Abstract

Lifelong education is an ongoing learning process from birth to the end of life. The concept is rooted in the human need to continuously develop and adapt in the face of social, technological and economic challenges. Education is not limited to formal channels in schools, but also includes informal and non-formal education that occurs in families and communities. The Indonesian government has recognized the importance of lifelong education in various regulations, including the MPR Decree and the National Education System Law, to improve the quality of human resources as a whole and sustainably. This research uses a descriptive qualitative method in the form of a literature study approach that refers to 10 literature sources. The results show that lifelong education plays a key role in shaping individuals and communities that are resilient and responsive to change. The implications of this concept include functional literacy, vocational, professional, civic education, as well as education that supports social development. In conclusion, lifelong education not only provides learning opportunities for individuals of all ages but also contributes to sustainable national development.

Abstract

This study aims to determine how the Limbungan Grand Mosque in Pagar Alam functions as a center for religious, social, and educational activities. This study uses a descriptive qualitative approach with observation, interview, and documentation techniques. The results of the study indicate that mosque management includes planning, organizing, implementing, and supervising which are carried out in a structured manner by the management together with the community. Mosque activities reflect Islamic values ​​that live in the community, such as deliberation, trust, and social responsibility. The Limbungan Grand Mosque is also a continuation of the process of Islam entering Indonesia and Pagar Alam which took place peacefully through trade, preaching, education, and culture. In the context of the Islamization of knowledge, the management of this mosque is not only technical, but also spiritual, because it integrates the principles of modern management with Islamic values. Mosques play an important role in strengthening Islamic identity and building a civilization of a society with noble morals.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengeksplorasi bagaimana metode pembelajaran yang inovatif dan penggunaan teknologi dalam pendidikan dapat memengaruhi kemampuan berpikir kritis, pemecahan masalah, serta keterampilan analitis siswa.Dalam konteks pendidikan modern, penerapan media digital dan pendekatan interaktif diharapkan dapat meningkatkan motivasi belajar siswa. Penelitian menunjukkan bahwa siswa yang terlibat dalam pembelajaran aktif dan kolaboratif cenderung memiliki perkembangan kognitif yang baik dibandingkan dengan metode tradisional. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif-deskriptif, dengan pengumpulan data melalui berbagai artikel dan juga menggunakan review jurnal yang menjadi sumber data dan juga angket yang disebarkan kepada responden. Hasilnya, siswa tidak hanya memahami materi pelajaran secara mendalam tetapi juga mampu menerapkan pengetahuan mereka dalam situasi nyata.Secara keseluruhan, penelitian ini menekankan pentingnya adaptasi metode pengajaran yang sesuai dengan perkembangan zaman untuk mendukung progres kognitif siswa, serta memberikan rekomendasi bagi pendidik untuk terus berinovasi dalam proses belajar mengajar.
