Abstract

Abstrak; Tujuan dari adanya penelitian ini untuk melakukan analisa terhadap candi Prambanan yang bercorak Hindu dari Kerajaan Mataram Kuno dan merupakan candi Hindu terbesar di Indonesia. Dalam penelitian ini digunakan ialah metode penelitian studi kepustakaan dengan mengumpulkan sumber bacaan melalui jurnal yang kemudian dilakukan kritik sumber. Hasil penelitian ialah candi Prambanan merupakan candi yang dibangun oleh Rakai Pikatan di masa wangsa Sanjaya pada abad 9M, candi Prambanan memilki tiga candi utama yakni candi Siwa, candi Brahma, dan candi Wisnu yang dipersembahkan untuk Trimurti, pada komplek candi Prambanan terdapat 240 buah candi serta pada candi Prambanan memilki relief Kalpataru, relief Ramayana dan relief Kresnayana. Abstract: The aim of this research is to analyze the history of the Prambanan temple as a relic of the ancient Mataram kingdom with a Hindu style and is the largest Hindu temple in Indonesia. The research method used in this research is the library study research method by collecting reading sources through journals and then criticizing the sources. The result of the discussion is that the Prambanan temple is a temple built by Rakai Pikatan during the Sanjaya dynasty in the 9th century AD. The Prambanan temple has three main temples, namely the Shiva temple, the Brahma temple and the Vishnu temple which is dedicated to the Trimurti. In the Prambanan temple complex there are 240 temples and in Prambanan temple has Kalpataru reliefs, Ramayana reliefs and Kresnayana reliefs.

Abstract

This study aims to determine how the Limbungan Grand Mosque in Pagar Alam functions as a center for religious, social, and educational activities. This study uses a descriptive qualitative approach with observation, interview, and documentation techniques. The results of the study indicate that mosque management includes planning, organizing, implementing, and supervising which are carried out in a structured manner by the management together with the community. Mosque activities reflect Islamic values ​​that live in the community, such as deliberation, trust, and social responsibility. The Limbungan Grand Mosque is also a continuation of the process of Islam entering Indonesia and Pagar Alam which took place peacefully through trade, preaching, education, and culture. In the context of the Islamization of knowledge, the management of this mosque is not only technical, but also spiritual, because it integrates the principles of modern management with Islamic values. Mosques play an important role in strengthening Islamic identity and building a civilization of a society with noble morals.
