Abstract

Leadership can be interpreted as a process of fostering a reciprocal relationship between leaders and those who are led by relying on interpersonal communication skills so that mutual understanding and cooperation between personnel are established according to the responsibilities and tasks that have been set. The leadership that each leader has will have a major influence on the achievement of educational goals. Leadership in education has a very important role, considering the function of the leader is to determine the achievement of educational goals. Basically every institution or educational institution requires a figure (leader) who will guide and direct the implementation of education at the institution. This type of leadership is also influenced by the style applied by someone who leads. An organization will succeed or fail largely determined by the leadership of the institution itself, including in educational institutions.

In order to be able to maintain its existence, schools are required to be able to market their schools, because no matter how good a school is, if it is not promoted optimally, it will have an impact on the minimum number of students and not be recognized by the community. The purpose of this research is to know and describe How management, implementation and evaluation Management Marketing in enhancement reception participant educate implemented at SDN 1 Model Selebung Neighbors . The type of research method used is a descriptive qualitative research method to examine in depth and focus on increasing student acceptance through Marketing Management and studied in depth with a view to understanding the conditions and atmosphere at SDN 1 Selebung Ketanga Model with how Marketing Management is carried out so that it can attract students' interest. What was made data source is head school, vice principal school, teachers and guardians of students as subject data source. As for procedure deep data collection study This is interview, observation and documentation. Data analysis technique used in study qualitative covers data reduction, data display, and conclusion or verification. step for technique data validity is technique ie with technique triangulation and member check ie with request agreement informant. The results of the research show that : marketing management at SDN 1 Selebung Ketangga model is the process of preparing marketing plans carried out by school leaders, this is because the plans implemented can be arranged more effectively, the implementation of marketing management in increasing student acceptance in this case is a form the realization of the program that has been announced in the promotion process plan using the media of brochures, pamphlets, through student guardians, through friends and the most superior is through the community itself and Evaluation of Marketing Management in Increasing New Student Acceptance.

Abstract

Tuan Guru Haji Muhammad Mutawalli's spiritual leadership has garnered attention due to his influence at the Darul Aitam Jerowaru Islamic Boarding School. The integrity of educational human resources in issue relates to the morals, ethics, honesty, accountability, and strong Islamic values that instructors and students embody. The goal of this study was to determine how Tuan Guru Haji Muhammad Mutawalli provided spiritual leadership at the Darul Aitam Jerowaru Islamic Boarding School and contributed to the integrity of Educational Human Resources. Qualitative research is a research approach based on the idea of postpositivism, with data collected using triangulation and inductive analytical procedures. The results of this study are spiritual leadership in the Islamic boarding school of the practice of the tarekat taught by Tuan Guru Haji Muhammad Mutawalli is through opening the Majlis Taklim, the Majlis pengajian for the general public, then the strategy used uses only the sharia approach and the role as the leader of the Islamic boarding school, Tuan Guru directs and organizes his students, so a Tuan Guru has a lot of charm and authority in front of his students.

Abstract

The coffee brewing that is most often found in the community is manual or brewing coffee. However, this method is considered to still have weaknesses and is less practical because it leaves coffee grounds in the drink. One effort to overcome this problem is coffee in pouch packaging, and the addition of spices to diversify products. This research aims to study the effect of the degree of roasting of Arabica coffee beans and the percentage of added lemongrass powder on the chemical and sensory properties of coffee bag products. This research used a factorial completely randomized design (RAL). Experimental factors used in this study are the degree of roasting of Arabica coffee beans (D) which consists of 3 levels including 1900C (light) (D1), 2100C (medium) (D2) and 2400C (dark)(D3). The second factor is the concentration of kitchen lemongrass powder (S) which consists of 2 levels, namely 8% (S1) and 10% (S2). The research data obtained is then analyzed using Analysis of Variance (ANOVA) and followed with Duncan's Multiple Range Test (DMRT) if there are differences between treatments. The results of various types of roasting degree treatments had an effect on reducing water content, ash content, and total dissolved solids. The value of water content and ash content decreases as the degree of roasting increases, the value of total dissolved solids increases as the degree of roasting increases. The percentage of adding kitchen lemongrass powder also has an effect on reducing the ash content. The ash content value increased as the percentage of lemongrass powder was added. The interaction between the degree of roasting and the addition of lemongrass powder affects pH and hedonics (aroma, color and taste). The pH value increases as the degree of roasting increases and the addition of lemongrass powder. The average value of the aroma hedonic test was 3.55 (neutral), color hedonic 3.62 (liked) and taste hedonic 3.35 (neutral). The best treatment was obtained at a light roast level with an additional percentage of 8% kitchen lemongrass powder (D1S1) followed by antioxidant activity testing with a result of 52%.

