Abstrak. Orang tua menghadapi tantangan dalam melindungi anak dari pengaruh negatif yang mudah diserap. Sumber informasi dan hiburan yang berpotensi merugikan perkembangan anak menjadi perhatian utama, mengingat usia dini adalah masa terbaik untuk menstimulasi pendidikan agama dan moral. Selain itu, pendidikan di Indonesia dinilai kurang menekankan pembentukan karakter, budi pekerti, dan moral. Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis implementasi program Tafaqquh Fiddin dalam mengembangkan nilai agama dan moral pada anak usia 4-5 tahun. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode studi kasus. Data dikumpulkan melalui observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi dari kepala sekolah, tenaga kependidikan, guru agama, wali kelas kelompok A, dan orang tua siswa. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan implementasi program Tafaqquh Fiddin dilakukan melalui tiga tahap: (1) Persiapan, mencakup penyusunan rencana pembelajaran tahunan, semester, mingguan, dan harian; (2) Pelaksanaan, meliputi pembelajaran klasikal dan individual dengan metode seperti Qiro'ati, hafalan, bercerita, tanya jawab, dan permainan; (3) Penilaian berkelanjutan untuk mengukur perkembangan nilai agama dan moral anak. Program ini terbukti efektif mendukung perkembangan religious dan moral anak sesuai tahap perkembangan usia dini. Abstract. Parents face challenges in protecting their children from negative influences that are easily absorbed. Sources of information and entertainment that have the potential to harm children's development are a major concern, considering that early childhood is the best time to stimulate religious and moral education. In addition, education in Indonesia is considered to have less emphasis on character building, ethics, and morals. This study aims to analyze the implementation of the Tafaqquh Fiddin program in developing religious and moral values in children aged 4-5 years. The research used a qualitative approach with a case study method. Data were collected through observations, interviews, and documentation from the principal, education personnel, religion teachers, homeroom teachers of group A, and parents of students. The results showed that the implementation of the Tafaqquh Fiddin program was carried out through three stages: (1) Preparation, including the preparation of annual, semester, weekly, and daily learning plans; (2) Implementation, including classical and individual learning with methods such as Qiro'ati, memorization, storytelling, questions and answers, and games; (3) Continuous assessment to measure the development of children's religious and moral values. This program is proven to be effective in supporting children's religious and moral development according to early childhood development stages.
