Abstract

Dalam memberikan pelayanan, baik publik maupun sosial, terdapat aturan formal yang biasa dikenal dengan istilah standard operational procedure (SOP). SOP memberi tuntutan kepada petugas agar bekerja melayani secara profesional. Secara praktis, kinerja profesional seringkali dipisahkan dari kinerja pelayanan. Kinerja pelayanan memiliki objek pelayanan berupa manusia yang membutuhkan uluran bantuan, sehingga aspek rasa perlu dilibatkan agar pelayanan dapat diberikan secara maksimal. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengenalkan konsep empati sebagai landasan yang perlu diperhatikan dalam memberikan pelayanan berdasarkan perspektif Al-Qur’an dan Hadits. Temuan data dianalisis menggunakan teori hermeneutika melalui diskursus terhadap ayat-ayat Al-Qur’an dan didukung dengan teks-teks Hadits. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah adanya ayat Al-Qur’an dan teks Hadits yang membahas soal nilai dan praktik empati dalam bentuk (1) anjuran dan perintah dalam membantu sesama dengan bantuan yang baik, tindakan yang baik, dan tutur kata yang baik, (2) larangan untuk menghina, menyakiti, dan merendahkan orang lain, dan (3) Rasulullah sebagai representasi sikap empati dalam membantu sesama. Penelitian ini dapat menjadi rujukan dalam pengaplikasian nilai empati dalam kinerja profesional untuk dapat memberikan pelayanan yang maksimal dan tepat rasa kepada subjek pelayanan atau masyarakat.

Abstract

Fiqh Lughah wa Asrar Al-‘Arabiyyah is one of the important works in the development of Arabic linguistics. This book has two main discussions, first is fiqh lughah which discusses the specification of the meaning of Arabic vocabulary and the second is asrar al-‘arabiyyah which discusses the linguistics of the content and rules of the Arabic language. In the first discussion, there are chapters that have several specific categories such as kulliyyat, tartibat, tafshilat, taqsimat and others. This study aims to discuss one type of meaning categorization in the book of Fiqh Lughah wa Asrar Al-‘Arabiyyah that is tartibat and its relevance to the principle of taraduf (synonymy) in Arabic. The study is limited to the categorization of tartibat which includes the condition of human feelings and expressions so that the study can focus on the reflection of tartibat in relation to the form of relativity of taraduf in Arabic. This research method uses a qualitative research approach with reference to the analysis of literature studies. The results of this study are that there are six scopes (sub-categories) of the tartibat categorization in the book of Fiqh Lughah wa Asrar Al-‘arabiyyah which show human feelings and expressions consisting of tartibat al-buka`, tartibat al-dhahak, tartibat aushaf al-bakhil, tartibat al-hubb, tartibat al-ghadhab, and tartibat al-surur. From the six scopes of data, words with close meanings were found, but each shows a different situation specification.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze scientific research trends related to al-Qirā’ah material in Arabic textbooks for senior high school (SMA/MA) in Indonesia. Employing a Systematic Literature Review (SLR) approach, eight academic articles published between 2020 and 2025 were thematically and conceptually examined. The review focuses on the alignment of reading materials with the national curriculum's Basic Competencies (KD), the integration of spiritual and social values, the linguistic structure and sequencing of texts, and the contextual relevance to the developmental characteristics of 17–18-year-old students. The findings reveal that most al-Qirā’ah materials have not fully addressed curriculum demands, particularly in promoting higher-order thinking skills, character reflection, and contextual engagement. The study concludes that Arabic reading materials should be designed to be not only curriculum-aligned but also contextual, progressive, and integrative. These findings are expected to inform textbook developers and educational policymakers in enhancing the quality of Arabic language instruction.
