Abstract

This study aims to fill the research gap related to the implementation of effective educational strategies in increasing religious tolerance and moderation, which has not been explored empirically. The method used is library research with a qualitative approach. Data were collected from academic literature, articles, official documents, then analyzed using a comparative approach to compare educational strategies implemented in various Islamic institutions. The results showed that the integration of the concepts of religious tolerance and moderation in the Islamic education curriculum has improved the values of togetherness, patience and justice among students. The most effective educational strategies include contextual approaches, interfaith dialog and community activities. Factors such as social environment, government policies and socio-economic status play an important role in supporting the implementation of these strategies. The implications of the findings suggest the need for more comprehensive Islamic education curriculum development, teacher training to teach tolerance values, and collaboration between educational institutions and the community. This research contributes to the development of Islamic education theory by strengthening the role of education as an agent of social change.

Abstract

Textbooks that must be owned by educators to achieve learning achievements and have guidelines in teaching. The reality in the field, MAN 2 Sleman, especially the subject of Al-Qur'an Hadith, does not yet have a textbook. This problem is not a common thing that must be accepted by educators. Educators must find relevant books or take from the internet. This research uses a type of qualitative field research (Field Research). The data sources of this research used books and articles. The data collection technique uses observation, interviews and documentation. The data analysis technique uses data reduction, selecting key things, focusing on important things, looking for themes and patterns, presenting data, drawing conclusions. The results of this study are problems such as textbooks that have not been obtained. The readiness of educators in teaching that has not been applied in the subject of Al-Qur'an Hadith. Then, the use of variation methods that must be heeded when discussing in order to make it easier to capture lessons and not look monotonous. Furthermore, reading the Qur'an before the lesson is wrong for people with disabilities to practice tajweed. Making teaching modules is a problem for educators to prepare for learning. Then, tajweed material that does not exist in MAN becomes a problem when students are not from MTS. Therefore, there are many limitations in reading the Qur'an at MAN 2 Sleman.

Abstract

This paper discusses some of the provisions for dealing with women in nusyuz and polygamy. Data from Kompas.com shows that the divorce rate in 2022 will be the highest. The leading cause is not feeling love with her husband or his wife. This is what people often call nusyuz disagreement or indifference on the part of the husband and wife, but this verse only explains the husband. The problem in this paper is how surah An-Nisa [4]: 127-130 is contextualized with education in the book Tarbiyah Al-Islamiyah fi Surah An-Nisa by Ali Abdul Halim Mahmud. To get educational values and change people's views on the case of nusyuz and polygamy, the research method in this paper uses a literature study, namely, taking data from books, articles, and books. The analysis used is descriptive-analytical. The results of the writing of educational values explain that marital relationships must be reconciled well to obtain full rights. If a man wants polygamy, he should be fair, but fair treatment is challenging to apply because it has become human nature. If there is no peace in the marriage, it is permissible for you to separate in a good way
