Abstract

Kurikulum merdeka memberikan otonomi yang lebih besar kepada sekolah dan guru dalam merancang pembelajaran yang sesuai dengan kebutuhan dan karakteristik murid. Hal ini menuntut guru untuk memiliki kompetensi dalam mengembangkan Rencana Pelaksanaan Pembelajaran (RPP) yang berorientasi pada Kurikulum Merdeka. Pelatihan ini bertujuan untuk membekali calon guru Sekolah Dasar (SD) dengan pengetahuan dan keterampilan dalam membuat RPP yang sesuai dengan Kurikulum Merdeka. Pelatihan ini dilaksanakan di Universitas Pendidikan Indonesia Kampus Sumedang dengan dihadiri oleh 35 mahasiswa Pendidikan Guru Sekolah Dasar (PGSD). Hasil dari kegiatan ini adalah bertambahnya pengetahuan peserta mengenai teknik membuat RPP Kurikulum Merdeka di Sekolah Dasar, mengetahui tentang perbedaan RPP Kurikulum Merdeka dan RPP Kurikulum sebelumnya sehingga dapat mengidentifikasi perbedaannya, dan peserta dapat menyusun RPP Kurikulum Merdeka berupa Modul Ajar. Kegiatan pelatihan ini memberikan kontribusi positif dalam persiapan calon guru Sekolah Dasar dalam mengimplementasikan Kurikulum Merdeka. Dengan adanya kegiatan ini, diharapkan calon guru dapat lebih siap dalam menghadapi tantangan pembelajaran yang dinamis dan mengikuti perkembangan terbaru dalam dunia pendidikan.Kata Kunci: Calon Guru; Kurikulum Merdeka; Pelatihan; RPP; Sekolah Dasar.

Abstract

This training is motivated by the problem of teachers who face obstacles in preparing learning tools and evaluations due to limited time due to busy schedules and not long work experience, which makes the preparation of learning administration less than optimal. Therefore, it needs to be improved through training on the use of Gemini AI and Quizz. This training aims to utilize technology effectively to improve the quality of learning in the classroom. SD Negeri Pasirbanteng became the location for this training and was attended by 45 teachers and held on September 07, 2024. The method used in this training is Service Learning (SL). The series of activities carried out are, identification of problems or needs, integration of academic learning, providing services, collaboration with community partners, reflection and evaluation Gemini AI and Quizizz training was carried out smoothly, providing in-depth understanding to teachers about the utilization of these two tools. The training resulted in participants' in-depth understanding and practical skills in utilizing AI technology and digital platforms for learning needs. Based on the activity evaluation, this training not only adds new insights, but also inspires teachers to improve the effectiveness and quality of learning in their classrooms. Thus, this training contributes to the application of innovative technologies in education.

Abstract

This research is based on the low level of creativity and conceptual understanding of grade 5 elementary school students, due to a lack of variety in learning. Students' creativity and understanding of concepts need to be developed through the implementation of RADEC learning. This research aims to determine the role of RADEC learning in developing fifth grade students' creativity and understanding of concepts in human growth material. The research method used was quasi-experimental with a pretest-posttest nonequivalent control group design. The research subjects were Class V students in one of the elementary schools in West Bandung Regency. Data collection techniques use tests and non-tests. The data is explained in detail through descriptive analysis, with non-parametric tests via the Kendalls' W test for creativity data and prerequisite and parametric tests for concept understanding results. The results of this research show that the Kendall's W test result of 0.92 shows that there is a high level of agreement between the 3 judges regarding the products that have been made by the students. The results of the mean rank of experimental class products show the top 4 rankings of the 8 products evaluated. The average N-Gain of students' conceptual understanding in the experimental and control classes was 0.72 and 0.31 in the high and medium categories. Therefore, it can be concluded that RADEC learning plays a positive role in developing students' creativity and understanding of concepts in human growth material.
