Abstract

Absensi karyawan yang efektif dan akurat merupakan aspek penting dalam manajemen sumber daya manusia dan administrasi perusahaan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan dan mengevaluasi sistem rekapitulasi absensi karyawan berbasis web yang dapat meningkatkan efisiensi dan akurasi dalam pengelolaan data kehadiran. Sistem ini dirancang untuk mengatasi keterbatasan dari metode absensi manual dan sistem berbasis desktop dengan memanfaatkan teknologi web untuk memberikan solusi yang lebih fleksibel dan terintegrasi. Metode penelitian meliputi analisis kebutuhan, desain sistem, pengembangan aplikasi, dan evaluasi kinerja sistem. Sistem yang dikembangkan mencakup fitur-fitur seperti pelaporan absensi secara real-time, integrasi dengan sistem manajemen waktu, serta akses mudah bagi pimpinan perusahaan dan karyawan CODINGLAB melalui antarmuka berbasis web.

Abstract

Along with current technological developments, the application of information systems in a government agency is needed, because the rapid development of technology requires an agency to use information system technology in supporting performance in data processing to obtain faster and more accurate information, one of which is stunting data processing. This study aims to evaluate how the implementation of the stunting information system can improve the performance of village office employees to support the government to reduce the number of stunting in Pertumbukan Village, Wampu District. The method used is qualitative with data collection techniques through interviews, observations, and documentation studies. The results showed that the implementation of the stunting information system provided a number of benefits for village office staff such as improved performance, operational efficiency, and better ability to share stunting data information. In addition, the stunting information system also makes it easier for village office staff to manage data, monitor stunting residents, and make decisions for prevention and treatment. However, there are challenges such as lack of stunting literacy and limited infrastructure. With proper training and central government support, Pertumbukan Village Office employees in Wampu Sub-district are expected to be able to optimally utilize the stunting information system to improve performance in stunting data processing

Abstract

The Pematang Serai Village Office is a government institution responsible for addressing various issues in the village, including providing aid to the community. The office frequently organizes social programs, such as distributing financial aid to underprivileged residents. However, in managing these funds, problems often arise, such as aid recipients not being properly targeted and the manual process of collecting the required documentation. Additionally, when creating reports, staff must manually go through the files one by one. Each condition selected will have two possible outcomes: fulfilled or not fulfilled. If x conditions are selected, there will be N possible outcomes, calculated as N = 2^n. The rule above shows that columns 17 through 64 no longer affect the decision to provide aid, so those columns can be removed. This writing aims to develop an application that simplifies the process of calculating beneficiaries and distributing aid in Pematang Serai Village, making aid management more organized. The development method used is the Decision Table Method, with system requirements analysis conducted through observation and interviews. The system design is documented using UML (Unified Modeling Language). The results of this research are implemented in a web-based system, which will make the management of financial aid more effective. .

Abstract

Danker Gym adalah salah satu penyedia jasa layanan training Gym. Agar orang mendapatkan pelatihan maka harus mendaftar sebagai member sehingga mendapatkan jadwal latihan. Biasanya untuk menjadi member maka harus mendatangi langsung ke lokasi atau bisa juga via whatsapp. Danker Gym mencatat pendaftar sebagai member dalam buku catatan kemudian membuatkan jadwal dan menentukan pelatihnya. Masalah yang terjadi adalah masyarakat yang ingin mendaftar harus datang langsung ke Danker Gym dan pihak Danker Gym sulit menyusun jadwal pelatihan karena harus membuka catatan pendaftar satu persatu dan menentukan pelatih untuk para member. Oleh karena itu  dibutuhkan sebuah cara yang dapat membantu masyarakat dalam pembuatan member dan membantu Danker Gym dalam pembuatan jadwal dan penentuan pelatih untuk para member. Penelitian ini membuat aplikasi berbasis web dan menerapkan metode FIFO dalam pembuatan jadwal. Dengan adanya penerapan metode FIFO maka masyarakat dan Danker Gym dapat terbantu dalam pembuatan jadwal.
