Abstract

PT Pelabuhan Indonesia (Pelindo) is an integrated company based on government strategic initiatives. PT Pelindo Regional 1, which is headquartered at Belawan Port-Medan, has a vast working area covering four provinces, causing the need to support Pelindo Regional 1's operational activities to also be significant, such as office stationery (ATK) and operational cars. The use of ATK or operational cars greatly influences the company's operational costs, which can also affect the company's profits. This research aims to design and implement an application for controlling stationery demand and operational car usage so that it can be monitored effectively and efficiently. The methods used are Waterfall and Unified Modeling Language. The results of implementing this application can make it easier for each work division (user) to submit requests for ATK and use of operational cars and obtain application status information. This application makes it easy for the general department (admin) to control requests for stationery and operational cars and obtain information on the total costs used by each work division from requests for stationery and operational cars approved.

Abstract

Along with current technological developments, the application of information systems in a government agency is needed, because the rapid development of technology requires an agency to use information system technology in supporting performance in data processing to obtain faster and more accurate information, one of which is stunting data processing. This study aims to evaluate how the implementation of the stunting information system can improve the performance of village office employees to support the government to reduce the number of stunting in Pertumbukan Village, Wampu District. The method used is qualitative with data collection techniques through interviews, observations, and documentation studies. The results showed that the implementation of the stunting information system provided a number of benefits for village office staff such as improved performance, operational efficiency, and better ability to share stunting data information. In addition, the stunting information system also makes it easier for village office staff to manage data, monitor stunting residents, and make decisions for prevention and treatment. However, there are challenges such as lack of stunting literacy and limited infrastructure. With proper training and central government support, Pertumbukan Village Office employees in Wampu Sub-district are expected to be able to optimally utilize the stunting information system to improve performance in stunting data processing

Abstract

In this modern era, technology has become part of human needs, even in everyday life many people cannot be separated from technology. With technology, information is very easy to access and obtain. Various kinds of systems are made to make it easier to get and operate, one of which is by using the web. The village application system is a village administration service system that is converted from a conventional / computerized system to an information technology system in the form of a website. In this research, the village system is intended to improve the performance of village officials within the Pematang Serai Village government. The system is implemented using the MVC method which uses a native php programming model, with a combination of CSS and bosttrap. The website that was built was implemented at the Pematang Serai Village Office and was evaluated directly by the village staff to find out the shortcomings of the system to be used. With this village system, it is hoped that it can help village officials, especially the Pematang Serai Village office, in serving the administration of requests for cover letters submitted by the Pematang Serai Village community

Abstract

The web-based community complaint system is designed to improve the quality of public services by facilitating the reporting of complaints and suggestions from the public effectively and efficiently. The system utilizes web technology to allow the public to report complaints and suggestions online, thus facilitating the reporting process and speeding up the response time. The system has features such as complaint reporting, status tracking, feedback, and data analysis to assist the government and relevant agencies in identifying and resolving problems. Thus, this system can increase public satisfaction, transparency, and public participation in the improvement of public services. This research uses qualitative and quantitative research methods to develop and test the system. The results show that a web-based public complaint system can improve the quality of public services and satisfy the needs of the community. Therefore, this system can be used as an effective solution to improve the quality of public services in Indonesia

Abstract

Kantor Desa Pematang Serai dalam meningkatkan pelayanan kepada masyarakat desa menerapkan aplikasi desa untuk melayani kebutuhan masyarakat agar telayani secara maksimal dalam surat menyurat. Oleh karena itu, diperkenalkan sebuah inovas dan keterampilan kepada perangkat kantor desa tentang penggunaan aplikasi desa sehingga proses pelayanan kepada masyarakat dalam membuat surat berjalan lebih cepat, akurat, dan efisien. Metode sosialisasi melibatkan pendekatan demonstratif dan interaktif dengan kombinasi presentasi, tanya jawab, dan simulasi langsung penggunaan aplikasi. Hasil dari sosialisasi ini menunjukkan bahwa sebagian besar pegawai kantor desa merasa lebih nyaman dan percaya diri dalam menggunakan aplikasi desa. Di samping itu, pemahaman pegawai kantor desa mengenai pentingnya integritas dalam pelayanan kepada masyarakat juga meningkat. Diharapkan dengan adopsi teknologi ini, pembuatan surat untuk masyarakat di Kantor Desa Pematang Serai dapat berjalan dengan baik dan dapat meningkatkan kinerja pegawai kantor desa dalam melayani surat memeyurat kebutuhan masyarakat desa.

