Abstract

This research was conducted with the aim of analyzing the phenomenon of ba'i an-najasy on e-commere , namely comments that praise goods, even though they are not appropriate at the time of receipt of goods, this is done to increase sales. This type of research is qualitative, namely research based on descriptions of words and sentences that are carefully and methodically arranged, from data collection to interpretation and reporting of research findings. data collection using field research methods with interviews and participatory observation, where researchers are involved in the daily activities of the people observed. Thetype of data is primary data with data sources, namely information collected directly from the field, namely consumers who have made purchase transactions on e-commerce in Kerinci Regency and actively participate in buying and selling on e-commerce. The sample was determined using the snowball sampling method, the data was analyzed descriptively. The results showed that33 out of 40 consumers felt market engineering and although 7 people did not feel the same way, the problem of the phenomenon of ba'i an-najasy practice still often occurs among e-commerce users in the community in Kerinci Regency.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh literasikeuangan syari’ah dan religiusitas terhadap minat generasi z dalam menggunakan asuransi syariah.Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif, dengan menghimpun data primer yang diambil melalui instrumen kuesioner.Sumber data dalam penelitian ini ialah generasi z di Kota Padang, teknik analisis data menggunakan analisis regresi dengan alat uji analisis SPSS. Hasil penelitian terlihat bahwa apabila tingkat pengetahuan tentang literasi keuangan syari’ah dari gen z juga akan meningkatkan minat generasi z dalam mengunakan asuransi syari’ah. Pada realitanya secara garis besar masih banyak diantara generasi z yang tidak mengenal asuransi syari’ah, hal ini dilihat dari 130 responden penelitian mayoritas responden tidak memiliki asuransi syari’ah, sedangkan resiko yang akan terjadi dimasa akan datang tidak bisa diprediksi. Ditinjau dari aspek religiusitas generasi z memiliki nilai religiusitas yang tinggi, namun masih mengabaikan produk produk syari’ah khususnya asuransi syari’ah.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of Knowledge, Motivation, and Promotion on the Decision to Become a Customer of Bank Syariah Indonesia Full River Branch with Interest as an Intervening Variable. This study uses a quantitative approach in which all data obtained is measured objectively and systematically. The population taken in this study were the people of Kerinci district and Sungai Penuh City. The sampling technique uses nonprobability sampling, namely couta sampling, the sample in this study is the community in the city of Sungai Penuh and Kerinci Regency. Where the river city has 8 sub-districts and 4 villages and kerinci district with 11 sub-districts. In Sungai Penuh City a couta will be taken which will be sampled as many as 86 respondents and in Kerinci Regency a sample of 124 respondents will be taken, so this study uses 200 people as respondents. Data collection methods using questionnaires and data analysis techniques using SEM-PLS analysis. Based on the research results show that: 1). knowledge and promotion have a positive effect on decisions while motivation has a negative effect on decisions; 2). promotion has a positive effect on interest while knowledge and motivation have a negative effect on interest; 3). knowledge, motivation, and promotion have a positive effect on decisions through interest as an intervening variable.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to examine how transparency and accountability affect the performance of zakat managers with the type of institution as a moderating variable. The population in this study were muzaki at Baznas Padang City and Lazismu Padang City. The sample size used Hair's formula which resulted in a sample size of 200. The sampling technique used purposive sampling and the analysis technique used SEM (Structural Equation Model) with Smart-PLS. The results of this study indicate that there is one direct effect test whose results are positive and significant, namely: Transparency has a positive and significant effect on Zakat Management Performance, while Accountability has a positive but insignificant effect on Zakat Management Performance. The results of the influence test with moderating variables show that the Type of Institution strengthens the relationship between Transparency and Zakat Management Performance but is not significant.
