Abstract

This research aims to analyze the influence of operational management quality on company performance. Quality operational management is considered a key factor in creating efficiency, effectiveness and competitiveness. The research results show that there is a significant positive relationship between the quality of operational management and company performance. Aspects such as good planning, process control and continuous improvement contribute greatly to achieving company goals. Additionally, companies that implement good operational management practices demonstrate higher levels of customer satisfaction and reduced operational costs. These findings emphasize the importance of investing in the quality of operational management to improve company performance and competitiveness in an increasingly competitive market. Recommendations for companies include training operational managers, implementing information technology, and emphasizing a culture of continuous improvement.

Abstract

The improvement of digital business productivity in Benda Baru Pamulan Housing, South Tangerang, requires attention to human resource (HR) management. Many economic actors in this area struggle to manage HR effectively, limiting their potential to develop digital businesses. The HR Management Training Program aims to educate the community on efficient HR management, including recruitment, training, motivation, and performance evaluation relevant to digital businesses. The implementation of good HR management strategies is expected to enhance digital business productivity and create new business opportunities. This community service activity also aims to improve the skills of Benda Baru residents in creative marketing strategies for small and medium enterprises (SMEs), which have faced challenges in digital marketing and competition. The program is expected to increase the competitiveness of SMEs in a broader market, contribute to economic growth, and enhance collaboration and entrepreneurship within the community

Abstract

The rapid development of digital technology has brought a revolutionary impact on almost every aspect of life, including finance. Digital financial management is not just about using financial applications or accounting software, digital financial management offers various advantages, this transformation also presents major challenges. The method used in this research activity uses a qualitative approach method where this approach explores and understands the meaning of some individuals or groups of people who come from social problems. The scope of digital financial management is the entire financial management activity that involves the use of information technology as the main tool in the process of planning, budgeting, reporting, auditing, and financial decision making. The scope of digital financial management is the entire financial management activity that involves the use of information technology as the main tool in the process of planning, budgeting, reporting, auditing, and financial decision making. Digital financial management has been widely implemented in various sectors, both public and private, with varying results. Digital financial management is a fundamental transformation in financial management driven by the development of digital technology. This transformation offers various benefits, such as increased efficiency, transparency, accountability, and better decision making. However, its implementation also faces various challenges and obstacles that need to be overcome.
