customers through features on the website. The author conducted object-oriented design, including use case diagrams, activity diagrams, class diagrams, interface design, database structure tables, and interface implementation. The result of this research is the implementation of a web-based E-CRM system that can help resolve issues, particularly those related to customer service at Otoxpert Jambi, so that the E-CRM can function effectively.
