Abstract

The development of information technology has brought many advances and benefits that we enjoy today. It is inseparable from the development of computers that enable people to make decisions . The computer can receive and process the data into critical information needed to make decisions . One example is the decision-making in determining which placement STIKI Alumni who have graduated in accordance with the study program and its competence . During the election of alumni STIKI not work according to your interests and talents as well as its competence , requiring rapid decision-making system in helping job placement that suits them . Abstract

A student attendance management system is needed by higher education institution due to the fact that the students’ attendance are one of the critical factors which decide their academic achievement. The practice of managing the attendance based on the signatures collected on papers is considered inefficient. This paper presents a set of structural and behavioral models which can be implemented as a student attendance management system which utilizes RFID technology. The ability of RFID tags to promptly deliver accurate authentication information should improve the students attendance management process efficiency. The structural and behavioral models presented in this paper are using UML class diagram and sequence diagram notations. The models are developed based on the technical architecture of model-view-controller (MVC) pattern.

Abstract

Topeng Malangan is one of Malang's original culture that needs to be preserved. However, the survey results show that 65.9% of respondents are not familiar with Topeng Malangan. Currently Topeng Malangan is less popular among the people of Malang city, because Topeng Malangan art is rarely performed and only a little introduced through dance learning in elementary schools. There are 76 Topeng Malangan figures with six famous figures, namely Raden Gunung Sari, Dewi Sekartaji, Dewi Ragil Kuning, Bapang, Panji Asmoro Bangun, and Klono Sewandono. This research produces face recognition software through Augmented Reality using a marker tracking model. Two-dimensional marker as the printed or the cellphone screen displayed figures, will be performed as a three-dimensional image of the mask face. In addition to three-dimensional images, figuring character information, text and sound are also showed according to the characteristics of the Topeng Malangan from Desa Kemantren Kecamatan Jabung, Kabupaten Malang, Jawa Timur. The blackbox testing of the application shows that all application parameters are functioning properly. This application can be used as a learning medium in the form of educational games about Topeng Malangan figures and culture

Abstract

The need of developing student attendance management system is driven due to the fact that the students’ attendance records are one of the most important factors of their academic achievement. The conventional practice of managing the student attendance manually by pens and papers is considered as challenging tasks for most of the higher education institutions. This paper will propose a system functional model to manage the student attendance in a more efficient way by utilizing the RFID tags technology. The RFID technology is an automated identification and data collection technology. The ability of RFID tags to deliver accurate information in quicker way shall improve the efficiency to manage the students attendance data. The system model proposed in this paper will also consider the need of the academic administrative staff to have an integrated reporting function which are related to the student and the lecturer attendance records. The system functional models presented in this paper are developed in UML based on the approach of object-oriented system analysis and design.

Abstract

Sistem informasi merupakan suatu hal terpenting bagi perusahaan atau badan usaha sebagai pengolahan data yang memberikan peningkatan kinerja suatu pekerjaan. Saat ini sistem informasi semakin banyak digunakan oleh badan usaha seperti koperasi simpan pinjam. Sementara itu masih banyak koperasi simpan pinjam masih menggunakan sistem manual mulai dari transaksi simpan pinjam dan pembayaran angsuran hingga pelaporan tiap harinya. Banyaknya nasabah yang tidak ingin menyimpan kartu bukti pembayaran mengakibatkan kurangnya transparansi transaksi yang dilakukan sedangkan kartu bukti pembayaran harus dimiliki oleh petugas dan nasabah dimana kartu tersebut akan direkap kembali ke dalam buku besar sebagai laporan harian ke pimpinan. Dengan adanya permasalahan tersebut, diperlukan sebuah sistem informasi koperasi simpan pinjam berbasis android untuk mempermudah transaksi pembayaran. Dari sistem tersebut pembayaran angsuran menggunakan aplikasi android yang bersifat client-server, yaitu petugas akan memindai QR Code dari nasabah dan sistem otomatis menampilkan data pembayaran angsuran lalu data tersebut akan dikirim ke server, dimana data pembayaran angsuran akan menjadi laporan harian bagi petugas untuk dicek kembali oleh pimpinan. Berdasarkan hasil pengujian dengan menggunakan black box testing dapat disimpulkan bahwa sistem dapat membantu kinerja administrasi dengan baik serta fitur QR Code pada aplikasi juga membantu petugas lapangan untuk mempermudah proses transaksi dengan nasabah Information system is an important things for companies or business as data processor that gives a work improvement. Nowadays, it often used for small business like cooperative service. Meanwhile there are many business unit still using manual system started from saving and loan transaction and installment payment until reporting. Many customer con’t want to keep their payment cards causing lack of transparency while payment cards has a main function to record all of the customer transaction which it will forwarded to the chairman. We need an application that can handle this problems with multi-platform. From the system, installment payment will be done by QR-Code feature and system will display the whole data transaction then send it to server. Data payment will be recorded daily by field officer and to be confirmed by the chairman. Based on blackbox method for testing the system, it can be concluded that the system help the administrative work properly and also QR-Code feature helps the field officers to record the installment payment from customer easily.