Abstract

 Along with the development of the current era of globalization, human needs for telecommunications are also increasing, especially in the telecommunications sector. A technology called Long Term Evolution (LTE) was introduced, which is a fourth generation (4G) cellular network technology. LTE is capable of providing data transfer speeds of up to 100 Mbps on the downlink side and 50 Mbps on the uplink side. The growth in the number of telecommunications service users in Pariaman City has caused a decline in network quality, especially 4G LTE technology. Benchmarking (Comparison) of the quality of 4G LTE operator services is carried out by measuring, comparing, and analyzing the network quality (performance) of two 4G LTE operators in Pariaman City. The measurement process uses the drive test method with the G-Net Track Pro application to measure RSRP, RSRQ, SINR and Throughput in Pariaman City. The comparison results were obtained in Pariaman City for Telkomsel operators having network quality parameters RSRP with a percentage of 48.71%, RSRQ with a percentage of 61.11%, SINR with a percentage of 84.25% and Throughput with a percentage of 68.48% while Tri operators have RSRP values with a percentage of 59.74%, RSRQ with a percentage of 50.38%, SINR with a percentage of 85.68% and Throughput with a percentage value of 66.63%. In general, it can be concluded that Tri operators are included in the good category in terms of signal quality and integrity while Telkomsel operators are in the good category in terms of Coverage.

Abstract

Permasalahan dalam penelitian ini adalah belum diketahuinya tingkat keterampilan passing bawah dan passing atas pada pemain bola voli pada kegiatan ekstarakuliker siswa di SMA N 2 Batusangkar. Passing merupakan salah satu gerak dasar yang wajib dikuasi oleh setiap atlit bola voli. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui tingkat keterampilan dasar Passing bawah dan mengetahui tingkat keterampilan dasar pada passing atas. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif kuantitatif. Metode yang digunakan adalah metode surve. Populasi penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas XII yang mengikuti kegiatan ekstrakurikuler di SMA N 2 Batusangkar yaitu berjumlah 14 orang. Pengambilan sampel diambil dengan menggunakan teknik sensus sampling, Teknik sensus sampling atau sampling jenuh adalah metode pengumpulan data yang melibatkan seluruh anggota populasi, memberikan data yang sangat akurat dan komprehensif. Maka sampel penelitian ini adalah atlet bolavoli SMAN 1 Palembayan yang berjumlah 14 orang peserta dimana yang dijadikan sampel yaitu siswa kelas XII yang mengikuti kegiatan ekstrakurikuler di SMA N 2 Batusangkar yang berjumlah 14 pemain. Instrumen untuk tes passing atas dalam penelitian ini adalah AAHPER face pass wall-volley test dan Instrumen untuk tes passing bawah dalam penelitian ini adalah Brumbach forearm pass wall-volley test. Hasil peneilitian yaitu teknik dasar passing atas dan passing bawah bola voli siswa SMA Negeri 2 Batusangkar masih tergolong rendah. Pada passing atas, mayoritas siswa (71,42%) berada dalam kategori sangat kurang, sementara hanya 14,28% yang berada di kategori cukup dan kurang, serta tidak ada yang mencapai kategori baik atau sangat baik. Sementara itu, dalam passing bawah, sebagian besar siswa juga menunjukkan hasil kurang memuaskan, dengan 35,71% berada dalam kategori sangat kurang, 35,71% dalam kategori cukup, dan hanya 28,57% yang mencapai kategori sangat baik. Temuan ini menunjukkan perlunya peningkatan latihan dan pembinaan teknik dasar bola voli di sekolah tersebut.
