Abstract

This personal branding and digital marketing application was developed to address the challenge of promoting bamboo-based products and increasing market visibility for PT. Bintang Mitra Kencana. The company faced difficulties in building a strong market identity and reaching a wider audience. To address these challenges, the application emphasizes the benefits of bamboo products, the company’s commitment to sustainability, and the distinctiveness of its raw materials. Through interactive features such as a product catalog and direct purchasing options, users can easily explore, select, and purchase products. By enhancing user engagement through an intuitive digital experience, this solution supports PT. Bintang Mitra Kencana in increasing brand awareness and significantly expanding its market reach. In the long term, this digital initiative is expected to drive consistent sales growth and positively contribute to the local economy by creating greater demand for eco-friendly bamboo products.

Abstract

PT. XYZ merupakan perusahaan yang bergerak dibidang freight forwarder. Biaya operasional yang tinggi menjadi salh satu alas an mengapa kaba PT. XYZ belum mencapai target. Jasa transportasi milik vendor masih dimanfaatkan oleh PT. XYZ. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk membandingkan biaya operasional kendaraan milik pribadi dengan sewa guna meningkatkan pendapatan perusahaan.Metode yang digunakan menggunakan metode Biaya Operasional Kendaraan, Net Present Value dilakukan untuk menganalisis uji kelayakan investasi, Internal Rate of Return bertujuan untuk mengetahui tingkat efisiensi investasi, dan Payback Period untuk mengetahui periode waktu yang dibutuhkan dalam pengembalian modal.Berdasarkan data sewa Biaya Operasional Kendaraan yang didapatkan adalah sebesar Rp76.583.333/bulan, sedangkan Biaya Operasional kedaraan milik pribadi didapatkan Rp37.740.108.Biaya Operasional Kendaraan milik prinadi lebih rendah dibandingkan dengan biaya sewa. Berdasarkan perhitungan Net Present Value (NPV) sebesar Rp4.399.767.895 0, Internal Rate of Return 253,17808% (253,18%) 5,5%, dan Payback Period didapatkan jangka waktu pengembalian 1 tahun 4 bulan.