Abstract

Website is one of the supporting tools as a medium of information and promotion on the internet. With a website, everyone from all over Indonesia and the world can easily get information about the company or agency. Social service agency has a special task to carry out some of the government's general tasks and development in the field of Social Welfare. From social problems that occur, it is difficult for the community to convey problems that occur around the community environment. The many social problems that occur in the community are known from public complaints which are usually done via telephone or DM Instagram. The impact of social problems include juvenile delinquency, poverty, unemployment, missing people, homeless people, and people with mental disorders. The purpose of this study was to build a Social Handling Information System in Malang City Social Service. To create a website / information system, you can use CodeIgniter (CI), CodeIgniter is an application development framework (Application Development Framework) using PHP, is a framework for working or making programs using PHP that is more systematic. Malang City Social Service has many tasks, one of which is handling several complaints from the people of Malang City. The author proposes to raise a theme "Information Systems for Social Assistance for Web-Based Communities to Facilitate the Receipt of Social Service Reports in Malang". In this information system there are 3 main menus, namely: complaints, survey reports, and data results. In the complaints menu the user can input the complaint data which will later be processed by the social service staff themselves. On the survey report page the staff section can check the data and make changes to the system status. On the data results page the staff can make changes to the data. Before making a complaint to the system, the community must first register by entering the NIK. Complaints submitted by the public will automatically be entered into the system. With this information system, it is hoped that it can help the performance of the Malang city social services and also help report complaints from the people of Malang.

Abstract

The large number of students applying for Achievement scholarships and BKSM (Special Assistance for Poor Students) at SMAS Empat Lima 1 Babat makes the performance of schools still not optimal. That is because all the inputting processes for receiving scholarships are still manual. Decision support systems are useful for expanding decision makers' ability to process data or information and can help solve problems, especially in a variety of very complex and unstructured issues. One method in a decision support system is SAW (Simple Additive Weighting), the method is able to process the scholarship selection results automatically through a system that has been created so that the results are faster and more accurate. The results showed that the Decision Support System in the Scholarship Acceptance Process that used the SAW method succeeded in determining the order (priority) of students who were eligible and eligible to receive scholarships using the SAW method. The highest final grades processed by Decision Support System are students who are recommended and are eligible to receive scholarships, while students with the lowest final grades are students who are not recommended or are not eligible to receive scholarships. In addition, the use of a data input web program is more effective and efficient when compared to using Microsoft Excel because the data entered has been processed by the system.

Abstract

In today's digital era, the development of people's lives is increasingly broad and unlimited with the presence of the internet, including the GMIT Ebenhaezer Church in Larantuka which currently still uses the manual method in carrying out its financial administration. Problems that occur today include difficulties in data processing, and the process of calculating the income and expenditure of Church cash and reports for assemblies and Servants of God. In research and making administrative applications made with PHP and MYSQL, it is intended to overcome the problems that occur at this time, namely processing administrative data, calculating cash income and expenditure and financial reports needed by the Assembly and Pastor for decision making to facilitate the making of church financial reports so that transparent in financial management as well as accountability to church members who have provided funds to this church

Abstract

The city of Malang as a city of education and tourism has seen an increase in the number of vehicles that can cause, among others, road congestion, air pollution, waste of fuel and road damage. The road that is often jammed if left unchecked will have an impact on the smooth journey and satisfaction of road users. Along with the development of information technology, this can be overcome with applications based on Geographic Information Systems and crowdsourcing, where road users can see road congestion through their mobile devices in real time. Research related to the Design of a Geographic Information System to Monitor Road Conditions Utilizing Twitter Social Media has been carried out but is limited to Twitter users[5]. To overcome the road congestion, a crowdsourcing-based application solution is needed. Based on this problem, a crowdsourcing-based application with Java and PHP languages is needed and uses a MySQL database. The advantage of this application is that it can display information on road congestion, alternative routes in Malang City to the Malang City Transportation and Traffic Police Office and road users directly at the point of congestion through their devices.

Abstract

In this study writers will design a safer and more efficient membership information system at alto myshouse fitness center. At present alto myshouse still use a manual membership system in which their members fill out membership forms using paper media that is then stored. This system has many flaws like member data can easily disappear or malfunction. Therefore, compl erasing web-based membership information systems that will assist security and efficiency in locating member data and also to simplify the application process, a system that can systematize registration systems for members, instructors and schedules is included in the database. So that system users get their desired information quickly and accurately. Therefore, the membership information system design based on the website is made accessible to members. To design this website based membership information system collecting the necessary data through direct observation and interview with admin of alto myshouse. The program is then made to use PHP as programming language and mysql for database storage. The major stage of system design includes analysis of the requirements of software, system design, coding, testing, implementation and maintenance of programs created. This web-based information system will be able to improve current system weaknesses.
