Abstract

Bandara Internasional Dhoho Kediri merupakan satu-satunya bandara yang dibangun dengan skema kerjasama pemerintah dan badan usaha (KPBU). Proses pembangunan bandara ini melibatkan banyak pihak baik swasta maupun pemerintahan desa. Pada pelaksanaan pembangunan terjalin kerja sama terkait dengan penyediaan tenaga kerja lokal. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis dan mengetahui proses kerja sama yang terjalin dalam upaya penyediaan tenaga kerja lokal. Metode penelitian yang digunakan ialah metode penelitian deskriptif dengan pendekatan kualitatid. Fokus penelitian menggunakan teori collaborative governance menurut Ansel dan Gash (2008) dengan indikator penelitian yaitu: 1) face to face dialogue; 2) trust building; 3) commitment to the process; 4) shared understanding; dan 5) intermediate outcomes. Hasil temuan penelitian menunjukkan bahwa proses kerjasama antara PT Wijaya Karya dengan Pemerintah Desa Grogol terjalin dengan cukup sesuai. Hal tersebut terjadi karena tidak adanya dokumentasi secara tertulis baik dari pihak desa dan pihak PT Wijaya Karya, terutama terkait dengan MoU. Namun demikian, indikator commitment to the process dan intermediate outcomes dapat tercapai dengan baik. Rekomendasi penelitian untuk kerja sama Pemerintah Desa Grogol adalah dengan memperbaiki proses diskusi dan melakukan sosialisasi terhadap masyarakat yang terdampak pembangunan serta membuat MoU terkait dengan pelaksanaan kerja sama, sehingga dapat memperkuat kepercayaan dan komitmen dalam menjalankan kerjasama.

Abstract

Wajageseng Village is one of the villages in the Kopang District area. Based on the official website of the Central Lombok Regency Statistics Agency, in Kopang District, Wajageseng village has an area of ​​13 km2. The majority of the population works as farmers. Therefore, the KKN student group carried out activities by utilizing empty land chosen by residents, especially in home gardens. The aim of implementing this KKN activity is to realize the theme of Advanced and Sustainable Agriculture in Wajageseng Village. There are 3 activities carried out, namely (1) using empty land to cultivate durian seeds (2) making organic fertilizer to fertilize durian tree seeds (3) socializing organic fertilizer for durian tree seeds. The result of this activity is that the people of Wajageseng Village are able to make optimal use of their yard land so they can enjoy the desired results. Apart from that, by making organic fertilizer from goat kohe, it is also hoped that the community will be able to utilize goat manure waste and there will be socialization on making organic fertilizer which aims to enable people to make their own organic fertilizer at home. The results of the activities above show that this KKN activity has been able to answer several problems that exist in Wajageseng village regarding the use of house yard land for cultivating plants in order to realize advanced and sustainable agriculture.

Abstract

This research aims to produce a learning tool with a discovery learning model on function composition and inverse function content that meets valid and practical requirements to facilitate the mathematical connection abilities of F-phase students. This type of research is development research with a 4-D research design. The development that the researchers carried out consisted of four stages, namely: (1) define; (2) design; (3) develop; (4) disseminate. This research produced learning tools in the form of learning tools (Teaching Modules). The results of the research show that the learning tools met the criteria for validity and practicality. The validity of the development product is determined by expert validation with an average percentage of 97.22% in the very valid category. The practicality of the development product was determined by teachers with an average of 96.73%, and students with an average of 91.43% in the very practical category. Thus, the learning tools developed have met valid and practical requirements to facilitate students' mathematical connection abilities.
