Abstract

The purpose of this service is to socialize and share knowledge about entrepreneurship for students at SMK Negeri 1 Banda Aceh so that they can foster enthusiasm and develop an entrepreneurial spirit that is smart to open an independent business after graduating from the learning process at school. The activities are aimed at students of SMK Negeri 1 Banda Aceh. The outputs obtained from this activity are (1) students gain motivation and knowledge in order to be able to open a business independently after graduating from the learning process. (2) From the results of the socialization, the students understood the content of the material and at the end of the session were given a question and answer time, some questions were obtained from students and the community.

Abstract

This study aims to influence customer experience and trust on repurchase intention e-market place and its impact on consumer loyalty: a case study on shopee. The population in this study were all Shopee consumers in Banda Aceh City. The sample collection technique in this study was purposive sampling. So that the number of respondents was 250 people. Data were collected by distributing questionnaires online which were linked to a google form. Data were measured using a Likert scale and analyzed using SEM AMOS. The test results concluded that Customer Experience, Trust, Repurchase Intention, and Shopee Consumer Loyalty on Shopee were running well; Customer experience affects repurchase intention; Trust affects repurchase intention; Customer experience affects consumer loyalty; Trust affects consumer loyalty; Repurchase intention affects consumer loyalty; Repurchase intention partially mediates the effect of customer experience on consumer loyalty; and Repurchase intention partially mediates the effect of trust on consumer loyalty. The results of this test explain that the loyalty increase model for Shopee consumers in Banda Aceh City is a function of increasing consumer repurchase interest, increasing customer experience, and strengthening trust in the Shopee brand

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui dan menguji analisis pengaruh self-efficacy dan employee engagement terhadap kinerja organisasi PT. Perusahaan Listrik Negara (persero) Wilayah Aceh. Populasinya adalah seluruh karyawan PLN Aceh yang berjumlah sebanyak 206 orang. Sampel diambil menggunakan sampel jenuh atau teknik total sampling, dan disebut juga metode sensus. Mengingat jumlah populasinya relatif kecil, maka semua populasi dijadikan responden. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah regresi linier berganda melalui SPSS versi 26. Hasil pengujian mengungkapkan bahwa secara parsial self-efficacy berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja PT. PLN Wilayah Aceh. Secara parsial employee engagement berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja PT. PLN Wilayah Aceh. Secara simultan, self-efficacy dan employee engagement berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja PT. PLN Wilayah Aceh.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the influence of religiosity and work placement on work loyalty. This research was conducted on 150 employees with the sample determined using census techniques. Data was collected by collecting Google forms and analyzed using SPSS through multiple linear regression. The results prove that religiosity and work placement have a partial and simultaneous effect on work loyalty. The higher the religiosity of the employees in this study, the higher their work loyalty. Likewise, the more precise the job placement determined by the company, the higher the work loyalty towards PT Bank Aceh Syariah Operational Head Office.Keywords: Religiosity, Job Placement, Work Loyalty

Abstract

This study investigates the role of fintech and digital finance as intermediary variables in the influence of sharia financial literacy on increasing sharia financial inclusion in Aceh Province. This study examined 308 respondents spread across various regions of Aceh Province and analyzed using SEM AMOS and a purposive sampling technique. After conducting various tests, this study demonstrated that sharia financial literacy, fintech, digital finance, and sharia financial inclusion have been well-functioning. Sharia financial literacy has been proven to enhance fintech, digital finance, and sharia financial inclusion in Aceh. Correspondingly, fintech and digital finance also have a positive and significant impact on sharia financial inclusion. Furthermore, fintech and digital finance have also been shown to partially mediate the relationship between sharia financial literacy and sharia financial inclusion
