Abstract

The purpose of this research is to determine how much influence hardskills and softskills to shaping self efficacy of university student. Because these two skills, can make individuals who have it, feel confident to do an activity and get the results as expected. This research can be classified in classroom action research. The author made observations during the teaching and learning process, and also used a questionnaire to find out the opinions of the respondents. And the results, self management is the variable that plays the biggest role in shaping individual self efficacy. Having self management, means being able to manage themselves and relationships with others.

Abstract

Selama pandemi Covid-19, hampir seluruh institusi pendidikan, termasuk pendidikan tinggi, melakukan proses belajar mengajarnya secara daring (online). Selama proses pembelajaran daring, maka proses komunikasi antara dosen dan mahasiswa, sudah pasti menggunakan media. Dalam proses komunikasi yang menggunakan media, maka komunikasi non verbal, yang meliputi : 1) bahasa tubuh, 2) ekspresi, dan 3) kontak mata, biasanya tidak bisa dilakukan secara maksimal. Agar komunikasi verbal dan non verbal antara komunikator (pengirim pesan) dan komunikan (penerima pesan) tetap tersampaikan dengan baik, maka diperlukan upaya yang lebih besar dari dosen dan asisten, selaku komunikator (pengirim pesan), dengan mahasiswa, selaku komunikan (penerima pesan), dalam membangun komunikasi interpersonal, agar proses komunikasi selama pembelajaran daring tetap berlangsung dengan hidup, dan tujuan pembelajaran dapat tercapai.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan dalam rangka mengetahui, apakah Positive Self Concept dan Self Confident berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Self Efficacy mahasiswa. Self Efficacy merupakan bentuk keyakinan seorang individu akan kemampuannya dalam melakukan serta menyelesaikan suatu aktifitas dengan baik. Positive Self Concept (Konsep/Gambar Diri Positif) nerupakan gambar diri seorang individu terhadap diri sendiri. Sedangkan Self Confident (Kepercayaan Diri) merupakan bentuk keyakinan seorang individu akan kemampuannya. Positive Self Concept dan Self Confident merupakan faktor-faktor pembentuk Self Efficacy (Keyakinan Diri) seorang individu. Penelitian ini menggunakan responden mahasiswa STIKI Malang. Variabel X dari penelitian ini adalah Positive Self Concept (X1) dan Self Confident (X2), sedangkan variabel Y adalah Self Efficacy. Perolehan data dilakukan dengan cara pengisian angket secara online oleh mahasiswa responden. Data yang diperoleh, kemudian diolah dan diuji dengan menggunakan SPSS berupa uji validitas, uji reliabilitas, uji signifikansi, dan uji asumsi klasik. Berdasarkan hasil pengujian tersebut, diketahui bahwa, Positive Self Concept dan Self Confident berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Self Afficacy mahasiswa, baik secara parsial maupun secara simultan. Dengan memiliki Positive Self Concept dan Self Confident, maka seorang mahasiswa akan memiliki Self Efficacy untuk meraih prestasi dan mengejar kompetensi dibidangnya.

Abstract

In today's digital era, the development of people's lives is increasingly broad and unlimited with the presence of the internet, including the GMIT Ebenhaezer Church in Larantuka which currently still uses the manual method in carrying out its financial administration. Problems that occur today include difficulties in data processing, and the process of calculating the income and expenditure of Church cash and reports for assemblies and Servants of God. In research and making administrative applications made with PHP and MYSQL, it is intended to overcome the problems that occur at this time, namely processing administrative data, calculating cash income and expenditure and financial reports needed by the Assembly and Pastor for decision making to facilitate the making of church financial reports so that transparent in financial management as well as accountability to church members who have provided funds to this church

Abstract

Mitra Delima General Hospital is a public health service institution located in Bululawang Malang. One of the efforts made to maintain employee competence is the implementation of performance appraisal which is carried out every year, namely two months before the work contract expires. This performance appraisal is at the same time a mechanism for determining the extension or termination of an employee's work contract. The large number of employees and the stages that must be carried out as well as the large number of personnel involved in the appraisal process lead to delays in scheduling and delays in the period of employee work contracts. Therefore the purpose of this study is to build an information system that can help the staffing department to detect employees who must be scheduled for performance appraisal, assign personnel to carry out the assessment and inform employees and officers of the schedule and results of work assessments so that performance appraisals can be carried out appropriately. time and more efficiently. The system built is web based using PHP scripts and the CodeIgnater framework and Mys sql as the DBMS. The system that has been built has passed the trial phase using blackbox testing and each feature has the function required so that it is expected to be able to schedule performance appraisals on time and avoid unnecessary delays in the work contract period.