Abstract

The Pematang Serai Village Office is a government institution responsible for addressing various issues in the village, including providing aid to the community. The office frequently organizes social programs, such as distributing financial aid to underprivileged residents. However, in managing these funds, problems often arise, such as aid recipients not being properly targeted and the manual process of collecting the required documentation. Additionally, when creating reports, staff must manually go through the files one by one. Each condition selected will have two possible outcomes: fulfilled or not fulfilled. If x conditions are selected, there will be N possible outcomes, calculated as N = 2^n. The rule above shows that columns 17 through 64 no longer affect the decision to provide aid, so those columns can be removed. This writing aims to develop an application that simplifies the process of calculating beneficiaries and distributing aid in Pematang Serai Village, making aid management more organized. The development method used is the Decision Table Method, with system requirements analysis conducted through observation and interviews. The system design is documented using UML (Unified Modeling Language). The results of this research are implemented in a web-based system, which will make the management of financial aid more effective. .

Abstract

The implementation of the literacy movement of reading corners and libraries that is less than optimal causes a lack of interest in reading in the general public in reading. the use of libraries has not been running as it should until now. The digital literacy movement is attempted by encouraging the general public to get used to reading BOOKS and carrying out digital literacy activities. The main program of RESEARCH of Panca Budi Medan Development University aims to empower the improvement of literacy in the general public, The digital era is a time when humans live side by side with the development of digital technology which is the progress of civilization for humans themselves. In the digital era, there are many disruptions that occur in the midst of people's lives, including literacy media that have changed from print to digital, but the rapid flow of information and valid sources of information have become a challenge in digital literature, therefore in order to support motor development, reading interest, and efforts to expand knowledge through reading media, we initiated our program related to digital media literacy through the "Digital Library" which contains various books with information references, which guarantees the validity of the information contained therein, and maintains writing rules that are in accordance with Indonesian language rules according to EYD, and PEUBI which make books a concrete literature media.

Abstract

This research discusses the role of village information systems in improving public services in Pertumbukan Village, Wampu District. The village information system is an important tool that can optimize various aspects of administration and services to village communities. In this research, various benefits were identified from implementing a village information system, including efficiency in data management, transparency in administration, and increased access to information for the community. Through observation and interview methods, this research found that the implementation of the village information system in Pertumbukan Village has had a significant positive impact on the quality of public services. It is hoped that the results of this research can be a reference for other villages in adopting information technology to improve services to the community.

Abstract

Effective user interface design in digital information systems can play an important role in improving the performance of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in Pertumbukan Village, Wampu District. This research aims to design a digital information system that is easy to use and intuitive for MSMEs in the village. By using a user-centered design approach, this information system is expected to help MSMEs manage their business more efficiently, including inventory management, sales and communication with customers. The research methods used include literature studies, user needs surveys, as well as prototyping and interface testing. The research results show that simple, clear and responsive interface design can increase user satisfaction and efficiency, as well as encourage the adoption of digital technology among village MSMEs. The implementation of this information system is expected to have a positive impact on local economic growth by empowering small businesses to be more competitive in the wider market.

Abstract: The era of digitalization of technological development is increasingly sophisticated and has become part of human needs, even in everyday life many people cannot be separated from technology, one of which is website technology. PelangiShop69 store, which is engaged in selling bags, is currently facing major challenges in terms of marketing and selling products. So far, the sales process has been carried out manually, which has resulted in limited market reach and difficulty in reaching wider consumers. This manual system relies on direct communication between sellers and buyers. This leads to a less efficient process, with a lack of promotion and easy access for a wider range of potential buyers. This is what encourages the author to overcome the problem by making research on bag sales based on website technology. The goal is to create a web-based bag sales application. It is hoped that the application created can successfully overcome the problems that occur and can make it easier for consumers and sales to communicate in website media and can also increase sales results and disseminate sales information. Keywords: Application, Sales, Bag, Consumer, Website Abstrak: Era digitalisasi perkembangan teknologi sudah semankin canggih dan menjadi bagian dari kebutuhan manusia, bahkan dalam kehidupan sehari-hari banyak orang yang tidak bisa lepas dari teknologi salah satunya teknologi website. Toko PelangiShop69 yang bergerak di bidang penjualan tas, saat ini menghadapi tantangan besar dalam hal pemasaran dan penjualan produk. Selama ini, proses penjualan dilakukan secara manual, yang mengakibatkan terbatasnya jangkauan pasar dan kesulitan dalam meraih konsumen lebih luas. Sistem manual ini mengandalkan komunikasi langsung antara penjual dan pembeli. Hal ini menyebabkan proses yang kurang efisien, dengan kurangnya promosi dan akses yang mudah bagi calon pembeli yang lebih luas. Hal ini yang mendorong penulis mengatasi masalah dengan membuat penelitian penjualan tas berbasis teknologi website. Tujuannya adalah untuk membuat sebuah aplikasi penjualan tas berbasis web. Diharapakan aplikasi yang dibuat berhasil mengatasi permasalahan yang terjadi dan dapat memudahkan pihak konsumen dan penjualan berkomunikasi dalam media website dan juga dapat meningkatkan hasil penjualan dan penyebaran informasi penjualan. Kata kunci: Aplikasi, Penjualan, Tas, Konsumen, Website
