Abstract

Previous research or relevant research is very important in a research or scientific article. Previous research or relevant research serves to strengthen the theory and phenomena of the relationship or influence between variables. This article reviews the factors that affect professional organizations, namely: leadership, organizational communication, work motivation, and performance. The results of this research library are that: 1) Leadership has an effect on Professional Organizations; 2) Organizational Communication has an effect on Professional Organizations; 3) Work Motivation has an effect on Professional Organizations; 4) Performance has an effect on Professional Organizations.

Abstract

This study examines the proactive work behavior of employees in an organization. This research consists of several parts. First, the literature review focuses on proactive work behavior. Second, the research model and propositions developed in this research are based on a literature review of previous studies, such as factors that influence proactive work behavior. In the context of proactive work behavior, it plays an important role in organizational behavior theory and research for organizational development. This is because stakeholders will be able to design practical interventions to encourage proactive work behavior based on knowledge. Apart from that, the resulting proactive work behavior will also contribute to personal characteristics (knowledge, abilities, personality) and situational factors (job characteristics, leadership and organizational climate). Thus, overall implementing proactive work behavior can create a dynamic, innovative and productive work environment, which ultimately supports the long-term success of the organization.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis pengaruh customer relationship management terhadap citra perbankan baik secara simultan maupun parsial pada BNI KC Simpang Rimbo Kota Jambi. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah nasabah BNI KC Simpang Rimbo Kota Jambi yang berjumlah 9.359 nasabah sampai dengan tahun 2020. Besar atau jumlah sampel dalam penelitian ini ditentukan berdasarkan teori yang dikembangkan oleh Slovin dengan margin of error 10% sehingga suatu ukuran sampel dari 100 pelanggan diperoleh. Pendekatan dalam penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode survey dan menggunakan analisis data persamaan regresi linier berganda yang dibantu dengan software SPSS 23.0 for windows. Namun sebelum melakukan analisis, terlebih dahulu dilakukan uji kualitas data melalui uji validitas dan reliabilitas serta uji asumsi klasik. Kemudian uji hipotesis melalui uji t (parsial). Dari hasil analisis disimpulkan bahwa customer relationship management berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap citra bank.

Abstract

This article reviews the factors that influence organizational commitment and employee performance, namely: Perceived Organizational Support, Communication, and Leadership Style, a Human Resource Management Literature Study. The results of this research library are that: 1) Perceived Organizational Support has an effect on Employee Performance; 2) Communication has an effect on employee performance; 3) Leadership Style affects Employee Performance.

Abstract

The issue of customer satisfaction is the focus of attention of stakeholders (government, business people, suppliers, consumers and so on). This is due to their better understanding of the concept of satisfaction as a strategy to win increasingly fierce business competition. In this case, customer satisfaction is important for business owners and managers because customers will pass on information about their expectations to other potential customers, which will then increase the company's integrity. This research consists of several parts. First, the literature review focuses on orientation to the digital marketing concept. Second, the research model and propositions developed in this study are based on a literature review of previous studies, such as the relationship between digital marketing and customer satisfaction, both directly and indirectly through the company's image. Based on studies conducted through theory and previous research, it can be concluded that digital marketing has an influence on customer satisfaction, both directly and indirectly through the company's image.

Abstract

Artikel ini membahas tentang studi literature review Sistem Informasi Bisnis, menganalisis Faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi Infrastruktur TI: Software, Fleksibilitas TI dan Kinerja Organisasi. Metode penulisan artikel ini dengan studi literature atau library reseseach. Hasilnya adalah bahwa: 1) Software memiliki hubungan dan berpengaruh terhadap Infrastruktur TI; 2) Fleksibilitas TI memiliki hubungan dan berpengaruh terhadap Infrastruktur TI; dan 3) Kinerja Organisasi memiliki hubungan dan berpengaruh terhadap Infrastruktur TI.

Abstract

Management Information Systems (MIS) play a strategic role in enhancing the efficiency and effectiveness of an organization's operations. The implementation of MIS enables more structured data and information management, thereby supporting more accurate and faster decision-making. This study aims to analyze the concept and benefits of MIS in improving efficiency and effectiveness to achieve optimal work outcomes. The research method employed is a literature review, examining various references related to MIS implementation in different organizations. The findings indicate that a well-designed MIS can enhance both efficiency and effectiveness within an organization, ultimately contributing to optimal work performance. Additionally, MIS plays a crucial role in improving interdepartmental coordination and ensuring the optimal utilization of resources. These findings are expected to serve as a guide for researchers in understanding the role of MIS in modern management and provide valuable insights for organizations in optimizing the use of information technology.

Abstract

Abstract: Literature articles reviewing factors that influence entrepreneurial readiness are scientific articles that aim to build a research hypothesis on the influence of variables to be used in further research, within the scope of management science. The method of writing this Literature Review article is the library research method, which is sourced from online media such as Google Scholar, Mendeley and other academic online media. The results of this Literature Review article are that: 1) Creativity influences entrepreneurial readiness; 2) Self-efficacy influences entrepreneurial readiness; and 3) entrepreneurial motivation influences entrepreneurial readiness. Apart from these 3 exogenous variables, there are many other factors which influence entrepreneurial readiness which include entrepreneurial knowledge, internship experience, role of parents, and interest in entrepreneurship. Abstrak: Artikel literatur review faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi kesiapan berwirausaha adalah artikel ilmiah yang bertujuan membangun hipotesis riset pengaruh antar variabel yang akan digunakan pada riset selanjutnya, dalam ruang lingkup ilmu manajemen. Metode penulisan artikel Literature Review ini adalah dengan metode library risearch, yang bersumber dari media online seperti Google Scholar, Mendeley dan media online akademik lainnya. Hasil artikel Literature Review ini adalah bahwa: 1) Kreatifitas berpengaruh terhadap kesiapan berwirausaha; 2) Efikasi diri berpengaruh terhadap kesiapan berwirausaha; dan 3) motivasi berwirausaha berpengaruh terhadap kesiapan berwirausaha. Selain dari 3 variabel exogen ini, masih banyak faktor lain di antaranya yang mempengaruhi kesiapan berwirausaha dimana diantaranya yaitu pengetahuan kewirausahaan, pengalaman prakerin, peran orang tua, dan minat berwirausaha.

Abstract

The development of digital technology has encouraged local startups to adopt more effective and efficient marketing strategies. One increasingly used approach is interactive digital advertising, which enables two-way communication between brands and consumers. This conceptual article aims to examine the role of interactive digital advertising in increasing brand awareness, consumer engagement, and purchase intention. By integrating various previous research findings, this article develops a conceptual framework that demonstrates the relationship between interactive digital advertising and brand awareness, consumer engagement, and purchase intention. This study is expected to provide theoretical contributions to the development of sustainable marketing literature and serve as an initial reference for researchers in conducting future empirical research.
