Abstract

The way governments and businesses operate globally is changing due to the worldwide trend of digital transformation. By implementing blockchain technology to improve data security in day-to-day operations, Indonesia's government and private sector are hastening the country's digital transition. Numerous blockchain initiatives, including payment systems, medical data storage, and certificate verification and validation, have been implemented in Indonesia. Notwithstanding, there are still a number of obstacles that Indonesia must overcome before it can effectively use blockchain technology, including imprecise legislation, inadequate infrastructure, and a dearth of knowledge about the network. Consequently, for Indonesia to adopt blockchain technology more quickly, assistance from all parties is required. In order to maximize blockchain technology's potential and hasten Indonesia's digital revolution, more research and development should be done.

Abstract

Management Information Systems (MIS) play a strategic role in enhancing the efficiency and effectiveness of an organization's operations. The implementation of MIS enables more structured data and information management, thereby supporting more accurate and faster decision-making. This study aims to analyze the concept and benefits of MIS in improving efficiency and effectiveness to achieve optimal work outcomes. The research method employed is a literature review, examining various references related to MIS implementation in different organizations. The findings indicate that a well-designed MIS can enhance both efficiency and effectiveness within an organization, ultimately contributing to optimal work performance. Additionally, MIS plays a crucial role in improving interdepartmental coordination and ensuring the optimal utilization of resources. These findings are expected to serve as a guide for researchers in understanding the role of MIS in modern management and provide valuable insights for organizations in optimizing the use of information technology.

Abstract

Transformasi Sosial dan Perubahan Politik di Era Digital Serta Dampaknya terhadap Partisipasi Kewarganegaraan adalah artikel studi pustaka dalam bidang ilmu sosial dan politik. Tujuan artikel ini adalah menganalisis dampak era digital terhadap pola partisipasi warga dalam proses politik dan sosial serta membangun hipotesis pengaruh transformasi sosial dan perubahan politik terhadap partisipasi kewarganegaraan. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode library research dengan mengumpulkan data dari literatur ilmiah yang bersumber dari Google Scholar, Mendeley, serta media akademik terbuka lainnya. Hasil artikel ini menunjukkan bahwa: 1) Transformasi sosial berbasis teknologi digital memperluas akses informasi dan meningkatkan keterlibatan masyarakat dalam diskusi politik dan gerakan sosial; serta 2) Perubahan politik yang dipicu era digital mendorong munculnya pola partisipasi baru yang lebih dinamis namun menghadapi tantangan berupa penyebaran hoaks dan polarisasi opini.
