Abstract

Employee performance is one of the important factors that must be prioritized in order to be able to face and win competition at both national and global levels. The full performance of workers in carrying out their duties, whether an employee's performance is good or bad, is determined by their performance. This research aims to determine the influence of work experience, organizational citizenship behavior (OCB), commitment on employee performance at PT. Pelabuhan Indonesia (Persero) Regional I. The method in this research is the Quantitative Method, the number of samples for this research is 110 respondents. Data collection techniques in this research are questionnaires, observation, pre-survey interviews, data analysis using multiple linear regression tests and descriptive statistics. Data management in this research uses SPSS 25 for Windows. Based on the research results, it shows that work experience has a positive and significant effect on employee performance with a significant value of 0.039, organizational citizenship behavior (OCB) has a positive and significant effect on employee performance with a significant value of 0.040, and commitment has a positive and significant effect on performance with a significant value. of 0.001. work experience, organizational citizenship behavior (OCB) and commitment simultaneously influence work productivity in PT, Pelabuhan Indonesia (Persero) Regional I employees with a sig value of 0.000.

Abstract

This study aims to determine Job Stress partially has a significant effect on Nurse Turnover Intention at Sinar Husni Medan Hospital, to determine Compensation partially has a positive and significant effect on Nurse Turnover Intention at Sinar Husni Medan Hospital, Job Satisfaction partially has a positive and significant effect on Nurse Turnover Intention at Sinar Husni Medan Hospital. The method used in this research is quantitative which analyzes and tests with data using numbers with instrument tools, classical assumption tests, multiple linear regression tests, hypothesis tests, and determination tests. Research results: Partially Job Stress is positive and significant to Turnover intention, partially Compensation has an effect on Turnover Intentuon, partially Job Satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on Turnover Intention, simultaneously Job Stress, Compensation and Job Satisfaction have a positive and significant effect on Turnover Intention.

Abstract

Kampus Mengajar merupakan program Kementerian Pendidikan, Kebudayaan, Riset dan Teknologi. Program Kampus Mengajar mengajak mahasiswa untuk bekerjasama dalam kegiatan MBKM yang bertujuan untuk mengembangkan kreativitas dan inovasi kemampuan masing-masing mahasiswa di sekolah penempatan. Tim Kampus Mengajar mendapatkan penempatan di SMPS Advent Sei Pelancang. Pelaksanaan Program Kampus Mengajar di SMPS Advent Sei Pelancang meliputi tahap rencana kegiatan, tahap pelaksanaan kegiatan dan tindak lanjut. Adapun kegiatan yang disusun bertujuan untuk membantu meningkatkan kemampuan literasi dan numerasi para siswa. Beberapa program yang dijalankan adalah literasi, Cerdas Cermat Matematika, Pojok Baca, Apotek Hidup, pohon literasi dan Mading Bulananan. Seluruh Porgram kerja tersebut dapat diselesaikan tepat waktu oleh Tim Kampus Mengajar. Program Kampus Mengajar memberikan dampak positif terhadap kemampuan literasi dan numerasi mahasiswa di SMPS Advent Sei Pelancang.

Abstract

PT. Pertamina (Persero) Region I merupakan perusahaan BUMN yang bergerak dalam bidang produksi usaha energy yang terus mengembangkan usahanya baik dalam negeri maupun luar negeri serta terus berkomitmen menjadi lokomotif pembangunan masyarakat. Tidak hanya itu PT Pertamina juga memiliki infrastruktur yang memadai untuk mendukung pendistribusian dan pemasaran produk energy yang termasuk produk bahan bakar minyak, Liquefied Petroleum Gas (LPG), Pelumas, Avtur, Aspal, dan produk petrokimia untuk memenuhi kebutuhan konsumen retail maupun korporat. Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk memberikan pemahaman dan pengetahuan kepada tim peserta dalam menerapkan sistem akuntansi manajemen dan kegunaan sistem akuntansi manajemen dalam internal perusahaan. Kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode ceramah, dan focus group discussion (FGD). Hasil akhir dari pelatihan ini tim peserta mengetahui bahwa dalam penerapan sistem akuntansi manajemen juga dapat meningkatkan kinerja dan pelayanan kepada pelanggan dan masyarakat dalam menyediakan kebutuhan bahan bakar minyak subsidi di kalangan masyarakat, tim peserta berharap pelatihan ini dapat menambah ilmu baik dalam bidang ilmu akuntansi dan penerapan manajemen yang baik untuk keberlangsungan perusahaan yang sehat dan transparan.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of compensation, career path, and self-efficacy variables on lecturer engagement in private university lecturers in Medan City. The study uses an associative approach and quantitative methods. The population in this study were all lecturers at private universities in Medan City. The sampling method in this study uses probability sampling method with simple random sampling technique, namely taking sample members from a population that is carried out randomly without regard to the strata in that population, with a sample size of 100 respondents. The research results explain that the variables of compensation, career path, and self-efficacy have a positive and significant influence, both partially and simultaneously, on lecturer engagement. It can be seen that the coefficient of determination adjusted square 0.764 which means 76.4% of the factors that influence lecturer engagement at Private Universities in Medan City can be explained by compensation, career path, self-efficacy and 23.6% of other factors in this study.
