Abstract

The need for electrical energy now extends to remote areas. According to KESDM, the number of household and industrial customers in Central Java and DIY increased from 2020 to 2022. To maintain system balance and accommodate the increasing load, power distribution efficiency is required. At the transmission stage, electrical energy is transferred on a large scale from the power plant to the substation through a 150 kV SUTT. During the distribution of energy, power losses and voltage drops often occur, which are influenced by transmission distance, conductor cross-sectional area, conductor resistance, and load. To ensure that power losses and voltage drops remain below 5% according to SPLN No. 72 of 1987, it is necessary to evaluate whether the transmission load of the Pandean Lamper-Pudak Payung Substation is in accordance with the capabilities of the 1xACSR 240/40 conductor. The research method uses voltage and current data at peak load which is analyzed by manual calculation and ETAP 19.0.1 simulation. The results of the percentage comparison of manual calculation and simulation of power losses and voltage drops are between 0.5%-1%. The largest power loss occurred on January 15, 2024 amounting to 543 kW from manual calculation and 563.5 kW from simulation results. The percentage value of power losses reached 5.66%, which exceeded the SPLN limit. The highest voltage drop of 2.01% occurred on the same date. Based on this value, the Pandean Lamper-Pudak Payung Substation transmission line has reached its maximum load and it is necessary to increase transmission capacity by adding conductors.

Abstract

Kelompok Kerja Guru (KKG) adalah salah satu upaya untuk meningkatkan kompetensi guru melalui kegiatan kolaboratif antar guru dalam diskusi, refleksi, dan pembelajaran bersama. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengeksplorasi dan menganalisis bagaimana Kelompok Kerja Guru (KKG) dapat berkontribusi dalam peningkatan kompetensi guru dalam penyusunan rancangan pembelajaran dan efektivitas proses belajar mengajar di sekolah dasar. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan teknik analisis deskriptif kualitatif dengan pendekatan library research. Penelitian ini dilakukan melalui studi literatur yang melibatkan identifikasi topik, pengumpulan sumber-sumber relevan, evaluasi kritis literatur, dan penyusunan ringkasan temuan untuk memberikan gambaran komprehensif mengenai subjek yang diteliti. Hasil penelitian ini yaitu menunjukan KKG memiliki peran yang signifikan dalam peningkatan kompetensi guru di tingkat sekolah dasar. KKG sangat efektif untuk meningkatkan kompetensi guru dalam peyusunan RPP yang baik dan benar, Selain itu melalui KKG, guru dapat meningkatkan kualitas pengajaran, mengembangkan ketrampilan kepemimpinan, mendiskusikan perubahan dalam kurikulum, mendorong kolaborasi antar guru di sekolah, memberikan masukan dan umpan balik konstruktif dan meningkatkan pengetahuan. Simpulan dari penelitian ini yaitu KKG dapat meningkatkan kompetensi guru dalam menyusun rancangan pembelajaran dan dapat meningkatkan efektivitas proses belajar mengajar.

Abstract

Mata pelajaran IPAS dalam Kurikulum Merdeka berperan penting menumbuhkan kreativitas siswa, sehingga diperlukan model pembelajaran yang tepat. Penelitian ini bertujuan mendeskripsikan langkah penerapan model Project Based Learning, meningkatan kreativitas dan hasil belajar, serta mendeskripsikan kendala dan solusinya. Penelitian tindakan kelas kolaboratif ini melibatkan guru dan 15 siswa kelas V. Data kuantitatif dan kualitatif dikumpulkan melalui observasi, wawancara, dan tes, lalu dianalisis dengan reduksi, penyajian, dan verifikasi data. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan penerapan model ini melalui enam langkah: menentukan pertanyaan mendasar, merancang proyek, menyusun jadwal, memonitor pelaksanaan, menguji hasil, dan mengevaluasi pengalaman. Terjadi peningkatan kreativitas pada siklus I, II, dan III yaitu 68,75%, 79,44%, dan 87,78%. Hasil belajar IPAS naik dari 73,33%, 86,67% dan 93,33%. Kendala meliputi manajemen waktu, kurang percaya diri, keterlibatan rendah, dan ketergantungan pada contoh guru. Solusi mencakup penjadwalan proyek, suasana kelas ramah, pembagian peran jelas, dan pembatasan contoh produk. Model ini efektif meningkatkan kreativitas dan hasil belajar IPAS.
